Sir நான் உங்க வீடியோ பார்த்தேன். I am concious in my eating. But my weightloss has not happened. Morning 50 ml coffee, then breakfast one banana or one vadai or assorted cut fruits like papaya,guva, plaintain.
Then afternoon it depends on everyday. Either one pot meal with less rice,dal,and lots of vegetables.
Again evening 50 ml coffee, then night most of the time nothing. Sometimes three idly, or one dosa. But weight is so stubborn like grease in the exhaust fan. Not reducing.
