So glad i stumble on this video because now im back to my girlfriend and i also learned a lot about the attachment style not just for myself but to others too specially to my partner.
After i beg and bombarded her phone,email,facebook messenger i decided to stop and do the radio silence. After 2 months of radio silence she sent me an email asking for a comeback. I was happy and apply what ive learned from this channel. There is so many things i learned that emotion can sometimes sabotage you and your relationship. Be matured and not let your emotion over come your decision and actions. I always watch on this channel during my nigh mare times(fresh break-up moments) and just by hearing margaret voice it calms me down while coach Craig and victoria did a great job to share insightful knowledge that really works. I mean the teaching is a self awakening too.
I just wanna say thank you so much and i hope to those who are in pain. Never forget how strong you can be and will be. This break up will never define you. Move forward and attract what you want in life. Fresh break up is overwhelming and so painful embrace it and welcome it because one day this too shall pass that emotion will pass.

Going on half a year now, i was genuinely good to her.. but i know she misses me for sure. :) i don’t even know if i want her back though.. because she dumped me. But I’ve been working on myself. Literally lost 110 pounds, grew my beard out.. she saw me recently but i acted like i didn’t see her. 😂

I think my favorite part about most of these videos is that you get so much more than what the title is attracting you for. I’m not gonna lie sometimes I listen to these videos and I get triggered especially when I’m going through a break up which I am right now but there are so many hidden gems in each video especially this one about seeing your own worth. I'm 5 months into NC, watching your videos (have watched over 100 by now) and also doing the workbooks 1-5 on personal growth on a daily basis for a week now. I am positive that she will eventually reconsider a relationship with me because we were together for 6 years and had a really good connection. I'll keep improving myself. @@WalbyCurt The breakup was 1 year and 3 months ago. I heard from her 8 months into no contact, she followed me on Instagram on the day our 7 years anniversary wouldve been. It felt like a little win. I followed her back a couple hours later but didn't really mind at the time because I was focusing on myself. I didn't message her or liked any of her pictures, I didn't even watch her stories because honestly, I didn't really care.
I then received a message about 2 weeks later from her, asking how I am and some other stuff, like she saw my car and if I had moved back in my hometown, how I found the apartment and that was it.
Nothing else came after that and you know, I was okay with that. We still follow each other on instagram but don't have any contact whatsoever.
Due to the focus on improving myself (workbooks by craig and going to the gym) I learned to be happy all by myself! I actually found someone new in january, I took it really slow and implemented all the knowledge I gained through this amazing youtube channel. We are now in a relationship for about 2 weeks and I couldn't be happier. :)

@@CoachCraigKenneth - This video definitely explains what goes on in your unconscious. It is true; for people with a lower self-worth / attachment style, a breakup will affects one’s core & self-identity. In contrast, a person with more self-worth/esteem & a more detached relationship style will have less of a core affect to a person.
Regardless of one’s self, like you’ve mentioned in previous videos, it’s hard to get over a breakup. No one is unforgettable. Going through feelings of grief help tremendously.

What if you are aware of extreme co-dependency and unhealthy anxious attachment, however your feelings are too overwhelming? The anxiety is controlling everything but I don't act upon it but it becomes worse. I don't act upon it because I want to act 'healthy' but I feel like drowning.

I’m 2.5 months into nc. We had and amazing relationship was my best friend and never fought. 8 months and left with a it’s not you it’s me bs. The age gap between us is 9 years tho and probably has a lot to do with it. she keeps playing Tit for Tat with me on socials only will post if I post keeps watching all my stories within an hour. I just keep working on myself, therapy once a week, painting, making music and exercising. Idk if she will ever give us another shot but I’m being the best version of myself. Hurts like hell tho

Due to my ex's lack of dating experience-as this was his first relationship-I believe he took our 11-month relationship for granted and ended it because he lost that "spark" and didn't understand that that was normal.
When we met each other and became friends, we just clicked, and we went from there.

I’m in this boat right now. I just got out of a year and a half relationship in March and this girl I’ve been talking to jus got out of a 3 year relationship the same month. We started talking the end of March and she ended it on Saturday. This was our third time trying to be together. We have a connection and chemistry I’ve never experienced it before and she says the same thing. She told me I’m meant for her. But on Saturday told me she wants nothing to do with me, this doesn’t feel right, and even threatened to block me. I’m a big advocate on self help, so I’m going to do what you guys say. I hope she comes back because I really do think she’s the one. Its a feeling I can’t describe.

There's no such thing as the one. There is a lot of perfect partners for you. Attachment theory says that strong chemistry is often a frequent sign of the anxious-avoidant trap. It seems to me you are the anxious part and she is the one expressing avoidant tendencies. Stay away from her, heal yourself first and learn about attachment theory. Also, relationships after long-term relationships often have rebound tendencies. You should not get involved with someone after a breakup for at least 6-8 months.

@Sam Brewer I'm not saying it won't work because I'm not capable of knowing the future. She might come back. But she ended a 3 years relationship 4 months ago. There's not enough time for her to process the loss (everybody suffers from detachment, even if they initiated the breakup). She might use you as a rebound.

Why hope to get an ex back?
What we can hope for is to get a renewed relationship in a new paradigm, preferably with a person with whom we have already learnt many aspects of life, but with deficiencies that led to a breakup.
A timely and simultaneous counselling of both partners should help avoid a majority of breakups.
Once the breakup has occurred, the cycle of coping and reconstruction with another person is a huge investment.

Very insightful and informative! I know it’s been only three weeks today, but it seems like three months. I just want her back and I know what I need to work on, because I was so good to her the whole 5 years, and vice versa, but the last few months have been rocky with the pandemic and everything else and with distancing making it harder, our love life was diminishing, even though we got to see each other at times.

I went to go pick up my clothes and when I got there she gaved me my clothes and told me to move on and that she didn't want to give me false hopes.. I left her because she was verbally and emotional abusive towards me. We were together for 3.5 years. do you think she means it or will her feelings changed?
My ex broke up with me 6 weeks ago. I’ve been following no contact and I have politely responded to the few times she asked how I was over the first 3 weeks. Since then she has not been contacting me. Two days ago, she texted me and wants to set up a time for her to come get her things and bring my things back to me. I was holding out hope that since this hadn’t come up before I still had a chance to rekindle the relationship. Now I think my odds have gone way down. Anyway, she is stopping by my house in three days to make the exchange of belongings. I feel like this is the last time I’ll ever hear from her and I’m not looking forward to that.
