I have been stretching 5 times a week for almost a month and i'm really close to getting my splits. Before i started stretching i couldn't even touch my toes. I always thought i wasn't flexible but i've improved soo much. I never expected i could get this far. My advice to you guys is to not give up until you reach your goals!! I am 14 and a dancer and I used Anna's videos to get the side splits (in only two weeks I might add) and have now decided to tackle the middle splits. I have been doing this routine every night for a week and have seen tremendous improvement already! PRO TIP: If you want to get the middle splits faster, pair this video with the flexible legs and/or hips video each night.

I use to be able to do the middle splits, then I lost it…I finished my other stretch routine from u and wanted to try this one, I was about 8 or 9 inches from the ground and by the last stretch in this video I was TOUCHING THE GROUND! So good. So professional. Anna might be the finest instruction video producer for flexibility exercises in all of UA-cam. There is certainly no one better, or more experienced. The key to her success is how she designs her videos so that they are so easy to follow. I am not speaking of easy in the sense of replicating her flexibility. Very few can. I mean easy in following her instructions. I am a man with terrible flexibility, but I watched my granddaughters follow this video and decided to try it. Of course I couldn’t do them very well but Anna’s comforting voice and a modified view made it a great workout. Unlike anything I have ever done. Thank you, Anna McNulty.

Hi guys hi Anna I'm so excited for ur strech routine I have been doing ur get ur split fast routine and I improved so much it's been a month since I started it I'm very close to the ground 3/4 inches but I can't seem to reach the ground 😢 but I'll keep trying
I'm going to be doing this stretch routine every day for 21 days and see if I improve now my middle split is currently 26cm from the ground
*Sry this is so long i normally do these stretches for 3-5 day then give up but I'm gonna stay consistent im gonna start today*
Day 1:✅ as most of u know day 1 is always the hardest but since I'm intermittent (more flexible than the motification but less flexible than the advanced) I was able to do some stretchs to the fullest *and after stretching I went from 26cm to 15cm*
Day 2:✅ it was a bit easier than day one

Day 4:✅ I got my right splits!!! 😀😀😀 and I am very my left splits improve so much

I can't wait for this, thank you so much anna for helping us, I have been doing your stretches for 8 months and just got my chinstand and middle over splits, I tried all your stretching routines, even the beginner ones although with you I became super advanced in flexibility and I started from a point of barely touching my toes, hip stretches are my favorite, I feel they calm me down more than any other stretch, thank you a million times anna 💗💗💗

Emotions are typically stored in the hips. A lot of yoga healing exercises are hip opening.

Day 1: Was a little bit intense, but nothing I’m not used to as a dancer. Around 17m off middle split.
Day 2: Really stiff from yesterday (had dance) so no improvement yet.

I'm 14 and I am a contemporary fusion dancer and I have had my left and right splits since I was 4 but I grew out of the middle splits so I challenge myself to get the middle splits in 2 weeks as I have dance 5 times a week. Ill try do these stretches twice a day if I can.
Day 1 (5th January)-Not sure how far I am off the floor but I'll say I am like more than 50% there. I struggled to hold it for 30secs and gave up in 22 secs haha cant wait for day 2!

I only did this for two days and i can do middle splits now if you don't have flexibility it still works!
1.Practice spliting first or watch one of her vids.
if you can almost do the splits but not so good thats okay.
2.Do three or more of her streching vids then if you can finaly split properly *it might take a day*.
3.When you can split then go back to this video then you will be much better at your middle split.
4.If you want to perfect your middle splits then rest for 1 hour or 2 then watch this vid again.

I really do enjoy your videos! They always helped me achieved my goals fast, I got my front splits in 7 days only and on the second day of trying to get the middle splits, I improved a lot!
