      How do you know kung tama ang form at may quality ang bawat reps mo (ex. chest, arms, back, etc.)? Ano ba ang tamang form iba iba rin napapanood ko dito sa UA-cam hindi ko alam kung sino sunsundin or sino mas tama.

    I think you're the pinoy version of Jeremy Ethier minus the extreme science-y aspect (I mean it in a nice way). Easier to follow especially the nutrition tips-- given you are pinoy as well and we can buy the same stuff from the local market. Definitely worth a subscribe.     Jacob! Really appreciate your advises. Your approach is holistic - physical, mental, physiological - really like you stressing out on doing changes in your body, in your life, the natural way. Just always do you. And one important thing that I've learned over time, in whatever aspect or setting, do not compare yourself or your work to your peers. :) If I'm going to translate it - iwas muna sa social media hehehe.

    1 Minute - Jumping Jack
    1-Minute - Squat
    1-Minute -Shoulder Exercise
    Burpees - 10 reps
    Push up - 50 reps
    Sit Ups -50 reps
    Plank - 90 seconds

      @@kharlsaga3705 sir kaya po ang word na ginamit ko is "FOCUS" di ko po sinabi na solely mag rely sa protein for energy source. Diba po when we are building muscle mass need natin ang one pound of protein per pound of body weight. Sa statement ko po wala po akong sinabi na forget about carbs and lipids ang sabi ko po is FOCUS, hindi po ONLY

    Hope you notice my comment bro. I'm 21 yrs old and im skinny fat. Medyo malaki tyan ko pero payat ako. Gusto kong makinig lagi sa mga videos mo kasi pinagdaanan mo nayan noon. Thanks for sharing your advice especially para sa mga beginner na gaya namin na itama or iwasan ang mga bagay about sa pagpapalaki ng body. I have the mindset, tools, and determination as well ang I know its a long way to go. Wala pakong nakikitang result sa body ko pero gaya ng sabi mo it takes years. Natural lang ako and no steroids. Thanks for inspiring us.

    Dude! I have an idea for a video. I still get confused on how heavy I should be lifting.
    Maybe you could do a video about the right weight to lift if you're trying to cut but still gain muscle?

    Another good video. You never disappoint. Ever. Just a piece of advice with terms since A LOT of people are sensitive with labels on sexuality and identity, instead of saying "gender" when describing a "male or female body", I would usually say XX Chromosome or XY Chromosome body. In that way I can't be called out because my labels are biological facts. I'm not sure how your audience will handle or understand that though. I hope you can find a way around it. Personally, I don't really mind, but then there are people who do. Sobrang ganda kasi ng content mo bro, and I really don't wanna see people who'll cancel you just because of words. Harsh current situation, yeah.

Meron po ba kayong detailed video about sa kung ano dapat gagawin like what exercises to do, number of reps/sets, how long, and what to and not to eat for beginners na skinny fat na gustong magsimula magbago? If possible ung pwede lng po sana gawin at home and what equipments can you recommend that one should have at least. Yung affordable rin po sana. Thanks a lot po.

    So yun nga skinny fat ako kase may bilbil ako tapos walang muscle yung katawan ko. So having this kind of tips encourage everyone especially ako kasi I've been thinking na kailangan ko nang magpaliit ng body fat at the same time magbuild ng muscle but tinatamad ako lagi. I'm already 21 pero yung katawan ko ang payat tapos may bilbil so I need to discipline myself first especially na quarantine. Anyway, thanks for sharing this info.

    Ano po advice niyo sa mga teenagers na nagwoworkout like (16-19 yrs old). Do we also lift weight? Kasi may nagsabi po sakin na hindi po maganda mag lift weights ang isang teenager because it interferes with the growth.

    2 years late. Salamat coach ganitong-ganito ang katawan ko. 176cm 75KG normal lang siya kapag chinecheck ko sa net yung height to body ratio pero ang problema ng akin ay yung man boobs, bilbil at sobrang tabang legs.

    Kung focus sa weight lifting and not too much cardio or else magiging skinny ka, do we have some exceptions tulad ng mga athletes? Example nalang si Lebron James, which I think skinny siya nung HS but ang laking muscle dinagdag sakanya sa professional league but his cardio is still on top. Or will it still depend sa program na gagawin? I'm planning to have lean muscle mass pero still wanted to have strong cardio at the same time(kickboxing, running). Thanks!

    Omg thanks to your advice. Love it! I'm a skinny fat too. I'm skinny but I have love handles. I've been on a diet for 1 month na. I have workout program na but more on flanking and crunches ako. I can't go to the gym kaya dumbels ko na lang pinaglalaruan ko dito sa bahay.

      @@joshuacruz6378 my low carbs diet is effective and it works po. Talagang liliit po tyan mo at nag lose din ako ng 3 kilos in less than 2 months. Pero yung love handles hindi yata ganun kabilis mawala kung hindi ka rin nagli lift. Sa diet na low carbs and cardio papayat ka lang. Ok naman po ako dun ayoko naman din ng muscular, slim fit ang goal ko.

    Yeah I am totally a skinny fat.
    I begun lifting since the break out of covid (March I think)
    Then now I can say that lifting weights is very effective and I can see that there is changing but to be honest it is very slow .
    So everything that sir Jacob says is 100% true. Have patience. Focus on compound exercise.

    Instant subs here. This video is really informative po and now i know na Im skinny fat 🤔 I have slim arms but big tummy and I suspect this is cause by my beer habits before. Im currently doing weights but I hope you can share videos on the correct posture on doing weights for beginners. Honestly, ako kasi makapag weights lang ako hindi ko po alam ung mga right posture.     skinny fat ako, coach, like i only weigh 65 pero i have my belly kasi mahilig ako sa milktea and malalamig tho i occasionally drink alak as well, i mean light beer. hope you can really help me out, coach, i really wanna have that built i've been wanting to achieve for my body. thanks, coach, more power.

    Thank you for your video, I was watching Jordan Yeoh and found your channel and subscribed, I am trying my best to loose 20-30 lbs been taking coconut oil recently and helped to cut my food cravings and lost 5 lbs in two weeks. But I work 12 hrs night shift so tried to bring low calorie food and drink green tea. Anything you can add? when I go home do i need to do compound exercises before I sleep? or do it after sleeping and going back to work?

    Sir! salamat sa mga TIPS malaking bagay to.. ako kase may Gout, so maingat ako na umangat ung URIC ko sa pag kaen ng mataas ang PROTIEN content na food. kaso protein and need ng muscle diba, anu mapapayo mo sakin regarding my concern. From chubby to weight loss nagawa ko na. for 1 year nag focus ako sa cardio at mga crunches that past months..Now i just start lifting nitong last August till this month of MAY. meron kaba program na bibigay sakin Sir.. sana matulugnan mo ko.
