You are a brave man after the last towing episode I figured you would fly by at 30 mph bass ackwards. I had a pole-slider 425 magnum it was a cold natured thing and took forever to start if it sat more than a week. I rebuilt the carb and that is where I learned of JIS screws.

Market is hot for atv sales . I've sold probably 50 or so and the big difference in selling or sitting on them is the details in ur description. In guess as a pair probably got 2400 maybe 2600. Glad they sold them either way

That peterbilts Jake's sounded great, seeing you work on those old atvs reminded me of my old suzuki quadrunner, that was a great machine, but it seemed like I was always having to clean it's carb. And that atv had those old style cable brakes, and it seemed like they always only worked for like the first 2weeks of having new brake shoes put in, then about 2 weeks later it felt like it was time to change out the brake shoes again, or they constantly needed to be adjusted, Lol.

I helped a buddy move a small garage/barn one time about 10 miles. We did it real early in the morning because it was going to take most of both lanes. When I asked him what he was going to pull it with he said "A tractor. That way if we get stopped, I'm just a dumb farmer. Farmers can do whatever they want"
Those have a wet multi-disk clutch as well, just like a motorcycle. Needs a motorcycle type oil to keep them from sticking and dragging. The check plug for the rear diff is actually the 10mm bolt just under your finger at 8:03.
I used to work at a fab shop that was one of the few in the area (read: 250km radius) that would work on liquid manure tanks. The guys who could handle the smell actually kind of liked it, because the shop paid double time and a half for anything inside the tank and time and a half for outside. There's no smell quite like pig shit being cooked by a welding arc.
I dump cayenne powder on my stuff in storage. Sprinkled over engine, wires etc. no mouse or rat issues in several years. Some use moth balls stuffed around the wires etc.
In my area atvs are hot right now. All the local atv dealers are selling nothing but side by sides now. The market is flooded with used atvs and dirtbikes dirt cheap, its awesome

FYI-wrecker drivers like pizza as a thank you for stellar service with a smile. Here in Michigan, ATV prices are and have been high. Been looking for a used golf cart for years, but even junk is selling for around a grand. We are number 5 on the list of most golf courses in the country, so I guess they just stay in service longer. Been thinking of building a cheap lawn tractor ATV. Thanks for posting.
