Just one question! How to you work around the ascending levels of cortisol production that this kind of training obviously will produce? And, shouldn't there be any notes whether this is a good way of training for everybody? From my knowledge most people will experience descending growth from this kind of training. From a scientific point of view, these are relevant questions to answer if promoting these principles.
In case you missed: -10 x 10 seated dumbell presses (100 reps) -5 sets x10 Lateral raises -5 sets x10 reps bent over rear flies (deltoid) -5 sets x10 reps upright cable rows (traps and shoulder caps) -8 reps of each - front raises, lateral raises, rear flies, upright rows and shoulder presses = 40 reps all up, **PRO TIP - do these straight after the upright cable row set, you will feel the burn. *Remember go hard or go home!!!

That's an extremely tough workout to be honest after the 10 x 10 most folks will tap out I guess it all depends how much you start with and how much you increase the weight.

I've been focusing on my shoulders with a routine that has worked for me in the past. Just turned 66. Had acute kidney failure a year ago due to prescribed strong anti-inflammatory medications from a couple injuries, went through couple months of dialysis, atrophied a great deal, and had little stamina. Tried the routine described in this video this morning, and I LIKE it. Thank you AJ.

Never heard of this guy or the channel. Like the honesty of declaring shoulders as not a favourite...as a result have come up with a compact, tidy and simple routine. Legs and gluts are my favourite.

+DB Physique lagging parts just suck. They don't listen well. Aim to garget them 2x per week. Traditional 3 sets of 10 type of workouts will not bring your lagging parts up. Just keep that in mind when you're targeting your weaker areas.
One of the best things about Aj and this style in general is how much pump one truly gets. This allows the blood to do its rightful work of nutrients delivery

@MegaSkilla good point but I still think great genetics or not.. If you're natural this workout won't be optimal for gains Sure you can do it but lower volume, higher intensity will give more results Just my opinion though
@@karl9949 in that video they also talk about how training each bodypart 2x a week is better than once a week and that the bro split is trash for natural lifters. Only way you can sustain this volume naturally is if you use a bro split. Not optimal.
Hi guys, this way of training with high series and high reps is really making a change in my body, I finally star loosing abdominal fat, that one that never goes away, I also stop the 20 minutes cardio before lifting weight, just 5 min for warm up, another benefit is that since I am lifting less weight to finish all the reps I haven't reinjury my chest and shoulder, I been doing this for 1 month and so far is great.

If you always do high reps it difficult to build any strength and if you don't become stronger it's hard to build muscle.
