this miraculous stuff saved my life. I had so many digestive issues, blocked intestines, lazy stomach, inflammation, insomnia,….I started mmixing fresh aloe gel from leaves with water and drinking it on empty stomach with vitamin C and collagen. My gut healed, my stomach is up and running again. Great stuff and it’s so simple!

As a kid and teen, I always had a bad diet, sugary, spicy, oily, and my skin was a complete wreck from 14 years old to 20 years old, it affected my confidence alot because every other person would ask "what happened to your face?" And it'll remind me of my severe acne and I would become uncomfortable. Eventually I accepted it as it is, which isn't exactly good but better then being sad about it. Recently I started eating healthier(little to no spice, less sugar, less oily foods) , started eating and applying aloe to my skin and it's been like 7-10 days and I can already see 20-25% improvement in my skin. Which is alot for me. I still don't have a clear skin yet, but just progressing towards it makes me happier

I started Keto a little more than a month ago. It's the first "diet" I've ever gone on that I have no problem being on and staying on. I'm becoming a really good cook. I love my food and it is food that feels right and tastes good. I just added aloe juice to become one of my daily habits and today, I also started going to the pool and working out. I feel great and I deeply appreciate all the help I'm getting from the Keto community. Wonderful doctors and advice. Thank you. I won't stray far. You are doing so much good for me.

I'm just popping in to tell you that today marks my official 20kg (44lbs) drop since the 5th of July! And I'm still going strong, thanks to you Dr Berg and Dr Jason Fung and Dr Ken Berry! You guys ROCK! My blood pressure also came down from 135/111 to 118/76 average.
I'm binge watching your videos even if it doesn't apply to me.
Request if possible. I'm currently going through protracted Benzodiazipine withdrawal after my Dr thought it good to keep me of 5 different benzos over 8 years and I'm struggling a lot with it. I suffered some bad nerve and brain damage and even being off of it for more than 7 months, I'm still experiencing some nasty symptoms. I still can't take any B supplements else I start twitching and I get needles and pins like crazy. Apparently Benzos are fat soluble and so it can take months/years to recovery from it.
I was also diagnosed with bipolar depression (after trauma) and was told that I have to be on medication for the rest of my life. The depression however completely disappeared on Keto.
I know there are no magic cure for benzo withdrawal, but if you can meybe shed some light as to what is happening to our bodies and how to make the symptoms less intense. Professor Heather Ashton's book is my go to but not many people know about her.
Edit: Most doctors don't believe us when we tell them about the symptoms as it mimic other diseases and then they want to treat us for autoimmune diseases etc.
    Thank you!

Burnt 2 of my fingers enough to form big blisters and some decent browning of the skin. Put aloe on daily for a week, popped the blisters day two, a week later you could see where I popped the blisters but it was pretty much healed up completely.
    Amazing stuff for your skin.
I put it on my wrinkles, of which I had a lot, about a week ago my wife was saying how much better my skin looks, its absolutely different to two months ago.
I have aloe growing in the garden, so I don't use any processed stuff. Break a piece off, open it and get the gel directly.

The chest pain, short of breath, nausea, indigestion, etc have been pretty bad this last week. I eat very healthy, exercise, and have been healthy up until recently. If an aloe leaf has a yellow end, the yellow part is the major laxative. Gel from a fresh aloe leaf can be very bitter, to find a reduced bitter plant, pick a leaf that is convex (plump or bulging). The concave leaves are much more bitter in taste, which are still useful for topical applications. Also, never buy aloe juice at the grocery store. Because the definition can be stretched wildly, there is probably very little aloe in the drink. Get a fresh leaf at the grocery store, filet the skin like a fish, and scoop out the gel. Freeze it if you want. Also, listen to Dr. Berg, and fix your diet first.

However if I stop drinking a glass of aloe for three to five days like I've said, every three months, the flue returns at flue season. I do also get a good clean out. given the fact Aloe has 21 minerals and 15 not 12 vitamins in addition to phytochemicals the herb can correct nutritional deficiencies. Plant medicines are awesome for that very reason, they are not individual pharmaceutical chemicals but a combination of chemicals that act like pharmaceuticals and chemicals that act like FOOD and give real nutrition. Herbal remedies are both real food and real medicine so they can manage symptoms while providing the things nutritionally the body needs to repair itself.

When we would get a sunburn as a kid they would always put aloe on it. Rub it on and that was it. I never had any successful benefits from using it topically…THEN…one day (maybe for nostalgic reasons because I have always tried to keep an aloe plant in my adult life)
I was cooking and I burned myself really bad. The kind of burn that you can tell within seconds it’s starting to blister. I ran my finger under cold water, still burning 🔥 I snatched the aloe sitting on the kitchen window sill in front of me, rubbed it on, instant relief 😮‍💨. But…No, that same problem I faced as a kid or any time I used aloe was still there, within a second the pain is back, I swear it even hurt more.). My finger hurt so bad that I kept rubbing it on because.5-1sec of relief was better than the pain. But I began to notice after 30 seconds or so (which is like 30 minutes when your hurting that bad) it began to burn as the aloe began to dry on my skin. So, I put it on and as soon as it began to dry I rubbed more on.
This is what I noticed…initially it hurt and rubbing it on provided very short lived relief, but after several applications the time of relief was lasting longer. I then seen that the moisture of the aloe brought relief and as the skin absorbed the nutrients and it was dried up the pain came back. I learned as it healed the time between pain got longer until I felt no pain.
The burn was so bad, water, air, made it burn hotter with no relief, I could see and feel a blister starting to form, but after the aloe. It never blistered…it was like it never happened.
It only took maybe 10 minutes and I was good. Then I went to washing dishes in the hot water, began to burn, had to rub it on some more. 2 minutes later. I was good.
I learned a very valuable lesson that day proper knowledge and application makes a huge difference. Rubbing it on one time because your sunburned and that’s it isn’t going to work. Keep applying.
I hope this will help someone because this plant is so awesome and it really works if you know how to use it. Like anything else in life.

I have been using fresh aloe vera in smoothies for over a year. It has not hurt me in any way that I know of. I use it on my hair I use it on my face I use it all over my body I just rub the leaf all over my skin after I taken out the inner gel. What I can tell you for sure is this it help my eyelashes to grow before I had really small stubby eyelashes they're not super long now but you can see them when you're looking at me without having mascara on. Also rubbing that inner leafon my skin has helped my wrinkles they are not they're not as bad as they used to be. To some degree it is help melasma. Where I had the door discoloration from the arm of my eyeglasses it took that darkening away. It does help soften the skin. It is not The Miracle Worker that some people say. I haven't experienced that someone else experience could be different. I use it for my insulin resistance. For me it has not hurt me so if you afraid to use it take it from someone who's been using it for a year I've had no negative side effects at all. Forgive me for being so lengthy.
