4 cinnamon sticks, 4 tbs of cloves, to 3 quarts of water. Let it sit until the 4th day, water will be brown, then drink as juice with honey, or no honey, my wife did this for her, and it helped to lower blood pressure! God is amazing!

My father is Pakistani and he's a driver in Kuwait. He works there with fellow indians. My father was a smoker and it ruined his lungs. He had alot of phlegm and always coughed. One day one of his Indian friend told him you should chew on cloves like I do. And it has amazing results.just try. My father started taking cloves regularly. And his phlegm was gone. It took time but it cleared the issues as his teeth were also so bad. Now he doesn't have any pain in his teeth. And I was surprised that he no longer coughs. Because I always used to see him coughing and I used to recognize him by far from my room by his cough. But he doesn't cough anymore

Don’t know if this is allowed but I’ll tell my story. I have dental implants for more than 22 years. A change in my health has me on a powerful biologic injections and one of the side effects I was told could be infections in my mouth. I did get an infection. It cost me $20,000 for these implants, to take them out I’m sure will cost a lot besides once the implants are out my jaw will collapse, I was a wreck! My daughter told me about an Indian that told her that he chews cloves to keep his mouth clean from infection. I ordered clove bud oil and applied it full strength on my infected implants. It burned like the devil the first couple of times. The infection is gone! It no longer burns and I apply it for maintenance. I’m in awe of this natural product. Im sure the pharmaceutical companies don’t want this out there. Thanks Dr. Berg. You are awesome!

Let us of migration in the past bringing ancient knowledge of their ancestral bloodline. Hence the reason you see many native American tribes look East Asian or Middle Eastern Africa .. those continents separated so that's where division began They bought all that knowledge from the old world after the polar switch... @@Life_as_an_ant

I tried chewing cloves from your other videos last November. I'd had gum issues since having my wisdom teeth extracted 30 years ago with constant discharges. Dentists wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to fix it with laser surgery. It cost $5 for the bottle and I am finally running out of cloves after a year (2 a day in my tea) The discharge was cleared up in about a month and the gums have been healthier ever since. Thanks!

In India, when babies are teething, we rub clove oil on sore gums. Helps numb pain with no toxic effects. It is interesting that one reader from Ethiopia commented about its use in tea. Indians have the same thing. Indians after all, originated from South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and brought their food habits with them. Masala Chai in India, is a fortified rich thick brew for winter days, with black tea, sugar, milk, and a variety of spices such as garam masala (heat producing spices) or cardamom/ clove/ cinnamon/ ginger in the tea. These spices warm you up and have medically protective benefits.

My dad started drinking glove water (put in 1,5 litter bottles and wait for few days till its all brown) years ago when he's diagnosed with diabetics and cholesterol. He no longer takes any diabetes pills or has cholesterol issues. He drinks this water with ginger powder daily.
For me I started drinking this late after I had recurring tonsilitis & hormonal imbalance. They really work! I wish I started gargling with them before I removed a side tooth that I was pushed by a dentist in turkey into removing! It was unnecessy and I have no plans of doing another invasive procedure for cosmetic reasons/to fill it! I'd urge everyone to consider these natural traditional remedies before take drastic action

🌿 Hey everyone! I love learning about the benefits of cloves, but it's also important to be aware of the potential side effects of excessive consumption. While cloves can be great in moderation, “excessive” usually means more than 1-2 whole cloves or about ¼ teaspoon of ground clove per day.
Here are some side effects to consider with excessive intake:
Liver Damage: Too much eugenol, found in cloves, can be toxic to the liver.
Mouth/Throat Irritation: Overconsumption can irritate the mucous membranes in your mouth and throat.
Blood Thinning: High amounts may have blood-thinning effects, which could be risky for those on certain medications or with bleeding disorders.
Always a good idea to enjoy cloves wisely! 🌱✨

As a fellow health UA-camr, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your insights on the benefits of drinking clove water at night! It's fascinating to learn about the historical significance of cloves and their medicinal properties.
In addition to the benefits you mentioned, I’d like to highlight that cloves are also rich in antioxidants, which can help combat oxidative stress in the body. This is particularly important for overall health and longevity. Moreover, the eugenol in cloves not only aids in oral health but also has anti-inflammatory properties that can support heart health by improving circulation and reducing blood pressure.
For those looking to incorporate clove water into their routine, I recommend steeping a few whole cloves in hot water for about 10-15 minutes to extract the beneficial compounds effectively. This can be a soothing bedtime ritual that promotes relaxation and better sleep.

Hi. This is my first time writing a comment on this channel.
I've been using cloves in my tea every evening. I grind it the flavor very quickly. I use the steam on my eyes until they are wet. This will improve your vision. I was using reading glasses before i started doing it, but i can read the smallest writing now without glasses.
My doctor asked me how did i get improvement on my eyes. But this will work on getting healthy.
Thank you, Dr. Eric Berg for all you do.

Just mixed a couple drops of clove oil with a few drops coconut oil. Swabbed the gum around the tooth and pain was gone and swelling within a couple days. My dentist just smiled when I told her😉 I’m going to make some clove water to use as a mouthwash. Thank you for this video!!

One afternoon I wanted to drink black tea, and had run out of it, so I prepared a cup of clove tea with honey instead, and felt relaxed and sleeping later. Since I liked the taste, I did it again a couple days later, and realised I was feeling the same afterwards and connected it to the clove tea.
