    Authentic Dal Bukhara (ITC) has only 7 ingredients: Whole urad, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli powder, Tomatoes, Cream, Butter, salt...

    आपने बहुत ही अच्छी दाल बनाई है परंतु इसको दाल बुखारा नहीं बोला जा सकता क्योंकि टीएलसी होटल मैं जो दाल बनती है वह दाल का थोड़ा बहुत मैं जानता हूं तो आपको मैं बता दूं की दाल बुखारा नहीं यह मखनी दाल हो सकती है काली दाल हो सकती है मां की दाल 😢😢

    never had dal bukhara, in saudi we get ruz bukhari which is made of using spices and tomato paste, its very simple dish but Ruz bukhara has got its own taste

    This is not daal bukhara ...and it is introduced by chef imtiyaz ...daal bukhara is prepared with very less spices....in authentic recipe they don't use coriander powder, haldi etc the authentic daal bukhara is prepared with tomato puree, ginger garlic paste (garlic should be more than ginger), white butter, cream and kashmiri red chili...regards chef irfan khan

      Not Imtiaz at all. He was Dum Pukht. Bukhara was the baby of Madan Lal Jaiswal.

    Maashallah! Excellent texture. Your presentation excellent for explaining the ingredients heritage and cooking it well peacefully. I remember tasting it in Dabha restaurants at Hotel Claridge, Broadway at Delhi, and also at Haryana Border.

    Correction : Taskent is the capital of Uzbekistaan, not Bukhara. Yes, Taskent, Bukhara and Samarkand are all very similar in their cullinary influences. Love Daal Bukhara
