      You can have it....i had it during my weight loss. Low fat or double toned milk malai is fine.

    Hello di, I'm a hosteller and I try to maintain my diet by following your diet videos but if I skip rice and roti for 1week wouldn't that affect my gut health? Even if I have oats for lunch what to have for dinner?

      Y do u want to skip it ? 🤔
      This is an example of meals when you don’t want to cook or can’t cook. U can do this 1-2 days in a week, rest u can follow hostel food only. U r anyway just maintaining ur diet

      Not a good option daily, just fat n carbs, protein kom plus peanut butter gulo market r processed n added sugar thake, tai ghuriye firiye khao. Some days, it’s fine
