Hi jeet salal, on a starting note thank you for making such videos which are educating Indians to clear misconceptions about fitness and also guiding us in the right path. Now coming to my question, I am on 14%bf now and I can only see an outline of my abs ,do I need to go below 10% bf to see my abs, or is it genetics? Another problem I am facing is with muscle size , my body is looking lean but not muscular enough but I am afraid that if I go calorie surplus it will lead increase in my weight and bf% .
When you workout a muscle it breaks down and becomes soft and your body starts building that muscle stronger for the next time when you are alseep your body uses the protein which you consumed to build the muscle with the help of testosterone
