Sticky Korean Pork Noodles I The Pork-fect Noodle Recipe ! 🐷🍜

Hey everyone, this week's noodle recipes is a budget friendly Sticky Korean Crispy Pork Noodle Dish. The combination of crispy pork, vegetables, and sticky noodles infused with Korean spices make for a perfect weeknight dinner or even meal prep.
Ingredients:
200g chow mein noodles
250g pork mince
2 cups shredded cabbage
3 tablespoons ssamjang (Korean spicy paste)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 green onions, sliced (separate white and green parts)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sesame seeds, for garnish
2-3 eggs, fried sunny-side up
Optional: sliced red chili for extra spice

That one is an induction, I’m a fire guy, but unfortunately it’s just not an option where I’m at, but it does look nice when it’s clean, and has a few benefits. Thanks for checking out the video!
