    Such a nice surprise for us on UA-cam! What I took away from this is that abundance comes in SO many ways and if we get too locked in on how we think we WANT it to look, how we WANT it to manifest, we will miss what's already there in spades. So good!

    I started my day with this class 😊What stood out to me is that I often worry about the things I don't have instead of focusing on the things I already have in abundance ✨✨ Thank you Melissa for this wonderful class and the teachings 💖💖💖💖

    this was such a fabulous class! i loved it! thank you sooo much! I've started going to the gym (irregularly but i like it) and working full time so i don't get time to do yoga as much - but ive been wanting to move like this for over two weeks now - so glad i finally found the time and inclination today. so many messages in this resonated with me on abundance - letting go over scarcity mindset and control - and allowing space and flexibility and generosity. thank you!

    Thank you very much! I woke up feeling anxiety in my chest and I feel calmer now. Really loved the breathing and with the mudra at the end 🙌
