dr Gundry, I would add ubiquinol. I was a coffee lover until my 20 something, and I could not take coffee until my 53 due to heart problem ( sweating on the palm and neck and faster heart beat when drinking coffee) but I can enjoy back the coffee after I found ubiquinol 8 years ago. I would love to quit coffee but sadly I can not. I am 61 now

Hi Dr Gundry, I am a big fan of yours. I was diagmosed with macular degeneration in my right eye, I got up 1 morning & my blinds looked wavy etc. I listened with great hope about eating anchovies for the vitamin E. I am lucky to have an Italian deli close buy, that flies in twice a week from Italy , hand caught anchovies in a Very good olive oil. I grabbed them & have done twice a week for the last few months. It is like a miracle to me. No more wavy lines or ghost faces, I cannot start to explain my THANKS to you, for this MIRACULOUS change to my eyesight. Peace & thanks to you. I do trust Dr Gundry for sure but as for sublingual B12, I have pernicious anemia due to lack of intrinsic factor, and probable leaky gut, so taking it this way has FAILED for over a year. So to avoid injecting myself with it(expensive and unpleasant), I am working on healing my gut and improving my digestion, so that a liquid form may work when I am more healthy!🙏

The best form of B12. is Methyl Cobalamin, .It seems that the injected one is Ciano Cobalamin, which is extracted from Potassium Cyanite which is a known poison, but they do this because it is cheaper to extract from this, also the Vit 12 spray (in the mouth) is also from Cyanide. I threw it in the bin.

Avoiding Magnesium oxide is a good idea and also Magnesium and Potassium are antagonists. Too much of one will effect the other. As someone who has been hospitalised with severe palpitation and arrhythmia issues, keeping my electrolytes in balance has had the greatest effect on avoiding the worst of my condition.. Sodium and calcium also need to be kept in balance. Really surprised no cardiologist ever discussed this with me and unfortunately Dr Grundy has repeated the tradition.

I must avoid corn & corn derivatives due to a serious allergic reaction (even to hospital grade dextrose!). Wrote to them for info regarding corn, specifically. They sent back the same information I sent them, with no answer. I wrote again, twice, and was completely ignored. Why are they hiding that information? So, I lost my $$ because couldn't take any without knowing the answer, it could kill me. So I tossed away the bottle of C. Very unhelpful company customer service. Q: what are the alternative to fish oil? I'm highly allergic to seafood & fish oil. I go into Anaphylaxis with certain omega 3 oils. I've tried to find one that I'm not allergic too. The closest I can find is flaxseed capsules & oil, but with flaxseed capsules or oil, I get very bad side-effects such as diarrhea, bloating, gas, stomach-aches, and nausea. I take ginger tablets for the nausea, which helps.

It seems like, I'm bloody allergic to everything. One strange one is black sauce, I found out it has anchovies in it. I'm not in the mood for a hospital visit, it not fun to go into anaphylaxis. I know a scientist who has used a Geiger counter on the waters in the northern Pacific NW Oregon and he says he would never use fish oil. I wonder if they can get radioactive stuff, and there was uranium leaked into the ocean which only takes a super fraction to contaminate the whole ocean, out with the molecular distillation process and to get the truth is another factor?
