Caroline, this was a challenging and very effective workout. You are so creative with your use of multiple muscle groups. It causes me to pay more attention to my form and exactly which muscles I am using.
Love this workout……… especially when you’re traveling it’s easy and you don’t need any equipment! I take Caroline Jordan with me on all my trips specially out of the country because I can work out on my time !! I’m 69 years old and I do believe MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE !!! Nice way to start the morning. Even though your workouts have been getting my heart rate up for 4 years now since a foot injury they also are calming when we cool down or some mediation videos. Thank you for being my trainer and making my 51 year old self want to stay in shape. I’ve lost 10 lbs with you🎉
I honestly was contemplating on sitting down and doing nothing as I was in having fybromyalgia pain. But I said no the hell with this I'm getting up and working out and i honestly don't feel achey. Especially on this drought going on and cold air chill newengland 😅 love this video

Wow this was great! I'm completelly weat with sweat and couldn't feel better and it's 8 in the morning, just getting ready to open my office. In any case I haven't been doing cardio for 10 years and I've missed it dearly. Mostly I've been just doing hikes, runs, mountain climbing and some weights in the last 6 years, but this is what I really missed!
Caroline, I discovered your amazing exercise tutorials when I broke a bone in my foot and was desperate to keep fit while I was recovering. Your hurt-foot routines saved my sanity, and kept me moving! I am now just beginning to really get going again after rotator cuff surgery and tried this workout today. As before, it is a great workout and I really appreciate your commitment to Movement is Medicine. I am part of a senior dance troupe who perform for seniors and that is our motto, too!! OK, I think this may be my favorite cardio routine! I really like some of the new moves, like the triple knee and cross punch! Thank you! The coordination of the combined moves gives my mind a challange and many of the moves work my balance as well!
