since i started to watch videos on youtube i have learned lot of things one of them is do the excecises very slow and squeeze the muscle for a senods since then i have hot lot of gains in muscle mass
On the dumbbell shoulder presses, I don't agree with locking out the arms at the top of the press, puts unnecessary strain on the joints and does nothing for the muscle, infact it allows the delts to rest, keep the tension on and only come to a nearly straight arm at the top and never meet the dumbbells at the middle, just shoot them straight up from where they are being held in your hand!
I think the face pull exercise lying on the floor is great because it really makes you focus on your shoulders. The problem is that the amount of weight I can pull is not given by the strength of my shoulders but my capacity to hold tight the ropes. That's why I decided to replace the ropes for an EZ-bar. I can pull like 50 lbs more that way.

By that i mean there different types of Goals to excersice. Such as Powerlifters, people who aim to gain massive amount of strength. Aesthethic, people who builds their body in terms of Muscle Beauty. Last but not list, Callisthenics, exercises that focus purely on your body weight and strength. I deeply apologize if i did miss out any other types of exercises goals. In terms of meals, i suggest you eat fruits, veggies, organic lean proteins, omega 3 fatty acids & lots of plain water. well i'm back from the gym , these is an amazing exercise and on this work out that i performed today on the gym i did exactly the same work out and movements but on the pull apss i didnt do the thing on the feet , the chain , but on sets i didn't do all seats only four sets on each exercise , i sweat so much , i felt good and i think this is amazing , should i do the same on the next wednesday ? or ? . i've added biceps four exercises four sets on each work out

That's the exact same weight i do 80lb dumbbells shoulder press, 20lbs for front and rear delts. Then a finisher set of each i do till failure the only weight i change is the shoulder press i drop it down to 60lb dumbbells.
Powerhugful focusing more on the middle and back delts is better since u already work out front delts while benching. Push up etc. most of us commoners have weak middle and back delts from lack of focus on them. So I say it's good thing.
