    I think it would be cool, everytime you finished a build, you made a list of what the total cost of parts and all that is.

    Man that was pretty creative to use soldering a wire and soldering gun to build a new end for the wire I never thought about that thank you for the idea I do quads and atcs mainly Hondas I'm either restoring them or I am just making them crazy had a ATC 110 that could almost pull anything I wanted it to check out my UA-cam video I have up ATC 110 pulling Jeep Cherokee on sugar Sand

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  3 роки тому

      Love it man! I like Honda 3 wheelers a lot but I am not a fan of letting my boys ride them. We had ATC110 that I rebuilt the top end and cleaned the carb. Gave it to my 6 year old for about 30 seconds and decided it was best to sell! Might get one in the future but for now we are going to focus on 4 wheels and sometimes 2 for my oldest.

      Lol, in my experience they have all been rear hydraulics with the exception of the shaft driven quads. Those typically have a drum brake attached to the axel.

    It is very interesting how you paint a lot of parts that most of us would never paint like exhaust tip n heat shields, plastics n sprockets n disc brakes!
    When did you start ridding dirt bikes? What age?

    Quality vids bro...Are you familiar with a Baha Motorsports 250? I'm having a heck of a time with wiring...the key switch console has so many wires coming out of it that I can't match it with my new harness? Can you suggest a resource or something?

    • @PraskaBoysGarage

      I am not familiar with them at all. If its a Chinese model I know they make similar wiring harness as the 110s. They are specifically for 150cc-250cc on Amazon or eBay.

    Hi BJ! My name is Luis Daniel from Puerto Rico, I’m only have 1 year in sport of atv, you have a great content and that’s why I’m following you. But I’m trying to get a video of the assembly of the transmission the automatic, the semi- automatic and didn’t find anything on UA-cam. I have a problem with one of my coolster 125cc in his automatic trans, i think it broke a gear, but I didn’t know how to open. Can you make a video how to fix that? I will really appreciate that. And congratulations for your channel!!👍🏻👍🏻💪🏻💪🏻

    Another great build BJ! Thanks for posting. One of my favorite parts is watching the machines in action when you are done.
    Just curious, have you ever tried the Automotive Electrical Wire Connector Kits? I'm not sure how much you pay for your new wiring harnesses, but that kit worked well for me. On my build I noticed that part of the metal had broken off in the connector. It only took a couple of mins to replace the bad pins with new ones and a reliable connection was restored.

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  3 роки тому

      Thank you so much! I've always wondered if I should take a new harness and replace every connector with a better quality water proof connector and see how long it lasts before I have an issue. I usually flip these as soon as I'm done with them but if I ever make one a "keeper" I'll have to try it!

    First of all, I want to say that im amazed at your know how on working on this things. Basically built it from the ground up. But for the cost, you didn’t really save any money did you? If you take into account all the hours and total parts costs. Aren’t similar kids atv around $1k ? Is it just a labor of love? Haha anyways, good job man! I just bought my kid his first one and I’m wanting to get educated so I can fix it up whenever things go wrong. Subscribed

    • @PraskaBoysGarage
      @PraskaBoysGarage  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah I absolutely agree, this build was the extreme case if someone replaced literally everything. If you are someone who wants a custom look this is great idea, but for the total investment it's way easier just to buy a new one!

    • @mikespain8655
      @mikespain8655 Рік тому

      Read the comments. Nobody ever mentions costs, which is crazy. Unless you are doing this for an expensive hobby, gross profit should be at the top of the list. With labor (hours and hours, parts, and powder coating, you lost money on this quad. Great job though.

    • @PraskaBoysGarage

      Tail lights were off eBay and I put the item# in the description. The seat came from VMC with a link as well. Check the measurements before you order they make 2 styles for the ata110 seat. The switch probably has corrosion as they are known to do that. Get some electric safe cleaner and Q tips and clean them up.
