    Exercises:
    1) Seated Dumbell Press - 4 Sets 10-12 Reps
    2) Over Head Press - 3 Sets 10-12 Reps
    3) Both Arm Dumbell Side Raises - 3 Sets 15 reps
    4) Front cable raises - 3 Sets 15 Reps
    5) Cross cable rear delts - 3 sets 20 reps
    6) Barbell shrugs - 4 Sets 12 Reps

    The best part of your video is - you have explained what are the wrong and right positions. There are plenty of videos on Gym exercise but they fail to explain the right position..
