- This 5 Minute Full Body Warm up Routine is the backbone of all my Astoria Workouts! I wanted to create one 5 minute warm up for all my workouts so we can use it as a place of familiarity, effectiveness, and purpose. No equipment or jumping is needed (for my low impactors out there) in this 5 minute Full Body Warm Up, so let's get warm!
