@@Me-or9br bless :) well I am already skinny but I wanted some definition and I have been on a vegetarian diet for 4 years now I am also only 17 and do lots of walking (since everyone is different- these are my factor's) I have done lots of intense ab exercises by her just one 10 minute one everyday (or two 5 minute) and then I'll do another 10 minute exercise on a different body part that varies. So I do 20 minutes of her exercises every single morning with a break day maybe once every 2 weeks:). Hope this helps and good luck!!! how to relieve the pain in ur neck during the exercises 1. situps - dont pull urself all the way up, that way ur body is forced to use ur abs to hold urself up instead of ur neck (basically hold ur upper body at an angle - it's gonna be harder on ur abs and it'll make sure u don't rely on ur neck too much) 2. things where u hv to lift ur legs (like flutter kicks, leg lifts, hundreds, etc.) - for beginners: what u can do is put a towel/pillow underneath ur neck, rest ur head on the ground, or place ur hands underneath ur hips to level ur body. - once u hv more strength: instead of keeping ur entire body except ur head on the ground, lift ur chest slightly and focus on ur breathing (bc if u do so, ur neck will automatically adjust to the right angle to help w air flow) let me know if i missed anything or if u hv any questions :) good luck!

I've been switching off of different ab workouts from Lillys account and let me tell you... IT WORKS. I genuinely can feel the abs forming under my stomach and i'm going to keep doing them everyday until I see atleast a 2 pack. ill be back in about month :)

Hey, what i did to feel and see results was not only continue doing it but change my mind. I was aleays thinking that i should restrict "bad" food, that my body was wrong and i had to excercise and lose weight so everyone will accept me. But i realise that my body is unique, that the weight that i have is not gonna look the exact same in other person, that i should do it because i love myself and not because i wanna be "skinny" or "pretty", because we all absolutly beautiful in our way. Once i change my mind set, i started to see the results, not only me but everyone. So keep going, you are amazing❤
Lol one month later lmao. But in order to see results you can’t just be doing 1 workout per day, you have to lose overall body fat in order to have abs or show muscle. Abs pretty much require fat burn all over the body. That’s why running or cardio while workouts like these to focus on one area are the ones that actually show results. Hope this helps☺️. (Btw I jump rope for 10 min for cardio and hike sometimes)

ok summers coming up. i want to feel confident in my bathing suit that i just ordered so i’m gonna do it. before working out: no abs at all 115.8 lbs day 1: my abs aren’t as on fire as i thought they’d be but they are definitely burning. hopefully tomorrow i’ll see a difference in my stomach day 2: abs still aren’t on fire but definitely feel more burning than yesterday. i barely see a difference in my stomach but i also didn’t maintain my diet so tomorrow i’ll do better on that. day 3: definitelyyyy felt the burn today. my weight is dropping but i’m only seeing very very subtle differences in my stomach but not much at all. today i tried to watch my diet but i couldn’t so i’m going to tomorrow for sure to see how i do with that! day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7: remind me so i won’t forget!💞

Okay, so imma start updating my progress: Day 1: burned a lot, buh i felt good after. Day 2: burned today, and abs were on firee Day 3: it burned a lot today and I can see my stomach getting smaller by just a bit Day 4: burned today buh felt gd. Seeing a lot of progress. Day 5: hurts a lot, for some reason; but it definitely working Day 6: hurts but i have seen a difference for sure. Day 7: last day, and I'm really happy! This workout burns like always but i can guarantee this works.

Hey everyone I’m going to be doing this workout for 2 weeks I will let you know how it gets on❤️ Day 1: ✅ I did this workout after my dinner kinda left it late however this workout it burnt me. All I ate threw out the day was breakfasts a sandwich and dinner ovs won’t be any results on first day but I feel when it burns you know it’s doing something 😂😂 Day 2: ✅ complete woke up this morning ab area was a bit sore but only for the morning. I did the workout and it burnt my abs again 😂 but feels like it’s doing somet . Today I went on a walk afterwards. I did this workout before my dinner this time 👍🏻👍🏻 and I have eaten the same as yesterday. ❤️ Day 3:✅ today really burnt 🥵 can’t see any results yet but it’s still early in. I have eaten quite a lot today haha 😂 I did this workout after my dinner today I do leave it late but kind of prefer it. This was a reply but I’m going to post this here, since it might help. The process depends on how much you want to loose weight. I would recommend 1500 calories. Try to stay around 600-400 calories a day on starch carbs (bread, potatoes, rice etc) limit them if you can, but they’re really delicious, so keep them in to make your diet a little easier! Increase High protein food, and try to get as many grams of protein as body weight, this can be foods such as eggs( you can buy a cartoon of egg whites if you have trouble w the calories), chicken breast (most ideal) and you can eat red meat but try to stay away from that. You can also eat plant based proteins such as tofu, beans (but they bloat! And others, google if you want). Protein burns more calories than it gives, and helps you build muscle which increasing muscle increases your metabolism!! Also eat lots of vegetable. Don’t restrict yourself on vegetables, as they also provide fiber which helps your digestion, and thus loose weight. (A lot of people are constipated because they don’t have enough fiber in their diet and so you have a few lbs of poop, gross right!) Try to go for leafy greens, peppers, zuchinni, etc. (not starchy vegetables such as potato and corn) Try to not eat to much fruit too. Only if your craving sweets, as it contains sugar which makes you hungrier. Try to eat nonbloating foods. Bloating makes you look fat but doesn’t actually add up to weight. Same thing eith sodium. Try not to cook with oil, as it measures up fast, and if you do, measure it. You don’t have to track exactly, but be weary of portions etc, as it can add up fast. Also this alone is only 10 minutes, so it won’t burn many calories. So do cardio a 20 min jog or, like 20,000 steps a day would be fine too. Drink lots of water!! 60oz a day!! You’ll be to busy doing your business than to eat! You can drink it eith lemon juice, or coffee or tea, but be careful about juice and other sodas. Also sleep! 8-10 hours will help build muscle, healing, and help with fat loss! Studies have shown people with less sleep tend to be more hungry and crave food more. Also try not to stress, as stress also inhibits weight loss, and can increase weight gain. Abs can take a little bit to appear based on your body fat %, so if you want the aesthetics, increase muscle mass or decrease body fat. I’d recommend doing 30 minutes of ab for 4-5 days a week. It won’t bulk you up, as your abs are wayyyy stronger than you think. If your going for 1500 or lower, do 2-4 weeks of this and stay on track. But don’t do it for to long or you’ll see muscle mass go down, feel fautigued, sick and really really tierd. After, you should still do the ab exercises, but increase calories by 100 every few days to make sure you don’t gain weight, but are able to bring your metabolism rate back up. This is all I’ve heard, but if you have any more questions, hmu. Hope this helps!
hey!! I used to get this all the time too, and for me just making sure to 1) keep breathing and 2) literally always have my lower back firmly pressed into the ground (to keep my core engaged) helped take the pressure off my neck. Hope this helps!! 🥰
I have been doing this ab workout for 40 days and I definitely can see some ab definition. My stomach is so much more toned now. This workout is pretty simple and doesn’t take much time. I definitely recommend this workout. Just trust the process at you will get results!

I've been doing Lilly and Chloe's workouts for a long time know and I've gotten amazing results. But even when you get the results you want don't go back to not working out and eating unhealthy. Because then you will be back right started.
i’m gonna do this workout for 7 days, maybe a bit longer depending on results Day 1: hurt so bad, i had to take breaks during some. definitely got me sweating. day 2: half way through the day my abs got sore, i woke up late so i did my ab workout after lunch. definitely broke a sweat but didn’t take as many breaks as yesterday day 3: today i did the workout at around 7:00am, when i woke up my stomach looked flatter than usual (i haven’t had anything to eat yet tho) i took a couple breaks because my abs were sore from yesterday day 4: i’ve only been doing this video all week, without a diet (just being careful of what i’m eating) and i really think this is working, i’ve gotten stronger and i only took 1 break throughout the whole video, i really think i’m seeing a difference. today i also did lilly’s 11 line abs in 4 minutes and that burneddddd Day 5: i haven’t been getting much sleep recently and i was way to tired to do this workout, i got about 3 minutes into it and just collapsed, so tomorrow i’m doing this twice & the hourglass workout. today i ate a lot, so i’m bloated and can’t see a great amount of results but i’m going to start drinking at least a litre of water a day Day 6: today was hard because i started my period but i pushed through and got it done, now i’m going to try and at least get through half of lily sabris loose weight in your stomach workout

I'm going to do a 7 day program just for me so I push myself to do it. Day 1: it was freacking exhausting but I could handle it. Day 2: it was less exhausting. Day 3: it was actually kind of easy. Day 4: I'm sooo tired but keep going! Day 5: I'm sorry for not posting but I did it Day 6: also did it and I really saw progress! day 7: did it for a whole week and damn, I really see a difference! I didn't do any measuring but I can see my abs and I couldn't before, I'm super happy! It's really worth it!
Lily’s workouts are AMAZING!!!!!!!! I started my ab journey with Chloe than switched to Holly dolke and now I am doing Lily sabri. And I can see that I definitely got the most results from Lily’s. Her workouts are absolutely incredible and seem to target all the right ab muscles to give you that toned sleek stomach. I would highly recommend her 14 day ab challenge. I did it already once and I’m doing for a second time actually!!!!!!

I'm gonna record my progress! I plan on doing this for at least 4 months to gain strength in my core. Day One: it burned a lot and I'm really sore but it was a good feeling I haven't worked out in a while Day two: finished it was really hard today but it seemed a little easier

Taking on the challenge and doing it for 7 days without a diet. Alternating the last excercise with a plank. Here's my result: Day 1: at 4pm: wasn't hard but my abs were sore 3-4 hours after the workout! Day 2: at 11pm: was harder than day 1 as my muscles were really sore, the flutter kicks really hit hard.

Hi! I'm going to try this challenge for a week and see how it goes. Before: weight: 125 lbs waist: 31 in. Day 1: Did it! My upper abs started burning right away, but I felt really good afterwards. Day 2: It was a lot easier this time but still difficult. Day 3: Done- I lost 1 pound Day 4: I did it and I took less breaks in the workout :) Day 5: Done, haven't really been noticing a difference in my waist though Day 6: I didn't do it... Day 7: I slept in, I'll do 2 tomorrow Day 8: I did 1 Day 9: Finished! After: I didn't notice a difference in my abs, but I do sleep better and have more dreams even since I started working out again. Even if you don't see any results, you should definitely do this work out. Exercise has loads of other benefits other than weight loss.

So this was my first time doin a workout challenge. I am an avid jogger but do basic lifting weight workouts but wanted to do this every morning for two weeks and see if i would see a difference. I took a day 1 photo and then compared it eventually to my eventual day 14 photo and the difference is so evident! Im so happy with the results, i still continue to do this each morning!
Love this workout, really makes you work that tummy!! I have had two pregnancy in the last 2.5 yrs so I was looking for a great workout to burn tummy fat and this workout is it!! The first 3 days you struggle a bit to keep up but by day 4 you will see how much strength you gain. I have seen results on my tummy!! I’m going to do this everyday, I had been doing chloe ting workouts but they didn’t work, I only got a faint line so here I am: Day 1: ✅ Surprisingly wasn’t too bad, I expected it to be worse, I could definitely feel the burn though, I’ll come back tomorrow. Day 2: ✅ There was a lot of burn while doing the workout, but it felt like less time than it actually was, I was surprised it was finished so fast, there’s still faint lines that I already had but they weren’t much Day 3:✅ It was definitely much harder to do, but I did my best to push through it. I'm still not seeing too much difference but hopefully within the next few days. Day 4: ✅ yesterday I didn’t do it so I’m still on day four, it was definitely harder but I’m already seeing results and I’m so happy

day one: it was SO HARD. was sweating so much and had to take breaks, but it felt really good afterwards day two: it was hard but i split it into two sessions, therefore i managed ! :) i feel less bloated day three: so much easier. flutter kicks were still HELL but i feel like i’ve made a lot of progress already! :) day four: i actually could do the entire workout without pauses! :D it was still challenging but a lot better than yesterday. update: i’m starting to see an outline of abs ! omg day five: PHEW! this was still challenging but it is so much better than what i experienced on the first day:) so happy i decided to start doing this workout, it does wonders (literally) ! if anyone’s looking at this, you can do it, don’t give up ! :) day six!!! really tiring again, but so good! my shape is more prominent and it feels like i’ve lost belly fat day seven(skipped two days as i was on vacation!): so good! i think i’m gonna continue to do this as the results are amazing. thank you so much lily! day eight: i didn’t complete the entire workout because it was a busy day😩 i did the first half of the workout and i’m doing the second half the day after! day nine: i’ve done the second half of the workout and am doing the entire thing again! feels so much easier to do:) day ten: actually loved it! my abs felt like they were burning, it’s so satisfying :D day eleven: i caught covid so doing this was a little bit exhausting, but definitely manageable :)

This was the first time trying out any of lilly's workouts, as I have been hard ont eh Chloe Ting train, but this was so refreshing! Kinda made me realize that I havent been challenging my abs enough. I will definitely be either combining Lilly and Chloe from now on, or be jumping hard on the Lilly train!

Been doing this workout for about 7 days now (gonna continue workingout) and so far I can see my stomach line got more visible and my muscles have gotten harder so my stomach feels more fit.. I havent measured myself before the workout but so far my waist is 30,5 cm (61cm) and I havent been on any diet but it feels great!:)
@@jada1152 i have started going to gym but i was able to maintain flat stomach with this workout at home during covid id do it up to 3 times a day for 5/6 days a week (some lazy/rest days) and not eating too many processed foods plus i tried to cut out foods that i could replace (didnt have enough money to eat healthy) with healthier ones as well and worked well for me!

@@Me-or9br bless :) well I am already skinny but I wanted some definition and I have been on a vegetarian diet for 4 years now I am also only 17 and do lots of walking (since everyone is different- these are my factor's) I have done lots of intense ab exercises by her just one 10 minute one everyday (or two 5 minute) and then I'll do another 10 minute exercise on a different body part that varies. So I do 20 minutes of her exercises every single morning with a break day maybe once every 2 weeks:). Hope this helps and good luck!!! Of course you can do more but this is what has worked for me with a busy schedule. :)

Chloe is good, but ive been exercising since I was 6 so I'm not feeling the routines I'm following for specific body parts to work as much as Lily's do, but that's just me!
how to relieve the pain in ur neck during the exercises
1. situps - dont pull urself all the way up, that way ur body is forced to use ur abs to hold urself up instead of ur neck (basically hold ur upper body at an angle - it's gonna be harder on ur abs and it'll make sure u don't rely on ur neck too much)
2. things where u hv to lift ur legs (like flutter kicks, leg lifts, hundreds, etc.)
- for beginners: what u can do is put a towel/pillow underneath ur neck, rest ur head on the ground, or place ur hands underneath ur hips to level ur body.
- once u hv more strength: instead of keeping ur entire body except ur head on the ground, lift ur chest slightly and focus on ur breathing (bc if u do so, ur neck will automatically adjust to the right angle to help w air flow)

I've been switching off of different ab workouts from Lillys account and let me tell you... IT WORKS. I genuinely can feel the abs forming under my stomach and i'm going to keep doing them everyday until I see atleast a 2 pack. ill be back in about month :)

Hey, what i did to feel and see results was not only continue doing it but change my mind. I was aleays thinking that i should restrict "bad" food, that my body was wrong and i had to excercise and lose weight so everyone will accept me. But i realise that my body is unique, that the weight that i have is not gonna look the exact same in other person, that i should do it because i love myself and not because i wanna be "skinny" or "pretty", because we all absolutly beautiful in our way. Once i change my mind set, i started to see the results, not only me but everyone. So keep going, you are amazing❤
Lol one month later lmao. But in order to see results you can’t just be doing 1 workout per day, you have to lose overall body fat in order to have abs or show muscle. Abs pretty much require fat burn all over the body. That’s why running or cardio while workouts like these to focus on one area are the ones that actually show results. Hope this helps☺️. (Btw I jump rope for 10 min for cardio and hike sometimes)

Okay, so imma start updating my progress:
Day 1: burned a lot, buh i felt good after.
Day 2: burned today, and abs were on firee
Day 3: it burned a lot today and I can see my stomach getting smaller by just a bit
Day 4: burned today buh felt gd. Seeing a lot of progress.
Day 5: hurts a lot, for some reason; but it definitely working
Day 6: hurts but i have seen a difference for sure.
Day 7: last day, and I'm really happy! This workout burns like always but i can guarantee this works.

Day 1: ✅ I did this workout after my dinner kinda left it late however this workout it burnt me. All I ate threw out the day was breakfasts a sandwich and dinner ovs won’t be any results on first day but I feel when it burns you know it’s doing something 😂😂

This was a reply but I’m going to post this here, since it might help.
The process depends on how much you want to loose weight. I would recommend 1500 calories.
Try to stay around 600-400 calories a day on starch carbs (bread, potatoes, rice etc) limit them if you can, but they’re really delicious, so keep them in to make your diet a little easier!
Increase High protein food, and try to get as many grams of protein as body weight, this can be foods such as eggs( you can buy a cartoon of egg whites if you have trouble w the calories), chicken breast (most ideal) and you can eat red meat but try to stay away from that. You can also eat plant based proteins such as tofu, beans (but they bloat! And others, google if you want). Protein burns more calories than it gives, and helps you build muscle which increasing muscle increases your metabolism!!
Also eat lots of vegetable. Don’t restrict yourself on vegetables, as they also provide fiber which helps your digestion, and thus loose weight. (A lot of people are constipated because they don’t have enough fiber in their diet and so you have a few lbs of poop, gross right!) Try to go for leafy greens, peppers, zuchinni, etc. (not starchy vegetables such as potato and corn)
Try to not eat to much fruit too. Only if your craving sweets, as it contains sugar which makes you hungrier.
Try to eat nonbloating foods. Bloating makes you look fat but doesn’t actually add up to weight. Same thing eith sodium. Try not to cook with oil, as it measures up fast, and if you do, measure it.
You don’t have to track exactly, but be weary of portions etc, as it can add up fast.
Also this alone is only 10 minutes, so it won’t burn many calories. So do cardio a 20 min jog or, like 20,000 steps a day would be fine too.
Drink lots of water!! 60oz a day!! You’ll be to busy doing your business than to eat!
You can drink it eith lemon juice, or coffee or tea, but be careful about juice and other sodas.
Also sleep! 8-10 hours will help build muscle, healing, and help with fat loss! Studies have shown people with less sleep tend to be more hungry and crave food more.
Also try not to stress, as stress also inhibits weight loss, and can increase weight gain.
Abs can take a little bit to appear based on your body fat %, so if you want the aesthetics, increase muscle mass or decrease body fat.
I’d recommend doing 30 minutes of ab for 4-5 days a week. It won’t bulk you up, as your abs are wayyyy stronger than you think. If your going for 1500 or lower, do 2-4 weeks of this and stay on track. But don’t do it for to long or you’ll see muscle mass go down, feel fautigued, sick and really really tierd. After, you should still do the ab exercises, but increase calories by 100 every few days to make sure you don’t gain weight, but are able to bring your metabolism rate back up.

hey!! I used to get this all the time too, and for me just making sure to 1) keep breathing and 2) literally always have my lower back firmly pressed into the ground (to keep my core engaged) helped take the pressure off my neck. Hope this helps!! 🥰
Have the same problem and my core isnt strong enough yet to go as far from the laying position...but its getting there
i just stack a few pillows up and lay my head on them, while still pressing my lower back into the ground
I tried looking up instead of looking straight ahead which helped me
Never strain your neck! If you can’t hold you next up fairly comfortably then keep it down
I have been doing this ab workout for 40 days and I definitely can see some ab definition. My stomach is so much more toned now. This workout is pretty simple and doesn’t take much time. I definitely recommend this workout. Just trust the process at you will get results!

I've been doing Lilly and Chloe's workouts for a long time know and I've gotten amazing results. But even when you get the results you want don't go back to not working out and eating unhealthy. Because then you will be back right started.

i’m gonna do this workout for 7 days, maybe a bit longer depending on results
Day 1: hurt so bad, i had to take breaks during some. definitely got me sweating.
day 2: half way through the day my abs got sore, i woke up late so i did my ab workout after lunch. definitely broke a sweat but didn’t take as many breaks as yesterday
day 3: today i did the workout at around 7:00am, when i woke up my stomach looked flatter than usual (i haven’t had anything to eat yet tho) i took a couple breaks because my abs were sore from yesterday
day 4: i’ve only been doing this video all week, without a diet (just being careful of what i’m eating) and i really think this is working, i’ve gotten stronger and i only took 1 break throughout the whole video, i really think i’m seeing a difference. today i also did lilly’s 11 line abs in 4 minutes and that burneddddd
Day 5: i haven’t been getting much sleep recently and i was way to tired to do this workout, i got about 3 minutes into it and just collapsed, so tomorrow i’m doing this twice & the hourglass workout. today i ate a lot, so i’m bloated and can’t see a great amount of results but i’m going to start drinking at least a litre of water a day
Day 6: today was hard because i started my period but i pushed through and got it done, now i’m going to try and at least get through half of lily sabris loose weight in your stomach workout

Lily’s workouts are AMAZING!!!!!!!! I started my ab journey with Chloe than switched to Holly dolke and now I am doing Lily sabri. And I can see that I definitely got the most results from Lily’s. Her workouts are absolutely incredible and seem to target all the right ab muscles to give you that toned sleek stomach. I would highly recommend her 14 day ab challenge. Here's my result:
Day 1: at 4pm: wasn't hard but my abs were sore 3-4 hours after the workout!

So this was my first time doin a workout challenge. I am an avid jogger but do basic lifting weight workouts but wanted to do this every morning for two weeks and see if i would see a difference. I took a day 1 photo and then compared it eventually to my eventual day 14 photo and the difference is so evident! Im so happy with the results, i still continue to do this each morning!

The first 3 days you struggle a bit to keep up but by day 4 you will see how much strength you gain. I have seen results on my tummy!! I’m going to do this everyday, I had been doing chloe ting workouts but they didn’t work, I only got a faint line so here I am:
Day 1: ✅
Surprisingly wasn’t too bad, I expected it to be worse, I could definitely feel the burn though, I’ll come back tomorrow.
Day 2: ✅
There was a lot of burn while doing the workout, but it felt like less time than it actually was, I was surprised it was finished so fast, there’s still faint lines that I already had but they weren’t much

It was definitely much harder to do, but I did my best to push through it. I'm still not seeing too much difference but hopefully within the next few days.
Day 4: ✅ yesterday I didn’t do it so I’m still on day four, it was definitely harder but I’m already seeing results and I’m so happy

Yes girls this workouts are really good and they give you results in case you are wondering, do this workout maybe not everyday but atleast 4x a week and eat healthy no need to restrict crazy, drink a lot of water do Lillys cardio workouts and make sure you sleep well and in you will see those abs poping.

day one: it was SO HARD. was sweating so much and had to take breaks, but it felt really good afterwards
day two: it was hard but i split it into two sessions, therefore i managed ! :) i feel less bloated
day three: so much easier. flutter kicks were still HELL but i feel like i’ve made a lot of progress already! :)
day four: i actually could do the entire workout without pauses! :D it was still challenging but a lot better than yesterday. update: i’m starting to see an outline of abs ! omg
day five: PHEW! this was still challenging but it is so much better than what i experienced on the first day:) so happy i decided to start doing this workout, it does wonders (literally) ! if anyone’s looking at this, you can do it, don’t give up ! :)
day six!!! really tiring again, but so good! my shape is more prominent and it feels like i’ve lost belly fat
day seven(skipped two days as i was on vacation!): so good! i think i’m gonna continue to do this as the results are amazing. thank you so much lily!
day eight: i didn’t complete the entire workout because it was a busy day😩 i did the first half of the workout and i’m doing the second half the day after!
day nine: i’ve done the second half of the workout and am doing the entire thing again! feels so much easier to do:)
day ten: actually loved it! my abs felt like they were burning, it’s so satisfying :D
day eleven: i caught covid so doing this was a little bit exhausting, but definitely manageable :)
These exercises are so difficult I had to take one out and replace it with a bike ride

same. and get this. day 1, did two mile run on the treadmill and then a walk on highest incline to cool down. didnt put the incline back down. did 2 miles this morning. wondered why my calves hurt so much. wasnt till the end i forgot about the incline. and now this.

Day 1: done! today was hard and i ate a lot so that didnt help! but i usually do this but havent done it in ages so thats probs why i found it hard! but i feel the good burn!
day 2: done! today was easier than yesterday and when i woke up i did see my tummy was a bit flatter! i has heaps more motivation today! it still has a good burning feeling though but today i am doing another abs workout and a booty and leg one with the lean bands! remember to like to remind me ;)
Day 3: today i didnt do it because i just wasnt feeing great and was so sore from yesterday!

So I've decided to do this workout everyday for 30 days. I've also decided to cut off sugar and be on a calorie deficit which is 1400 kcals/day for me (woman, 57 kgs, 160cm)

This was the first time trying out any of lilly's workouts, as I have been hard ont eh Chloe Ting train, but this was so refreshing! Kinda made me realize that I havent been challenging my abs enough. I will definitely be either combining Lilly and Chloe from now on, or be jumping hard on the Lilly train!

Been doing this workout for about 7 days now (gonna continue workingout) and so far I can see my stomach line got more visible and my muscles have gotten harder so my stomach feels more fit.. I havent measured myself before the workout but so far my waist is 30,5 cm (61cm) and I havent been on any diet but it feels great!:)

@@jada1152 i have started going to gym but i was able to maintain flat stomach with this workout at home during covid id do it up to 3 times a day for 5/6 days a week (some lazy/rest days) and not eating too many processed foods plus i tried to cut out foods that i could replace (didnt have enough money to eat healthy) with healthier ones as well and worked well for me!
