This is the best website ever. I have learn't so much and commenced a few rebuilds of my own. Thanks Praska Boys Garage.
I just fixs mine after 2 years because of you
Great to hear! Thanks for watching and I'm glad I was able to help!
that is awesome the joy that young guy displayed receiving his quad.
Fantastic Video, thats smile on that little boys face was priceless!!!
You do great work, keep the videos coming!!
Yes, AJ was excited for sure! Thanks for watching, more to come!
That was a beautiful ending! Very heart warming. Excellent job mate. Love watching your videos out here in Australia 🇦🇺
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Another great job BJ. That kid was so excited and he will have so much fun. 👍👏👏👏
Hey thanks James! Good to hear from you! Yes, AJ was pumped and he got to watch the video today. Robbin told me he was just as excited to be on UA-cam as he was getting the present.
That kid was so excited and he will have so much fun. 👍👏👏👏
Yes he was! Thanks for watching!
B.J.
You really do a great job with these Chinese ATV's. I love watching your magic!
Thanks Tom! Good to hear from you! Glad you liked it.
@@PraskaBoysGarage I hope you and your family had a nice Christmas and hope you all have a wonderful new year!
Wow! Love the build looks new again!
Glad you like it! Thank!
Looks like new, love the song at the end, love the time lapse, love the excitement you show when you fire it up! What a great way to spend a little time this morning with your video. Thanks brother.
Thank you! For future videos what did you think about the narrating? It was new to me but I like to watch Ronald Finger and that is what he does for the majority of his Fiero restoration.
@@PraskaBoysGarage in my opinion and it’s just that, “my opinion.” I liked it I think a narration is great when doing a time lapse. I think an in depth detail is awesome when doing a specific task/ lesson. PS, You may not remember but I emailed some time ago just to ask about piston ring gap location on a 110cc rebuild I was doing after coming across one of your videos. Thanks again for the help. I’ll inform you that after reassembly it had great compression. Started great after adjusting my valves and ran just as good after adjusting my carb. However it ended in a catastrophic failure upon doing a top speed run. I had the beat up cylinder bored out for a larger piston and had to drill out the connecting rod for the larger wrist pin that came with said larger piston. One of these is my source of engine failure. I was a little bummed seeing my work destroyed but I wouldn’t change anything. I enjoyed the wrenching, research and experience of it. It was my first attempt at any kind of rebuild but won’t be my last.
@@Icantball67 Thank you Peter I appreciate your feedback! Glad to hear the motor was going for at least a little while. It's all a good learning experience in the end! Have fun with your future projects, always good to hear from you brother!
Thanks for the new video BJ! I loved the huge smile on the kid at the very end. That's what makes all the effort worthwhile.
I hope you and your family had a safe and enjoyable x-mas and I hope for the best for you all in the new year. Stay safe brother.
Glad you enjoyed it Max, always good to hear from you! Wishing you and your family all the best as well!
@@PraskaBoysGarage Thank you very much. :)

I glad you liked it, thanks for watching!
That smile was ear to ear, Thanks PBG, Merry Christmas All..
Couldn't agree more! All the time put in is worth it to see that moment of pure joy!
Nice video. I have exactly the same ATV and it has been sitting for over 7 years now, i think it's time to get it running again 😁
Diggin these videos and really helpin me on my journey of fixin quads

Good luck on your project! Let me know if you have any questions!
Love seeing your work it helps me with chinese atv problems
Awesome! Glad I was able to help!
Good job on these build bro. Keep posting
Hey I love the video. I've had to change a few small tires in my day. It does suck but I figured out that letting them sit in the sun helps a lot before fitting them on.
Working on rebuilding my old Cruz-in quad for my son and I have absolutely no knowledge on this. Thank you for the video!
Yeah you bet! Good luck on the project and let me know if you have any questions!
Always building the best. Great job
Thank you, glad you enjoyed the build!

Amazing job!

Your energy is an inspiration to me
Comments like yours is what inspires me! Thanks for watching!
@@PraskaBoysGarage I know this a dumb question, however how do you know the brand that made an unbranded chinese engine? Lifan? Zongshen? Loncin? I heard that the lifans look different than Loncin because loncin look closer to an old school Honda engine than a Logan does...maybe serial number perhaps? Thumbs up 👍
@@calebproductions5970 Not a dumb question at all! These Chinese clones are made by a few different manufactures and unless stamped with a brand it's impossible to tell. However they are classified as a "E22". That is the specific style of these motors. So if your looking for parts E22 is a good sign. If it says GY6 then that is the wrong motor.
Looks great as always man!!!!!
I appreciate that! Thank you!
Great job!
Thanks man!
Love the videos
Thank you!!!
Well done buddy 👍
Thank you!
love it its always been my dream to have a atv
Thank you! Save up and get one, they are worth it!
It looks awesome MR BJ

Makes it all worth it! Thanks for watching!

Super Super job well done
Thank you very much!

De nada! Feliz de ayudar
Gracias 🤗 🙂 🤗 Richard of Puerto Rico, saludos
De Nada!
That's a wildfire 50 I have the same one u can even see the wildfire motor sticker good build helped me out fixing mine
Yes it’s a wildfire. Coolster is just a more popular known Chinese brand with the same plastics that’s why I used the name in the tag. Glad the video helped!
@@PraskaBoysGarage I ended up swapping out the 50cc for 125cc lifan engine
Nice 👍
I am refurbishing a 50 cc Chinese atv for my grandchildren. Your videos have been very helpful. Thanks.
Great to hear! Good luck on the project and let me know if you have any questions!
Such a wonderful end to the video.
Yes! It was awesome, and the perfect way to end it. I was thankful Robbin recorded it and allowed me to share it!
Praska Boy's Garage You should try and fix bigger bikes like 140, 150cc’s etc.
@@brotherkhan2885 I am always looking for the but they rarely come up for sale. The little ones come up all the time! When I see them I'll try and pick it up!
Praska Boy's Garage Cant wait for it it, theres tons here on england
Idea, mount a manual pit bit 125cc into it. They absolutely fly. Built one in March, so mint.
I wouldn't on this model specifically because I don't think the motor mounts and shocks could take it. If this frame was originally built for a 110cc I'd so a 125 swap for sure!
@@PraskaBoysGarage thanks for responding! The110cc (50-125cc) horizontal Honda clones all the use the same mounting from my experience. If you can find a electric start manual 125cc you’re set. If I managed the swap and bench test all between lunch and supper, It would take you an hour. Lol
It’s funnest in first gear, like a micro hill climber.
You deserve a lot more subscribers
Thank you! I appreciate that!
No problem
I love your videos for you i start to fix my sons 4 wheeleter but i dont know how to regulate de carb
Thanks for watching! Best advise I can give on carbs is replace them and start brand new! They are a cheap piece of mind for sure!
i love this channel! you even do the chris fix gand gestures 😂 just remember to take inn a pitbike/dirtbike og a scooter once in a while or else this gets old pretty quick. you should hammer BJ WAS HERE in the frame 🤣
Thank you, and I 100% agree! I have a lot of projects lined up for 2021 that I am excited to share!
Oooof. 499 likes. Woulda been your 500th. I started work on a few of my little ATVs yesterday. Hopefully I can get my edit game on point like yours.
Nice, I watched your most recent video you posted. I film everything with my iPhone, and I use iMovie on my mac to edit. What are you using to edit now? Also try turning your phone horizontal that way if fits the entire screen on UA-cam.
@@PraskaBoysGarage yeah I learned out that hard way. So next one ships come out better. I hope lol. I use power director . I’ve only got about two hours into learning it.
Hope you are ready for the snow we are getting tomorrow! Lol
If by ready you mean have the snowmobiles out and ready to go then yes! I am ready!
Iowa represent!!
Yes sir! We love it here!
@@PraskaBoysGarage I’m curious to see how the 100cc moped big bore turns out, I have a slow 50cc I’d love to do a big bore on eventually but I’m worried to try it lol
@@StrongFarms I've got a video series coming soon you'll love. I've spent over $1,400 on performance parts for my 50cc scooter and I will be testing all of them to see what's is the best value for power gains. After that I will be doing a 150cc swap to compare cost vs the modified 50. It's going to be awesome and I cant wait!
Nice work bro ..from iraq
Thanks man, that's amazing how many people this video can reach! Appreciate you watching!
Great job ! Tires do suck. Might be easier to cut the rim in half and weld it back together. Lol. Happy New Year to you and your family
Lol, thanks! So in the time-lapse I didn't even film the 4th tire because I was so beat I literally to the cut off wheel to it! Thanks for watching and Happy New Year to you as well!
I've got on of those Xpea ones haha!
they look similar only mine is 110cc, has been sitting for more than 5 years, and 2 exhaust, etc..
Just ordered myself a new battery and stuff, let's hope I can get it running tomorrow :D (I hope haha) it's actually impressive how everything is still very intact! Brakes are a bit rusty but still brake very smoothly, suspensions is not stiff at all! amazing quad! I am a bit big tho :/
Nice, good luck on your project!
@@PraskaBoysGarage Got it working! got to drive it! then the chain snapped..
Can you do a video where you split the case and do something with gears/selector as I’ve seen a few but not really that thorough 😁 big fan btw iv seen all your vids
Yes I will, I have a lot of plans for more "How To" style videos in 2021 and splitting the case is on the list for sure!
Hi, you should do a tutorial on carb adjustments on one of these.
It's been requested a few times so when I get back in the shop I will have to make time to do that!
Doing my first 110cc kazuma atv topend
Good luck man! Shoot me an email if you run into any questions!
Awesome 👏🏿 question thou all the work u did how much would that be in a shop ..best guestimate please Thankyou
Hey Man! I love your builds and learn so much from them!! It helps me a lot in my build too as I make better and better progress on different projects I have, I was wondering can you put the link to where you get the carburetor for your atvs? It would help a lot!
Nvm found it in the description 😂😂 sorry!
Lol, sounds good! Glad you like the videos and thanks for watching!
😙masterpiece
Thank you!
Great video. Really like the colour on this one. I cheated on my last plastics ‘paint job’. Peeled the stickers and hit it with the heat gun. Brought the plastics back to about 90% of original colour and removed 89% of the scratches. So if you like the colour and you are careful with the heat gun, this can be a time saver if you don’t want a great paint job like this one that BJ laid down.
BJ any recommendations on shocks? They are so pricey and sometimes hard to find. Amazon seems to be my only consistent source.
Hey thanks mark! I've used that heat trick before, and it really does bring that original color back. Here is my experience with Chinese brand shocks: they flat out stink... My advise is find a name brand atv that has the same length shocks and look for used take offs. An example is the Kazuma Falcon 110 ATV used the same size shocks as a Yamaha Raptor 80 from the early 2000s. If you want a much better ride that's what I would do!
Could you make a quick video showing where all new hoses would go when replacing the carb? i think i have it correct, as there is one hole open on the side of the carb, i assume no hose goes there? thanks!
Hello, Love your videos very informative. I'm rebuilding my 70cc pit bike and i was wondering if you know what the torque setting is on the head bolts? Thanks.
Only realised I wasn’t subscribed at the end of the video sorry for being part of 35% I’m not no more tho 😂😅
I appreciate that my friend!
Have you had the opportunity to retread the rear axle wheel threads where the tires get locked in place
Every wiring harness I install… I have to rewire the old stater to make it get consistent solid spark. Any tips?
Another great vid. It's great to see your personality starting to come through. I'm prepping to do a new top end on a 110cc motor that has low compression. I see cylinder heads come in two sizes for these motors. (52.4mm and 54mm.) Have you tried either? Any thoughts?
Hey thanks man, I've been following your channel as well from my personal page. You guys got a ton of snow fall! When replacing the heads the MM is the piston diameter. A 52mm head for a 110cc motor. The 52.4MM is for a 125cc. I actually have a rebuild kit and cylinder head for each size. (50, 70, 90, 110, & 125) because I want to see what you can change out and still run like it should! That video will be out the first quarter of 2021!
@@PraskaBoysGarage Thanks, I'll watch for that video. I'm hoping to squeeze a little more out of a 110cc go cart and collecting my thoughts, doing my research etc.
@@VermontLife The best performance mod for me has been upgrading the carb. Mikuni is really expensive, however they do make a knockoff on eBay for around $35 bucks that comes with the intake adapter. I've never put in on a 110cc only a 125cc but I bet it would work just fine.
When I paint I just lay it down don't worry about sanding or even priming
As my boys would say “send it’
brother, where have you been? I am missing your videos. Any chance you are going to go a little bit bigger like maybe some 90 Polaris???
I had done this for a customers kids and they were stoked. Now that they have grown, he sold me the two ATV's and then I paid it forward to have another child smile over the holidays. Oh so did your wife see the ring around the tub after the warm bath...lol
Hey man, been watching your stuff for a bit now, very helpful with this current build I am working on! Quick question, maybe you have an idea, I see in this video around 13 min mark, you attach the fuel line directly to the carb. I added a fuel shutoff to mine, is that not required? I'll take that off if not its kind of annoying to turn off or on especially if you forget to turn the fuel on and the machine wont turn on. Oh and BTW I am in Central IL so I understand not working when its 10 degrees out! LOL
I’m wondering where all the lines connect to the carb? Do you have a clean picture of which lines goes where on a kayo atv?
great video as usual. why would you use a battery maintainer? I'm not sure what they are.
To me it's cheap insurance that the ATV will start. It is a battery charger that keep them at 100% Because of the weather AJ might not get to ride it much till spring. So I want to make sure it starts for him when he is ready to ride!
Quick question I know this is a old video but I recently got a few of these 110cc Chinese atvs for cheap, while tearing them apart I noticed there are 2 different style stators. One looks like the one out of the green one you just showed with the coils circling the crank, the other just has 2 coils opposite of each other... are they interchangeable?
question, i have a chinese atv also, i bought a battery from vmc and installed it but the battery seems like it doesnt recharge itself after i turn it off , would that be the stator?
Could you do an update on this one? How the paint is holding up and everything.
I'll have to ask Robbin, she told me they just got it out of storage about 2 weeks ago so AJ could start riding it!
I noticed when you installed the new fuel line, there is no inlet valve. Does that matter?
Hey man love the videos was wondering if u had any plastics laying around you would sell and a steering post
Hey thanks Josh! I don't have any right now. If you want new plastics I order them from VMC chinese parts.
@@PraskaBoysGarage I have look around a lot and can not find my style
are the wheels held on with studs and lugnuts or some kind of bolts/nuts?
Hey man you think you can do a carb tuning tutorial ? And which carbs you recommend
I will absolutely be doing that this summer! I think it is a much needed video for UA-cam!
I'm super interested in doing some rebuilds like this. I'm curious how you find these used. Maybe there is not any in my area but can't find one for sale. Do you search a particular way for these atvs? Any help is appreciated
My preference is Facebook Marketplace. The good deals go quick so when I see them I have to be ready to go ASAP! I’ve even offered more money then what they asked for just to get the deal.
I have an eton Rxl 50 viper it was left outside for 15 yrs ...it's a 7 coil stator would this 6 coil wiring harness work on this 50cc RLX 50 viper?
I've got a Tao db10 that I've picked up for my son but it's in need of some parts, where's the best site to order from for Chinese bikes? You have very informative videos, thanks for doing what you do.
Thanks man, glad you like the videos. VMC chinese parts, Amazon and eBay are the only places I buy parts. VMC is a great resource with all the specs listed plus they are based out of Illinois . I use amazon for Prime and eBay when I want to pay the cheapest price and okay with waiting a few weeks to get it with 0% chance of a return policy.
Hey!!! Do the headlights usually plug in? My headlight and wiring harness don’t match. Thanks!
Hey Alex! The aftermarket harness I order comes with (2) - 3 plug connectors for 2 headlights. This single style of headlight comes with a 4 pin plug. What I did was took the old connector from the original harness, and unplugged the the wires from the 3 pin and put them in the 4 pin. I know this sounds a little confusing so if you have more questions please email me and I can send you pictures.
any idea where to get a set of the plastic running boards? cant seem to find them on amazon, would like to get a set
would gladly buy a used set off you if you have a used set laying around?
What is the name and brand of your bench mount. That you use for disassembeling your engines?
It doesn't have a brand. I got it off eBay back in 2018, but the seller is hit and miss when he lists them. I am currently working with a guy who owns a CNC machine to start making them myself!
Nice video! What do you know about different bodies and names on China 110cc atvs? I have one that's mid to full size, 3 speed semi with Reverse. It has a louvered front nose but missing bumper and the tag that told what it is....lol.
If you haven't found out what it is yet send me a picture to PraskaBoysGarage@gmail.com and I will help you figure it out!
@Praska Boy's Garage will do. I have seen some very similar but none exactly like mine. Will send you pics. Previous owner painted it blue and a metallic gold...lol.
You should make more videos
I agree with you! Thanks for watching!
Do a vid on that yamoto 110 vx...I've got one I'm gonna rebuild after summer has an oil leak also maybe a how to on setting a carb good
I'll keep my eye out for one!
I thought I saw one sitting in your shop in this video is only reason I mentioned it
why aren`t u posting anymore?
Does the whole shell need to come off in order to remove the headlight ?
Are you still doing arc works?!
Does painting the plastics actually last?
