    Good share ❤ i just had a burn a month ago & still recovering. Did the burn doctor prescribe use of pressure garment at all in the 3rd stage? Or was it just moisturizer all the way until your skin is back?

    Question, do you need a food scaler to start tracking your calories?

      A food scale would be the most accurate way to start tracking your food so that you can actually see what the amounts (grams) of each item are that you’re putting on your plate to then put in your mouth.

      While strength training, i will keep the brace during the entire set. For the reps in the video, yes i will release after the hold.

      Here is what I’ve found for you: cronometer.com/blog/how-to-track-water-in-cronometer/ You need to basically add it just like food. You should be able to do this on the free version just fine 👍🏾 Let me know if this helps.

    I dont see the Carb bar on the free version

      its definitely there. first bar is calories at the top. swipe finger to the left and you will see macros. Protein . Carbs. and Fats. and if you are putting in your own macros. you need to switch the option from NET Carbs to Carb in Profile + Targets

      these are the main two things that i fix with my clients. no need to diet when your not sleeping right and you eat shitty food. Switch the food to single ingredient foods. Eat a good amount of protein. and sleep 7-9hrs per night. that will start you in the right direction. <3

      @@chelleywest Thank you so much! Since watching this I downloaded Cronometer and have incorporated way more protein into my diet (yogurt, eggs, etc). I'm already feeling much better! Still working on the sleep since I have a bad case of RLS.

    Great video. Wish I'd watched it before I used free program for a week as part of a nutrition course I'm taking. Please let me know if you have time, what does N/T stand for in the report summary. Sugars and added sugars are both marked N/T. Hope you're still body building.

    What if you eat in public how are you supposed to track the amount of grams?

      This is where your guessitmation needs to come in. So for example, You dont know unless you actually track and see what it actually looks like. So you need to spend some time actually tracking your protein intake so that you actually know what amounts and what sized look like. So then oyu can take that knowledge and apply it to the outside world. BUT what I will say is that if you have a goal with weight loss , or health, or muscle building. Taking a step back on eating out so much is going to be the key.

      @@breannaross9094 congrats on your weight loss! remember, bracing core is muscle related. not weight loss related. so if you want to lose more weight, you need to make sure your diet is in control <3

    They seem cool but I just did a cost analysis. I added stuff to Crowd Cow and the total was $213. I ordered the same cuts (all grass-fed and finished) from a local store and it was $112. So it's not like it's $20-40 more to use these services, it's DOUBLE. I can get a quarter of a cow from a local butcher 8 miles up the road for almost the price of the Crowd Cow box. *shrug*

      Totally! i actually stopped using butcher box because i felt like to cuts of meat quality were going out the window. Im getting way better cuts of meat from my local Shop Right. I just make sure that its grass fed. I would love to find a local butcher because thats were your gunna get the good stuff!

      @@chelleywest My wife and I both work from home so we just moved to the "Country". (Northeastern Colorado). There are SO many farms and stuff out here. Check in your state if there is one of those websites where you can by beef from local farmers. It's like a co-op thing. They have one here in colorado but I don't remember the name. If I think of it or find it I'll send a comment.

    This is something I've struggled with a lot every time I've tried to get into exercise! Never can seem to be able to engage my core, at least not on command, happens accidentally but can't mantain it at all. Today I discovered three videos that showed me exactly what I was doing wrong and what to do instead: Alina Kennedy's, Pregnancy and Postpartum TV (as funny as that is) and yours. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I'll make sure to practice this until it becomes second nature <3

      your lower back really shouldn't be activated while doing these. make sure that you are not curving your lower back under.

    I've always wanted to try these, but I just couldn't for some reason. I actually ordered my very first one from Amazon. I had the Pineapple Orange Banana, and I think it's gonna be my new protein drink. It's so refreshing, light, and something i can tolerate. I had the gastric sleeve 11 years ago and I needed it. I got so tired of drinking those milky shakes. I already ordered the Mixed Berry flavor from walmart and I can't wait to try it out.

    Great video, thank you! Quick question. I really want to watch my protein intake and calories during the day. I am vegan and make many custom whole-food meals like legumes, bean soups, stews and curry, tofu, and tempeh. Also oil-free salad dressing, vegan cheese sauce, etch. How do I add all this to the program? Seems like a lot of work 😢

      yes it will take some work on your side but to really know your protein intake and calories when making recipes, you need to enter these in as a custom recipe. but the good thing about this is, you do it once it takes time but if you ever make that recipe again, it takes no time at all.

    How do you input a cooked meal let’s say I am cooking pasta with chicken and it’s all thrown in a crockpot wit sauce and such how do I know how much sauce I have when it is individually portioned out?

      you need to enter this is as a "Custom Recipe" so you would need to weigh out each ingredient that your putting into your crock pot. then the app will then calculate the calories and macros of the entire recipe. then you need to weight out that "portion" that you ate into the app. i measure that in grams.

    EXCELLENT video!!! Question though: why do my daily goals change? It 'looks' like my calories change every day...I'm confused as to why there are two numbers on say, kcals. Such as "Energy - 1403.3/1918.2 kcal"...I'm assuming that 1918 is my 'goal' and I've hit 1403 for the day? If that's correct, why does it change every day? 😂

      Good question! So this will all depend on if you actually set your macros and calories manually versus letting the app set them for you. I find when you let the apps set them for you, then the numbers tend to change daily. Essentially the number on the left is the number that you’ve eaten in the number on the right is the goal. For ex 1403 (would be what you’ve eaten) and 1915 (would be your total goal for the day) of course it’s hard for me to really explain how to set your own macros. I kinda explained it a little bit in the video; and for myself, and for my clients, when I manually set their macros and calories, then the totals do not change day-to-day, they stay the same until you change them. but if you need extra help on how to navigate cronometer, you can always dm me on insta and i can truly help you there ❤️🫶🏾 hope this helps.
