@@aliciasworld1016 it depends on your age and your body because if you're older than 21 you won't grow anymore you just stretch your body and work on your posture to make yourself look taller. If you're younger than 21 you're still growing and with stretches you can speed up the process and kinda support your body to achieve YOUR maximum height. Every body is different and some people are smaller than other people and that's normal and you can't do anything about it, not even with stretches BUT if you do these stretches properly you will definitely grow a bit! Make sure to do it long enough, I heard from people that have been doing stretches for 2 months and they didn't shrink back down but it really depends on the individual body. Keep going because growing is a process that takes a lot of time but if you've been doing these stretches for a long time and you don't see any changes that's when you can stop because then your growing process is finished FOR NOW

I was 5'8 and after stretching for 1 hour and 35 minutes for 7 days, I grew more than 1 inch. Stretching is painful and tell yourself that getting taller is worth it.

guys this really does work! I've been doing this video along with alivia d'andrea's stretching video to get taller for a month. I was 5'3 1/2 inches, now I'm 5'4 3/4! Try it it really does work. I also recommend drinking milk and jumping/standing a lot so you can maximize your results.
@Maria Clara Martinez Betancur don't be so discouraging, if they believe they can get 10 cm, and get 2-3cm after all the exercise, it's better then to like, realize ull only gain 2-3cm and be demotivated and leave.
I have heard many people saying that height doesn't incresae after age of 18. Its not true in my sister's case. When she was 18 years old, she was exactly my height and i am younger than her. Then almost after an year she was like almost 1.5 inches taller than me. I also asked her about this and she admitted that she grew some height during her college time. I have also seen many videos on youtube of girls admitting that they grew after 18. So if you are under 18 definitely you can grow(because i grew and i am a girl) and even if you are 19-25 years old, still u have a chance. Just have faith on you and god. No faith no gain😅🙏

Just here to help you guys! I did some stretching exercises for 1 month last year and I did grow visibly taller but I discontinued after that and I went back to my actual height. Upon some research and professional advice I came to know that if you are stretching then you need to continue that for at least few months so that your muscles don't contract back to original length. You got back to your height because stretching doesn't help growing taller It just improves posture You can't stretch bones. You just stretched the cartilage in your spine.

A few ways to grow taller faster: 1) Milk before bed 2) 7-9 hours of sleep 3) Zinc vitamins [optional] 4) Sleep with ur legs straight [not so sure if this is true but I just do it] I grew a little taller overnight by doing all 4 :) gonna try these stretchers to grow more taller. also sleeping before 10 helps because that’s the best time to grow ( for me I sleep really late so I shrink 1 or 2 cm, I try to sleep earlier but lol ) so pretty much sleeping late requires more time to grow for me
Yo this actually worked. I've done this for about a month and I've grown 1 inch. I've also been doing other things as well tho. I started going to bed earlier, exercising more, (especially doing sprints, because apparently running makes you produce growth hormone) I've also been doing a technique called the 55x5 technique (go look it up if you dont know what it is) and I've just been visualizing me being taller or repeating certain affirmations throughout the day. Edit: damn I haven't used this account in awhile, I didn't realize how much attention it got since I posted this. I'll answer any questions in the comment section. Just to clarify I'm a guy and I'm almost 15 now.

Female, 14 Starting height: 5’3 / 161cm Height Goal: 5’6-5’8 Week 1: no change Week 2: Grew about a cm I used a tape ruler so I can’t be specific but when I saw the measurements on my wall after. I saw that I grew a little, about the size of a penny but a little smaller. Week 3: no changes Week 4: no changes Updating every week or two, and I’m still doing it twice a day. Most days I do it once in the morning and once at night but lately switched to once in the afternoon and once at night.
I did these stretches while i quarantined for 15 days and a few days later that i continue to stretch another 17 days and I grew a total whooping 1cm. I use to be a bit shorter than my mom. Now my mom is a bit shorter than me. I'm already 19 and recently got infected by covid but I grew a cm with these stretches.

@@aliciasworld1016 it depends on your age and your body because if you're older than 21 you won't grow anymore you just stretch your body and work on your posture to make yourself look taller. If you're younger than 21 you're still growing and with stretches you can speed up the process and kinda support your body to achieve YOUR maximum height. Every body is different and some people are smaller than other people and that's normal and you can't do anything about it, not even with stretches BUT if you do these stretches properly you will definitely grow a bit! Make sure to do it long enough, I heard from people that have been doing stretches for 2 months and they didn't shrink back down but it really depends on the individual body. Keep going because growing is a process that takes a lot of time but if you've been doing these stretches for a long time and you don't see any changes that's when you can stop because then your growing process is finished FOR NOW

JUNE UPDATE: After a month of stretching, I grew for a centimenter. My new height is now at 170.5cm. What I think hindered me from growing more are my unhealthy sleeping patterns and schedule of stretching. For the next month, I'm aiming to stretch and sleep at a reasonable hour.

JULY UPDATE: After 2 months of stretching, I wasn't able to grow. I maintained my current height of 170.5cm. What I think hindered my growth are my unhealthy habits of sleeping. AUGUST UPDATE: After a month of stretching, my height still remains the same the last time I measured it on July 2021. Several factors have contributed to this. I still have unhealthy sleeping and eating habits. Personal, work, and school commitments have also affected my daily stretching practices. As a result, I missed most of my stretching time targets [you can tell it on my accountability record above]. That's why I decided to not record my succeeding attempts after 09/06/2021 as I thought I was only doing it for accountability, not for growth. Despite the disappointing results I got for the last 2 months, I will still continue doing these stretches. I recalibrated my schedule and practice and officially started last 09/13/2021. I might start a different thread after the September 2021 update as this is already getting long and laggy to update daily. I might also release a video narrating this experience to share my stretching story with you guys. Let me know if you'd like that in this thread tho.

guys this really does work! I've been doing this video along with alivia d'andrea's stretching video to get taller for a month. I was 5'3 1/2 inches, now I'm 5'4 3/4! Try it it really does work. I also recommend drinking milk and jumping/standing a lot so you can maximize your results.

I have heard many people saying that height doesn't incresae after age of 18. Its not true in my sister's case. When she was 18 years old, she was exactly my height and i am younger than her. Then almost after an year she was like almost 1.5 inches taller than me. I also asked her about this and she admitted that she grew some height during her college time. I have also seen many videos on youtube of girls admitting that they grew after 18. So if you are under 18 definitely you can grow(because i grew and i am a girl) and even if you are 19-25 years old, still u have a chance. Just have faith on you and god. No faith no gain😅🙏

Just here to help you guys! I did some stretching exercises for 1 month last year and I did grow visibly taller but I discontinued after that and I went back to my actual height. Upon some research and professional advice I came to know that if you are stretching then you need to continue that for at least few months so that your muscles don't contract back to original length. Results Update: Honestly, I’m pretty shocked cause I didn’t grow much in the beginning 😂 anyway I measured like 5 times to check😂

Conclusion: it works guys! Just be consistent❤️ I tried to do it at least once a day but I missed it sometimes but that’s okay, just keep trying❤️ I slept more in the last 10 days so that’s probs why I had better results towards the end... so yeah, make sure you sleep so the growing part can actually happen lmao. A few ways to grow taller faster:
1) Milk before bed
2) 7-9 hours of sleep
3) Zinc vitamins [optional]
4) Sleep with ur legs straight [not so sure if this is true but I just do it]

also sleeping before 10 helps because that’s the best time to grow ( for me I sleep really late so I shrink 1 or 2 cm, I try to sleep earlier but lol ) so pretty much sleeping late requires more time to grow for me

Yo this actually worked. I've done this for about a month and I've grown 1 inch. I've also been doing other things as well tho. I started going to bed earlier, exercising more, (especially doing sprints, because apparently running makes you produce growth hormone) I've also been doing a technique called the 55x5 technique (go look it up if you dont know what it is) and I've just been visualizing me being taller or repeating certain affirmations throughout the day.

I use to be a bit shorter than my mom. Now my mom is a bit shorter than me.
