I always say that good taste is people that agree with me and Dr. You have a very good taste. It really is good to hear what I’m doing being reinforced and expanded as magnesium Wasn’t one of the ones on my list but it is now thanks for the good advice.
Hello Dr. Sung; I am a new Subbie and am glad to have found your channel. I was wondering if you're a surgeon as well -- I wanted to get in touch with you to see if you accept patients for various issues -- please let me know.
Dr Sung! Just for me!!! Thank you!!! I'm struggling with brain issues. Near 70 with a TBI. I do everything Natural, with the exception of Oxcarbazepine for seizures. Would love to know if there's anything natural that might work for seizures. I walk a mile or 2 a day, Keto/fast, deep breathing, I'm very social, but my brain and eye pain make it difficult to focus. Problems sleeping and stress. It's hard to journal and meditate because I'm so easily distracted. Doing all in video as suggested.
Cool! I take all of these supplements and have for years and I also do the five things that are recommended for a healthy lifestyle. Now I do take an Omega 3 that includes DPA in addition to DHA and EPA. It was recommended by the clinician who did my LBA ( Live Blood Analysis ).
@@oljaaaaaaa Yes. I also intermittent fast which also helps brain function and cognition. I’m 70, I weight train and my bones have also strengthened. I went from having osteoporosis to osteopenia and I trust I’ll be out of that by the end of the year. I take D3 with K2. It’s important to take it with K2. My holistic nutritionist is the one who got me started on a few of these supplements and now I take them all.
Informative video. You say that you have a video for every single supplement. I can only find the video on resveratrol for the antioxidants or have I overlooked the video on vitamin E?
I had this problem since childhood and finally had to start using trazadone for sleep. It´s been a game changer, but I know some people don´t want to take a medication (I used to refuse any meds for decades). To each their own, and I hope you find a way to have restorative, peaceful sleeps. I also listen to sleep/hypnosis vids while I sleep and I believe it´s helping as well.
I've been on carnivore for over 5 months and have never felt better. It's the ultimate elimination diet. I came from very low carb keto, so the transition was easy, I just had to eat up all my frozen fruit first :)
Your diet suggestions by name have earned you some disrespect is such a bad take. The reducing of processed foods and stuff is obviously, but you suggest diets higher in saturated fat which is linked to poor long term cognitive ability.
Could it be that it’s really needed? Just like with cholesterol is always being promoted as a bad thing but truth is, it’s the opposite. Cholesterol is very much needed in health and development. That’s why a woman who’s with child has higher cholesterol in her body. It plays a crucial role in the development of the baby.
Everyone gets lied to at some point in their lives. Some never question the common accepted narrative. Finding the truth is like digging for golden nuggets. There is a lot dirt to wade through. There have been studies related to cheap profitable highly inflamitory seed oils vs high Omega 3, and higher in lipid based vitamins like vit D vit E real vit A (Retinol) and vit k2mk7. Cholesterol is found in high amounts in the brains of healthy individuals. Cholesterol is needed (with sunlight) to make the hormones of the body which is essential for good health.

Have they helped improve your memory and cognition?

It’s a short list not a comprehensive list.
@@DrJinSung understood, still I thought GB would be among these top ones. Thank you for taking the time to reply.

Would really like to read the evidence that proves your claim that saturated fat is linked to poor long term cognitive ability?
