Diba po when we are building muscle mass need natin ang one pound of protein per pound of body weight. Sa statement ko po wala po akong sinabi na forget about carbs and lipids ang sabi ko po is FOCUS, hindi po ONLY

Another good video. You never disappoint. Ever. Just a piece of advice with terms since A LOT of people are sensitive with labels on sexuality and identity, instead of saying "gender" when describing a "male or female body", I would usually say XX Chromosome or XY Chromosome body. In that way I can't be called out because my labels are biological facts. I'm not sure how your audience will handle or understand that though. I hope you can find a way around it. Personally, I don't really mind, but then there are people who do. Sobrang ganda kasi ng content mo bro, and I really don't wanna see people who'll cancel you just because of words. Harsh current situation, yeah.

So yun nga skinny fat ako kase may bilbil ako tapos walang muscle yung katawan ko. So having this kind of tips encourage everyone especially ako kasi I've been thinking na kailangan ko nang magpaliit ng body fat at the same time magbuild ng muscle but tinatamad ako lagi. I'm already 21 pero yung katawan ko ang payat tapos may bilbil so I need to discipline myself first especially na quarantine. Anyway, thanks for sharing this info.

Ano po advice niyo sa mga teenagers na nagwoworkout like (16-19 yrs old). Do we also lift weight? Kasi may nagsabi po sakin na hindi po maganda mag lift weights ang isang teenager because it interferes with the growth.

2 years late. Salamat coach ganitong-ganito ang katawan ko. 176cm 75KG normal lang siya kapag chinecheck ko sa net yung height to body ratio pero ang problema ng akin ay yung man boobs, bilbil at sobrang tabang legs.

Tsaka sa calesthenics talagang lalakas katawan mo di tulad sa weigt lifting na malaki katawan pero di gaano kalakasan.
Oo nga, mahirap pag magka abs pag "skinny fat ka eh" pero 2 months of calisthenics traning kaya ko na mag archer push ups, pero mahirap talaga sa abs
I think his videos doesn't fit for people who can't go to gym, we don't have weights so I think crunches and some sorts of stuffs works
Kung focus sa weight lifting and not too much cardio or else magiging skinny ka, do we have some exceptions tulad ng mga athletes? Example nalang si Lebron James, which I think skinny siya nung HS but ang laking muscle dinagdag sakanya sa professional league but his cardio is still on top. Or will it still depend sa program na gagawin? I'm planning to have lean muscle mass pero still wanted to have strong cardio at the same time(kickboxing, running). Thanks!

@@joshuacruz6378 my low carbs diet is effective and it works po. Talagang liliit po tyan mo at nag lose din ako ng 3 kilos in less than 2 months. Pero yung love handles hindi yata ganun kabilis mawala kung hindi ka rin nagli lift. Sa diet na low carbs and cardio papayat ka lang. Ok naman po ako dun ayoko naman din ng muscular, slim fit ang goal ko.

Yeah I am totally a skinny fat.
I begun lifting since the break out of covid (March I think)
Then now I can say that lifting weights is very effective and I can see that there is changing but to be honest it is very slow .
So everything that sir Jacob says is 100% true. Have patience. Focus on compound exercise.

Thank you for your video, I was watching Jordan Yeoh and found your channel and subscribed, I am trying my best to loose 20-30 lbs been taking coconut oil recently and helped to cut my food cravings and lost 5 lbs in two weeks. But I work 12 hrs night shift so tried to bring low calorie food and drink green tea. Anything you can add? when I go home do i need to do compound exercises before I sleep? or do it after sleeping and going back to work?
