    Great class. I love that you confirmed my guess there were peacocks in the background 😅I grew up next to a hobby bird farm heard them every day 🦚

    Loved this class although had to adapt the beginning as I can't stand for long. I have not done that twisting spinal series for years, probably. I released a lot of yawns in this class. Thanks Melissa.
