Ingredients
• Whole Black Gram (Sabut Urad),Soaked Overnight - 1 Cup
• Ginger,Peeled/Paste - 2 Inch Piece/ 1 Table Spoon
• Garlic,Peeled/Paste 15-20 Cloves / 1 Table Spoon
• Red Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
• Butter - 100 Grams
• Tomato Puree 1 1/2 Cups
• Garam Masala Powder - 2 Teaspoon
• Fresh Cream 1 Cup
• Roasted Cumin Seed (Jeera) Powder - 1 Tablespoon
• Salt - To Taste
For the Granish
Fresh Cream - 1 Table Spoon
Fresh Coriander Leaves - A Few

Don't call it Pakhtoni please. Ingredients used in name of pakhtoon culture is no where near to what's used in Afghanistan. Our food is with minimum spices, oil and stuff. Some of ingredients you use are even not available here. Chef from India are ruining everything for their vlogs.

@@TGILCLOVERSG our pulses are very limited, the most common is split chickpea lentil, it's served with manto Or cooked with meat or chicken. My personal favorite is Korme charghe (murgh) and Omach which is stew made of mixed vegetables and beans.
