@@stacymaurer3129 Yes, my heels are healed indeed. And the roughness is going away - they're softening more and more all the time. I'd say they're about 95% there now after about 6 months. I did the following:
      1. Cut out ALL junk food (warning: after a little while of this, you'll go through keto flu and it's hell.. I had 4 days of it.. felt like the worst flu ever.. my blood sugar dropped, making me feel nauseas, weak and SOOO tired; slept like 12 hours each day), but then I was fine afterwards and never been better since)
      2. I skip breakfast (only eat lunch and dinner, with no snacking between)
      3. I take quality supplements (not the cheap stuff you get at your local store). Try iHerb store online. I credit my recovery mostly to milk thistle, but I also take D3, multivitamins and other supplements related to healing the liver (burdock root, berberine and some others.. just watch Dr. Berg's videos about what's good for your liver)

I was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis at 8 years old. I had all these symptoms, especially the pain and the itching and the fatigue and eventually jaundice. I had a liver transplant in 2021 at 31 years old and I am so thankful for my donor every day. But everything you say is true. I'm going to share this video in the spirit of education. Thank you for making this video. I'm 3 years post transplant and just got back into thw gym but still struggle with the pain and fatigue, it's just life with poor liver health.

When I was diagnosed with hereditary hemochromatosis a few years ago, with a high ferritin count of over 2100, I was sent for a liver scan. Luckily it came back clear, however when I was getting the scan I noticed it was pretty painful where the nurse was pressing the ultrasound scanner (right ribcage).
So I cut out gluten and dairy and started intermittent fasting (thanks to Dr Berg), which stopped the pain and the swelling reduced considerably (I had what looked like a cortisol belly which has since reduced).
I'm still getting a few of the symptoms described here. Definitely not alcohol or fast-food related. The journey continues, but this channel always helps!

The emphasis on sugar, starches, and seed oils as root causes of liver damage offers a clear path for prevention and potential reversal. This is especially important given that early liver damage often progresses silently without obvious symptoms.
Most importantly, your point about dark urine and right-side discomfort as early warning signs could help viewers seek medical attention before serious damage occurs.
