When we used to do live classes, we had less control over the audio quality. Thanks for hanging in there with us.
Safety tip - if people are new to 4 7 8 breathing, I’ve seen it recommended that they only do 3 rounds at a time. The video has more than 3 rounds.

This is another life saving practise for me I can't thank you enough for it! I had another terrible night of a racing heart and a cold sweating body I couldn't find any sleep. At half past 5 I get up early and decided not to follow my torturous pitta energy. I knew I would find deep quality rest here and after 35 min in or so my heartbeat came back to a normal 60bpm and I could feel my whole system starting to reset. The rest and digest feeling came back and I don't feel tired and ready for the world outside. Thank you so much!
