The best form of B12. is Methyl Cobalamin, .It seems that the injected one is Ciano Cobalamin, which is extracted from Potassium Cyanite which is a known poison, but they do this because it is cheaper to extract from this, also the Vit 12 spray (in the mouth) is also from Cyanide. You need to recommend a diet with supplements. You own diet might counter oxalates better with milk/cheese but others might be having oxalate problems so increasing vitamin c with high oxalates is bad. And as you said we can get vitamin c everywhere.
Can someone list the brands they use for all 10. That would be very much appreciated. I’m doing own due diligence but i would like opinions. Just purchased some already because I need particular ones urgently until I can find optimal brands

Just wondering what your thoughts on the time released mega men's multivitamin from GNC? Was also wondering what you think about the gummy bear supplement grüns?
I sip my vitamin C through throughout the day in my iced green tree Big Gulp drink (also put in liquid magnesium, a tiny bit of iodine, potassium, several drops of mentholated blue, a few drops of copper and boron, sulfur, and some other stuff).
I wondered if a slice of lemon in green tea or similar sipped throughout the day would provide enough vit C along with home-made sauerkraut in some meals woud do the job.
@@dennisward43As I understand it, lemons are very low in "C" - I personally add a teaspoon of Vitamin C powder in my daily big-gulp tea drink. It a quick fix with no fuzz or mess during the morning rush to get out of the house and on the road to work in the mornings.

Dr.Gundry, if we are getting B12 from a supplement that has multiple B Vitamins is it still necessary to place the supplement under the tongue? Am i risking not receiving the B12 if i dont place the supplement under my tongue?
What if someone has ibs & diverticulosis that needs B12 under tongue but all of them have mannitol in the ingredients. Is it low enough to where it wouldnt have much effect taking it everyday?
Hi Dr. Gundry! I was looking at information on the Fatty15 Carbon 15 supplement. They advise that fish oil (DHA) supplements may not be effective or even needed if you take C15, and that the Fatty15 supplement can be substituted for fish oil. I'm curious your thoughts about that claim. Thanks!

Hi there, is their a Multivitamin that you can recommend that has like 90% of the 10 x vitamis plus the extras you have recommended in your podcast
I am from Cape Town South Africa (hoping for mutliivatien recommendation from Cape Town SA)
How much Methylfolate, Methylcobalamin, Carbon-15, Urolithin A & NMN to be taken everyday.
Thx Doc. Will be looking for your C15.
I take magnesium with calcium because the two work together. If you only take extra magnesium, it can impede the absorption of calcium.
What does B17. My grandmother took it in 1972 for cancer. She died in 1979. The doctors said she would be dead in six months
Thank you Doctor ❤
Lithium as trace mineral is also very important and most have deficientcy according to Dr.Michael Nehls et al. He also gives good advise how to get it (Lithium oratate) and make it DIY cheaply.
Which time-released vitamin C is okay to take? Is it true to avoid ascorbic acid form? Does anyone know? Thanks in advance!
Dr G says any time release vit C is fine.
@@cathyowens1264 Thank you!
I'm so confused about which brand, he will never tell what is one he takes, I have tried Ester c timed release, but just makes my stomach hurt. PLEASE HELP ME OUT DR.GUNDRY
@@Rosalee-7 I get confused on what fillers to avoid.
Dr thank you for all your help and knowledge. I was washing dr Janine bowring and she says to be careful with vitamins or synthetic supplements that they carry:
Silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, mycrocrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and Maltodextrin ,can you told me about that ? Thank you Dr
Is it not possible to take natural fermentet black beans from China or Natto from Japan instead of vitamin k2?
You need to recommend a diet with supplements. You own diet might counter oxalates better with milk/cheese but others might be having oxalate problems so increasing vitamin c with high oxalates is bad. And as you said we can get vitamin c everywhere.
Can someone list the brands they use for all 10. That would be very much appreciated. I’m doing own due diligence but i would like opinions. Just purchased some already because I need particular ones urgently until I can find optimal brands
How do you feel about Kombucha for vitamin B's ?
What is the best methyl B 100 to buy?? There are sooo many
Yes...I totally with you on this one. Searching for "just the right one" can be mindboddling!

I have suffering high Uric acid what medicine shall I take please advice me Sir.
Doctor when you say take a vitamin B50 or B100 to cover all of the B vitamins does that include the B12?....
Please can you tell us if you mean real Vit C from for example areola cherries or if you think ascorbic acid tablets are vitamin C
He means Ascorbic Acid in tabs
Get organic vitamin c
Dr G does not recommend eating much fruit (too much fructose), just a little in season where you live. That's why you need the vit C capsules.
@@cathyowens1264 Or Tablets, I like 500 mg tablets with as much or more Flavonoids than ascorbic acid.
@@cathyowens1264 Or tablets
Thank you Dr. Gundry! I am gonna start taking magnesium!!!
What do you think about Astaxanthin and Monolaurin? I've been taking these for awhile (and they're affordable).
What nrand if vitamin c
Just wondering what your thoughts on the time released mega men's multivitamin from GNC? Was also wondering what you think about the gummy bear supplement grüns?
I need a good vitamin C recommendation plsss. So calcium isn't crucial?
I was taking 5000 mg a day for years. Now I'm going with 2500 mg twice a day. I never had loose bowel. If u do. Just back off a lil. ✌️
@@Chippoka You are probably right, unless you have the full lemon which is probably totally unpractical for most.
I too all about food over synthetics pill form if at all possible
Is Vitamin D3 best for Papillary CA survivor?
Muchas gracias. I appreciate all you do for us doctor Gundry . Ugh I’m soooo happy you exist.
I have heart attack family history so I check my heart every year. My VitD has always been low, ranging from 15 to 26. Never heard a thing from docs. Thanks to Event 2020 and the way the doc community behaved, I looked for alternatives and that took me down the rabbit role.
I am now taking 10K. Regarding K2, I tried to use it but my period got weird and I stopped.
can you get enough C15 from regular food of meat and cheese?
Since Fukashimi the Pacific is not a good place to get Fish oil from I would think. I know a scientist who has used a Geiger counter on the waters in the northern Pacific NW Oregon and he says he would never use fish oil. I wonder if they can get radioactive stuff, and there was uranium leaked into the ocean which only takes a super fraction to contaminate the whole ocean, out with the molecular distillation process and to get the truth is another factor?
Dr.Gundry, if we are getting B12 from a supplement that has multiple B Vitamins is it still necessary to place the supplement under the tongue? Am i risking not receiving the B12 if i dont place the supplement under my tongue?
What if I make infused water with lemon?
What nedicine I take for high Uric acid please sugest me Sir.
Thanks!
B50 or B100 you said 50-100 MG or Micrograms? Which is it or did I miss something?
Liposomal vitamin C and time release vitamin c are the same thing?
Hello, I have a question... why after taking niacin, I have itching all over my body and I feel hot. I would like to ask you, or anybody to give me some information please, because it is vitamin B3 and I would like to know why I have such a reaction, whether it is a normal reaction or not. Thank you kindly ❤
Does vitamin C increase kidney stones? ?
Thank you for the podcast, so is there any need for a multivitamin? Thanks
Dr. Gundry!, thx for information. I have a few questions. I heard about research name "VITAL" where researcher test effectiveness of omega-3-acids and VitD to large amount of participants(there are placebo too). The result is that vitamin D is not that effective. Wanna hear your thought on this
He spoke of vitamin c but not sure if that includes the whole food version from like aceola cherries and what not?
Vitamins in general from whole foods are much more preferable than supplements but be careful not to have too much fructose in fruit.
I take pomegranate powder but its not making me younger like the Internet says lol...i take D and k2...i forget c but i drink lemon water ..i take Coq10..i eat meat because im not swallowing more pills of b12 .i eat oily fish.. i don't know what ca thing is..
Thank you for this information
How calmly the presence of such a supplement Carbon 15 was announced and there is no information about it absolutely nowhere and from where to get it
I have vitamin D and vitamin B12 toxicity. What do you recommend?
curious as to your symptoms and how you know this, thanks
I have high levels of vitamin d and b12. I’ve been told that my body is not absorbing these vitamins so they are stored in the body, not excreting, and not being distributed into the blood cells.
I’ve done a bloodwork panel
@@dianalynn6247 I’m extremely fatigue
