day 1 : ✅( had to keep pausing to take breaks, I used to be on a few sports teams before covid so my stomach is kinda flat but quarantine rly didn’t help ) day 2 : ✅( paused less, neck kinda hurts) day 3 : ✅( only pause a couple of times, neck still hurts) day 4 : ✅( paused once, neck not rly hurting, starting to feel some results but no abs yet) Day 5 : ✅(didn’t pause, no neck strain and workout felt easier apart from last bit) Day 6 : ✅ Day 7 : ✅ (the tiniest bit of Definition starting to show) Day 8 : ✅ Day 9 : ✅ Day 10 : ✅ imma stop updating now but this is honestly one of the best 10 min abs workouts ever xx Final results: lost most of the muffin top, abs starting to become defined, waist is a lot slimmer :) Updateee: almost a year later : I try and keep up doing this at least 5 times a week if I can, this got me into exercising a lot more even after lockdown. I have tried lots of other yt 10 min workouts but this one suited me most and didn’t require any equipment. Feel free to drop any questions bellow :)

OKAYYYY THIS TOTALLY HELPED ME SO MUCH!! I feel so much more toned! I am going to write a day-wise update Day 1-MY ABS WERE BURNING i Almost gave up on the last one Day 2- my abs were pretty sore but I pushed my self to do it anyway Day3- I see some toning. No sore anymore ! Day4- I was feeling very bloated today so meh :// completed it anyway Day 5- I could totally see some significant toning! Especially my upper abs are so much more toned Day 6- I could see very slight 11-lines but not so sure about it Day 7 completed- well I just feel amazing. I have definitely toned a lot. Trust me, Lilly’s workouts are THE BEST!! I’ve been doing them for months and my waist went 70 inches from 61 inches!! I’ve also been eating healthy. And i did 30 minutes of abs (waist,lower abs and abs) and sometimes 10 mins of her leg workouts. So i really reccomend them! At first it was not that easy tbh but then i got stronger. I always have fun doing her workouts too!
Day 1: I definitely felt the burn, almost gave up. Day 2: By the stomach area was sore but i did it anyway. Day 3: Not so sore anymore and sees like the tiniest change. Day 4: My body was getting used to it and felt better than the other days. Day 5: I see a lot of toning! More like in the abs area Day 6: Sees somewhat lines but not that noticeable. Day 7: WOW! ALOLT of toning and the lines are getting for noticeable. (You can stop here but I kept going) Days 8-14 Get tired a little but the abs are like WAY more noticeable. Days 14-21 Feel like i don't want to do it but i actually have abs. I recommend you to DEFENTIYL do this. Sorry I didn't post in a while guys.

( i am also doing her lose belly fat 5 minutes workout with this workout) 1 DAY: ✅ wasn’t that hard 2 DAY: ✅i was taking a few breaks and it was more difficult 3 DAY: ✅ 4 DAY: ✅ it wasn’t that difficult tday so i did the workout twice 5 DAY: ✅ i kinda got used to workout but have to say that i took a few breaks to drink water 6 DAY: ✅ idk ab results bc tomorrow is my last day but i is will update tomorrow for results 7 DAY:✅ results: tbh theres no big change but i didn’t expect big results in just one week. But my stomach definitely did got a bit skinnier and i’m happy with results , imma keep working out to get to my goal. It's probably isn't painful for her since she is working out constantly for couple of years. After working out for two weeks I don't think it's as hard and painful as it was in the beginning of the journey

For anyone wondering, this works. I’ve been doing it on and off as my only ab workout for 2 months now and have visible abs and minimal lower belly fat now. So happy! Oh and the neck pain goes away after a couple times😅
Day 1: done!! 🥴 I've sometimes forgotten to finish an entire 7 days but I'm determined to follow through. I feel good! Had been doing workouts from Lilly and Chloe for about a month now, just need to do more cardio to lose the pudge. Day 2: DONE! I'm really sore from yesterday - but I was actually able to do every exercise without breaks. Day 3: I had pause for two days because I injured my elbow. Went back today, it felt good, I could continue the whole time, and will finish strong the next 4 days.

I have a somewhat flat stomach already, but I’m looking for more definition, so I’m trying this! Day one: Completed. I took a couple water breaks throughout the video. I can feel the burn! Day two: Completed. I woke up early this morning & completed the exercise right after meditation. I was able to keep pace better since I was already familiar with the workout (from day one). I took a quick water break in the middle. Day three: Not completed. I decided to take a rest day today because I’m sore from other exercises this morning. Day four: Completed. I took one water break closer to the end, but overall did well. Day five: Completed. I did the exercises in between virtual classes. I think they’ve gotten easier (or I’ve become stronger). Day six: Completed. I was able to keep pace with the video without additional breaks. Day seven: Completed. The exercises were still challenging for me, but I definitely got stronger over the 7 days. Results: I think results would be better if you paired this workout with healthy eating & staying active. Although I don’t see drastic changes in appearance, my abs definitely feel stronger. This workout routine inspired me to continue daily ab workouts. I started using a program called Athlean X, & I’m hoping that I can continue to build muscle & strength! @@SomashreeSaha I am not sure about fat percentage but I am 5'6 and weigh around 66kgs. I do mixed workouts starting by either cardio/Hiit or skipping rope for 10 min followed by arms workout, abs, back/waist and I try to eat as healthy as possible, eggs or protein pancakes for breakfast, 1 chapati sabzi with 1 bowl yellow daal, for snacks I just take chai anddinner is again sabzi with 1 roti. I also drink 2 glasses of milk with turmeric! Hope this helps!

I’m going to be doing this for a week to see my results. I’ve tried other ah workouts but they’re all too easy and I don’t see results. I’m not going to change me eating, not going to diet. I am doing other workouts other than this but only because I’m an athlete and that’s a part of my normal every day routine of going to practice. I’m also going to be noting down how the workout feels every day. Before: Height: 153cm Weight: 90 lbs Waist: 22.5 inches Hips: 27 inches Day 1: ✔️ I could definitely feel the burn but I felt amazing afterwards. Personally I love feeling the pain in my muscles during workouts because I know it means it’s working. It isn’t too long so I managed to do the whole thing without taking any breaks. Day 2: ✔️ It definitely still burns but I’m really enjoying it. I feel like it got easier today which is definitely a good sign. Day 3: ✔️ I just finished the workout and I don’t feel as tired so I’m definitely getting stronger. I can see definition on my abs but after eating it kinda goes away. So I’ll see if they become more defined to the point where they stay even after eating. Day 4: ✔️ There’s not much to say about today. I did the workout and it still burns but it’s definitely getting a lot easier. I’m getting through it much better than I could at the beginning of the week. Day 5: ✔️ I actually had a horrible headache all day today but I still did it. I had to take longer breaks in between the exercises so I don’t know how effective they were today but it’s at least better than not doing them at all. Day 6: ✔️ Finished for the day. I was busy pretty much all day so I almost forgot to do them but I managed to find time. I was super tired even at the start of the workout cause I’ve been going from one thing to the next all day but I managed to do them without taking any breaks. Day 7: ✔️ Finally finished it! I feel amazing. I didn’t know if I would stick to it but I’m really happy that I did. I can definitely see more definition in my abs, and even if I didn’t lose that many inches I can tell that I look more toned than before. I was already pretty skinny so my goal was not to lose weight, I just wanted to get toned. So it definitely did work. After: Height: 153cm Weight: 88 lbs Waist: 22 inches Hips: 26.5 inches So I ended up losing two pounds, losing 0.5 inches around my waist and 0.5 inches around my hips. I didn’t get a full six pack after a week but I now have eleven abs, which means I can see the lines of my abs. Obviously everyone’s body is different, doing this workout won’t do the same thing for everyone’s body. I was already skinny so I didn’t lose much weight and I was already athletic so I didn’t struggle with it as much. If you’re not super athletic you could find it more difficult. You could lose more weight than I did or you could lose less. Not everyone’s body can get abs in a week, some people can but some people can’t. And that’s okay. Everyone is beautiful no matter their body type. I did this as an experiment just to see if I could do it. I love my body with or without abs. If you want to try this I say go ahead. If anyone else is already doing this, good luck and I hope you get amazing results just like I did. 💖
I was diagnosed with gaps in my spine last year.. Since then i tried to keep workouts as minimal as possible. I have been following lilly past 2 months and now i can see pain around my waist. Dont know for how long i can continue but i have enjoyed doing these workouts.

I also cycle for 30 minutes daily to get better results! Before weight: 128.9 After weight: I started yesterday (6/27/22) but forgot to track it. 6/26/22- Day 1: I completed it with zero breaks and I am so proud! 6/27/22- Day 2: I am sore from yesterday, but still pushed through it!

I am also daily running on elliptical 10 minutes a day/lifting dumbbells for 5 minutes. I am following a strict healthy eating style, and trying to accomplish my dream of getting toned for modeling. Uno no lo cree pero estas rutinas de 10 minutos son matadoras. De la mitad en adelante sentía como me quemaba el abdomen (y todavía, 5 minutos después de terminar 😂🔥). Con las rutinas de Chloe no siento que me quema así. No pare en ningún momento (aunque si me confundí en un ejercicio en el momento de cambiar de pierna). Día 2: ✅ Hoy me costo bastante. Decidí hacer esta rutina en la mañana después de mi rutina de dos semanas de Chloe Ting ( día 8) . Tuve que hacer varias pausas pero lo conseguí 💪🏻💪🏻. I start today! Waist: 80 cm Day 1: IM DYINGG, I felt so heavy when doing the exercises but if it hurts is because is working. Day 2: 10 dying minutes, I had to stop between 2 exercises! I’m going to start doing this now for 7 days, i am keeping my same diet and only Doing this workout 1️⃣1. ✅ it was actually really hard and I took a lot of breaks in between, I don’t think I did it at the most optimal level for weight loss but it’s seeming to really burn my stomach. 2️⃣Day 2 ✅ I actually did it without any breaks I did it right after I woke up so I think I had more energy but I’m still going to do it again in the afternoon to make up for yesterday I think my love handles will be the first to go as it’s still burning. 3️⃣day 3 ✅ today the exercises felt way easier and the only one i had trouble with was the sit ups, I did the workout twice together and I’m actually staring to see some definition around my love handles although it’s not a lot. Doing it straight after I wake up seems to help. 4️⃣day 4 ✅ I did it twice today again and I actually saw some results my stomach became slightly flatter and I saw some more definition around my abs. I just ate a big bowl of pasta and shrimp and now I think I reversed all of my progress 😭, I’m doing it again so I don’t lose all of my progress so far. Update for day 4: I couldn’t control myself anymore and I just ate a whole bucket of fried chicken 😤🙄😭 I did excercise twice today i am not doing anymore for today hopefully I recover cause I think I reversed all of my hard work 😓. 5️⃣Day 5 ✅ surprisingly I didn’t lose my progress despite what I ate yesterday, I actually made a bit more, My abs look more toned while my love handles are shrinking I was also seeing more definition in my jawline and cheekbones which is a bonus, even without trying. But I still ate roast chicken again today haha. 6️⃣day6✅ The excercise felt way easier today and I’m seeing more definition in my jawline, my body is the same as yesterday but it is still much more toned than day 1. I am actually happy with the results so far I have an outline if abs, I wasn’t hoping to lose weight just to get more definition and abs and it’s actually worked really well. 7️⃣day 7 ✅ i am happy with the results I see a lot more definition and I’m also seeing the first signs of abs and my stomach has definitely gotten flatter which is good also my jawline has been getting sharper and more defined, in conclusion I recommend this workout, it’ll also do this for another week and I’ll update in a week and hopefully I’ll get more formation in my abs, if you have any questions or digestion please tell me in the comments, hope this helped 😌
I just started this workout today and will be doing it the... next 7... days. I will update every few days and give a recap at day 7 and most likely continue 14 days total. Hopefully! DAY 1: Struggle is real. I didn't keep up with Lilly but I did the best I could. I took photos before and even took video of me (trying) to do the workout. DAY 2: First two were like - Oh wow! I can keep up... then the 3rd move happen and I was half speed from there out! I felt the burn a lot more today because it is tighter from yesterday. Felt great after though! Did the best I could. DAY 3: Wow I did really well today and could keep up. I paused maybe about 3 or 4 times for a second or two. Kept up with Lilly and felt very accomplished. I will say I didn't do a workout before the ab workout today, it was a rest day. So just this. Day 4: I hated Lilly today. It was so hard. I did have a cardio rebound workout for 20 minutes right before. But man it was hard today. Lots of stops and groans haha! But I did my best. It's sore every time I laugh. DAY 5: MERRY CHRISTMAS! No workout before today, but I did eat a lot haha! Finished no problem and kept up with Lilly. Not nearly as sore, and feeling stronger! Last exercise was the hardest the last 20 seconds, had to drop a couple seconds before finishing. Feeling confident, and almost skipped tonight because the holiday. BUT it's only 10 minutes, so I stayed with it! DAY 6: Made it through keeping up and even a little head of the pace of Lilly today. It's seriously the last exercise that gets me most, with my legs. Felt the soreness a little more in the abs today, but nothing I couldn't push through! Excited to record tomorrow and compare the videos! I'll be doing a tramp workout tomorrow before too. (Later in the evening, about 2 hours later I noticed my lower back actually feeling sore, like it was worked out and tight.) DAY 7: Did it, and had to take about 5 few second breaks, kept up with Lilly otherwise. The scissors exercise (3rd move) is the one that kills me every time. It's such a good workout. I did a 20 min rebound workout today right before so I was struggling a bit today compared to the last two days, but did better than day 4 after my workout for sure! Not seeing a huge difference in my photos. Video, obvious half the speed for 80% of the moves vs keeping up rather well is a difference! Weight today after the workout was disappointing: 180.6lbs and 32.6% BF (I haven't ate or drank anything this morning yet, either). It went up, almost made me cry because I've never been in the 180s! Sure, I ate a happy amount for holidays though, including cookies. Overall though my core does feel stronger than when I started out so I am going to keep going with my journey. DAY ONE DETAILS: About me and my fitness journey if your really want the details... I weighed myself today (day 1) on a scale before this ab workout I bought from target years ago, WW brand. It read that I am 177.5 lbs and 32.0% BF. I am 31 and never had a child. I am 5'8" and an average body type (more like pear shape, my bra size is 34C/B). I gather fat mostly in my lower tummy, upper legs and love handles. This is the most I have ever been, ever. I am not huge on weighing myself on a scale. Day 1 it is December 21, 2021 and this past 2021 year I have probably worked out less than 10 times total. Including today and yesterdays mini workout I did. I have been eating awful due to high demand businesses and constant on the go. I am worse than out of shape, its unhealthy. I grew up as a very active athlete. (basketball, soccer, volleyball and waterpolo) I've torn both ACLs (Basketball in 2008 and 2009). I am going to be integrating rebounding (trampoline) workouts, which I also did before the workout today. These are 20-30 minute cardio workouts. If I hit the gym I will jog/walk intervals instead of rebound for cardio, or even around the neighbor. My goal for cardio is 3 times a week. Food: It is going to be better than it has been, obviously portion management; cause lets face it this girl loves food, and Christmas is 4 days out. I am going to make the goal of making 3 meals a week. I have eat out at least 7 days a week, sometime twice a day because of my time so I am going to be better about food prep. I am a massage therapist and wedding planner/florist so I do naturally stay toner - but definitely not in "shape"! Wish me luck!
Update Jan 27th 2022: I have been integrating these moves 2-3 times a week. I don't do thr 45 seconds, I do 1 set of a rep count I am comfortable with in each move. Ie: the bicycle I go 5 on each side and immediate 5 into the other side and it sucks! The burn goes away after a while, but it keeps me strong! So I feel great! I am down to 171 lbs btw and pretty darn proud!!!
This is honestly amazing I stared seeing results after 5 days and now my core hurts less when I do it everyday! I have stared seeing abs and I have been doing this for the summer.
day first: i was barely able to push myself but completed, and checked once during the workout how long until the end of the video day second: hurts pretty bad but the excercises already seem easier and this time i was shocked how fast the session ended day third: i was out of house and couldnt do it, kinda unhappy about that day fourth: due to yesterday the excercisses were harder than the second day again, but i pushed myself to do it (gonna keep ya updated)

Trying this! Starting weight like 59kg or smth Day 1✅- easy enough! Instead of the bicycle exercises I done sit ups as bicycle make my pelvic have a weird sensation due to me playing sports Day 2✅- I woke up and my abs hurt a bit but that may b because I done another excise on top of this but it was a bit more challenging but I managed to get it done! I'm gonna update every day! (I'm doing this workout along with a few other hip workout, and waist workout workout from other youtubers) Day 1: Definitely a burn but wasn't to bad! I didn't skip or paused, but It wasn't to difficult. Day 2: I could feel the burn! But it felt easier, i can feel my abs getting stronger if that makes sense! Day 3: At friends house so didnt do it :/ Day 4: I did it twice today because I missed yesterday! Today was by far the hardest, my core is on fire! But I do see some toning. :) I might do it for next week too but I'm not sticking to a diet so that's probably why! But It was hard but not harder than yesterday. Day 6: I did it twice today! It was still hard but I was really tired today. It wasn't that hard today but I haven't been seeing much of a difference but today I actually see a little ab, i can kinda see it!! but because I'm still eating junk ill do it for another week too for even better and try to eat healthier! Day 7: I Forgot to write it but in conclusion there was pretty good results I saw some toning in the abs! Definitely not shredded but still great!

I’m 76 kg and 156 cm (5 ft 1) so I’m pretty chonky, first time I tried this workout I didn’t think it was for me. But I pushed through and took 5 sec breaks when needed and followed through the workout. Update: Day 1 - my core burned and I got to 7min but didn’t finish the entire thing, feeling bad. Day 2 - I still took breaks when tired but this time I made it through the end of the workout! Feeling determined I will improve Day 3 - had a very tiring day out but still made it! Core feels burntt Day 4 - tried to focus on my core and visualize the end goal during the workout! I feel the improvement, I still take breaks but I can do more reps! Day 5 - had an awfully tiring day but still worked out! Exceptionally harder but I got it Day 6 - almost missed it bc of a busy day, was really challenging. I didn’t do that well for some exercises but I made improvement for the last exercise! Day 7 - I was able to do more than I started!!! And learned some hacks to kill the last exercise haha I CAN’T BELIEVE I DID IT! Still gonna continue for the next few days :) Will keep updating!

Day 5- I could totally see some significant toning! Especially my upper abs are so much more toned

Trust me, Lilly’s workouts are THE BEST!! I’ve been doing them for months and my waist went 70 inches from 61 inches!! I’ve also been eating healthy. And i did 30 minutes of abs (waist,lower abs and abs) and sometimes 10 mins of her leg workouts. So i really reccomend them! At first it was not that easy tbh but then i got stronger. I always have fun doing her workouts too!

You can't get abs and lose fat without doing some cardio too - I suggest doing a 15 minutes HIIT workout (try Chloe Ting if you're a begginer)!

For anyone wondering, this works. I’ve been doing it on and off as my only ab workout for 2 months now and have visible abs and minimal lower belly fat now. So happy! Oh and the neck pain goes away after a couple times😅

I have a somewhat flat stomach already, but I’m looking for more definition, so I’m trying this!
Day one: Completed. I took a couple water breaks throughout the video. I can feel the burn!
Day two: Completed. I woke up early this morning & completed the exercise right after meditation. I was able to keep pace better since I was already familiar with the workout (from day one). I took a quick water break in the middle.
Day three: Not completed. I decided to take a rest day today because I’m sore from other exercises this morning.
Day four: Completed. I took one water break closer to the end, but overall did well.
Day five: Completed. I did the exercises in between virtual classes. I think they’ve gotten easier (or I’ve become stronger).
Day six: Completed. I was able to keep pace with the video without additional breaks.
Day seven: Completed. The exercises were still challenging for me, but I definitely got stronger over the 7 days.
Results: I think results would be better if you paired this workout with healthy eating & staying active. Although I don’t see drastic changes in appearance, my abs definitely feel stronger. This workout routine inspired me to continue daily ab workouts. I started using a program called Athlean X, & I’m hoping that I can continue to build muscle & strength! If you’ve got this far in reading my personal experience, you should definitely try the workout! I wish you the best of luck on your journey! You’ve got this!!

For anyone wondering, this works. I’ve been doing it on and off as my only ab workout for 2 months now and have visible abs and minimal lower belly fat now. So happy!

I tried Chloe Ting, Emi Wong, MadFit; they helped me but boy Lily's workout are magic! ✨I can literally see ab definition just 3 days into her flat stomach workout! So for abs-straight to Lily!

Can you please tell what was your body fat percentage before doing lily's workout?I am trying to get abs for soo long now.I am at 20.5% body fat.I think that is why my abs are not showing.Can you suggest what should I do?

@@SomashreeSaha I am not sure about fat percentage but I am 5'6 and weigh around 66kgs. I do mixed workouts starting by either cardio/Hiit or skipping rope for 10 min followed by arms workout, abs, back/waist and I try to eat as healthy as possible, eggs or protein pancakes for breakfast, 1 chapati sabzi with 1 bowl yellow daal, for snacks I just take chai anddinner is again sabzi with 1 roti. I also drink 2 glasses of milk with turmeric! Hope this helps!

day one: my waist size is 26 inches. it was hard on my neck and i struggled a bit at the end. i feel amazing and i can't wait to do it again tomorrow! the dog is a vibe btw.
day two: SUPER sore!! i struggled through this time but i got it done!
day three: my neck feels better but my abs are on fire! i went strong all the way until the end and I'm already seeing changes!!
day four: I'm not sore AT ALL and it's getting a lot easier! my joinds click like crazy though so that sucks.
day five: i feel more energized and my stomach is looking much more toned. joints are getting really clicky.

I’m going to be doing this for a week to see my results. I’ve tried other ah workouts but they’re all too easy and I don’t see results. I’m not going to change me eating, not going to diet. I am doing other workouts other than this but only because I’m an athlete and that’s a part of my normal every day routine of going to practice. I’m also going to be noting down how the workout feels every day.

I could definitely feel the burn but I felt amazing afterwards. Personally I love feeling the pain in my muscles during workouts because I know it means it’s working. It isn’t too long so I managed to do the whole thing without taking any breaks.

It definitely still burns but I’m really enjoying it. I feel like it got easier today which is definitely a good sign.
Day 3: ✔️
I just finished the workout and I don’t feel as tired so I’m definitely getting stronger. I can see definition on my abs but after eating it kinda goes away. So I’ll see if they become more defined to the point where they stay even after eating.
Day 4: ✔️
There’s not much to say about today. I did the workout and it still burns but it’s definitely getting a lot easier. I’m getting through it much better than I could at the beginning of the week.

I actually had a horrible headache all day today but I still did it. I had to take longer breaks in between the exercises so I don’t know how effective they were today but it’s at least better than not doing them at all.

Finished for the day. I was busy pretty much all day so I almost forgot to do them but I managed to find time. I was super tired even at the start of the workout cause I’ve been going from one thing to the next all day but I managed to do them without taking any breaks.

Finally finished it! I feel amazing. I didn’t know if I would stick to it but I’m really happy that I did. I can definitely see more definition in my abs, and even if I didn’t lose that many inches I can tell that I look more toned than before. I was already pretty skinny so my goal was not to lose weight, I just wanted to get toned. So it definitely did work.

So I ended up losing two pounds, losing 0.5 inches around my waist and 0.5 inches around my hips. I didn’t get a full six pack after a week but I now have eleven abs, which means I can see the lines of my abs. Obviously everyone’s body is different, doing this workout won’t do the same thing for everyone’s body. I was already skinny so I didn’t lose much weight and I was already athletic so I didn’t struggle with it as much. If you’re not super athletic you could find it more difficult. You could lose more weight than I did or you could lose less. Not everyone’s body can get abs in a week, some people can but some people can’t. And that’s okay. Everyone is beautiful no matter their body type. I did this as an experiment just to see if I could do it. I love my body with or without abs.
If you want to try this I say go ahead. If anyone else is already doing this, good luck and I hope you get amazing results just like I did. 💖

I was diagnosed with gaps in my spine last year.. Since then i tried to keep workouts as minimal as possible. I have been following lilly past 2 months and now i can see pain around my waist. Dont know for how long i can continue but i have enjoyed doing these workouts.

Hey y'all I'm going to do this for seven days! I am currently also doing her 14 days inner slim thighs workout (have been for a week now). And her 14 days slimmer waist challenge. I am also daily running on elliptical 10 minutes a day/lifting dumbbells for 5 minutes. I am following a strict healthy eating style, and trying to accomplish my dream of getting toned for modeling.

Recién conocí el canal de Lilly y sin dudarlo empecé esta rutina. En las mañanas estoy haciendo el reto de 2 semanas de Chloe Ting pero por las noches haré este reto de una semana de Lilly Sabri. Acompáñenme y vamos por ese abdomen plano 😍
Día 1: ✅ MATADOR. Uno no lo cree pero estas rutinas de 10 minutos son matadoras. De la mitad en adelante sentía como me quemaba el abdomen (y todavía, 5 minutos después de terminar 😂🔥). Con las rutinas de Chloe no siento que me quema así. No pare en ningún momento (aunque si me confundí en un ejercicio en el momento de cambiar de pierna).
Día 2: ✅ Hoy me costo bastante. Decidí hacer esta rutina en la mañana después de mi rutina de dos semanas de Chloe Ting ( día 8) . Tuve que hacer varias pausas pero lo conseguí 💪🏻💪🏻. Seguro el resto de los días lo haré en las mañanas también. Sigue quemando 🔥
Día 3:✅ Me duelen los abdominales desde ayer 😂. Hoy solo hice esta rutina 💪🏻

Nare Britez no era un dolor insoportable. Era ese dolor típico de cuando ejercitas un músculo, de cuando realmente haces el ejercicio bien y en mi caso, un ejercicio nuevo.

I’m going to start doing this now for 7 days, i am keeping my same diet and only Doing this workout
1️⃣1. ✅ it was actually really hard and I took a lot of breaks in between, I don’t think I did it at the most optimal level for weight loss but it’s seeming to really burn my stomach. 2️⃣Day 2 ✅ I actually did it without any breaks I did it right after I woke up so I think I had more energy but I’m still going to do it again in the afternoon to make up for yesterday I think my love handles will be the first to go as it’s still burning. 3️⃣day 3 ✅ today the exercises felt way easier and the only one i had trouble with was the sit ups, I did the workout twice together and I’m actually staring to see some definition around my love handles although it’s not a lot. Doing it straight after I wake up seems to help. 4️⃣day 4 ✅ I did it twice today again and I actually saw some results my stomach became slightly flatter and I saw some more definition around my abs. I just ate a big bowl of pasta and shrimp and now I think I reversed all of my progress 😭, I’m doing it again so I don’t lose all of my progress so far. Update for day 4: I couldn’t control myself anymore and I just ate a whole bucket of fried chicken 😤🙄😭 I did excercise twice today i am not doing anymore for today hopefully I recover cause I think I reversed all of my hard work 😓. 5️⃣Day 5 ✅ surprisingly I didn’t lose my progress despite what I ate yesterday, I actually made a bit more, My abs look more toned while my love handles are shrinking I was also seeing more definition in my jawline and cheekbones which is a bonus, even without trying. But I still ate roast chicken again today haha. 6️⃣day6✅ The excercise felt way easier today and I’m seeing more definition in my jawline, my body is the same as yesterday but it is still much more toned than day 1. I am actually happy with the results so far I have an outline if abs, I wasn’t hoping to lose weight just to get more definition and abs and it’s actually worked really well. 7️⃣day 7 ✅ i am happy with the results I see a lot more definition and I’m also seeing the first signs of abs and my stomach has definitely gotten flatter which is good also my jawline has been getting sharper and more defined, in conclusion I recommend this workout, it’ll also do this for another week and I’ll update in a week and hopefully I’ll get more formation in my abs, if you have any questions or digestion please tell me in the comments, hope this helped 😌

I just started this workout today and will be doing it the... next 7... days. I will update every few days and give a recap at day 7 and most likely continue 14 days total. Hopefully!
DAY 1: Struggle is real. I didn't keep up with Lilly but I did the best I could. I took photos before and even took video of me (trying) to do the workout.
DAY 2: First two were like - Oh wow! I can keep up... then the 3rd move happen and I was half speed from there out! I felt the burn a lot more today because it is tighter from yesterday. Felt great after though! Did the best I could.
DAY 3: Wow I did really well today and could keep up. I paused maybe about 3 or 4 times for a second or two. Kept up with Lilly and felt very accomplished. I will say I didn't do a workout before the ab workout today, it was a rest day. So just this.
Day 4: I hated Lilly today. It was so hard. I did have a cardio rebound workout for 20 minutes right before. But man it was hard today. Lots of stops and groans haha! But I did my best. It's sore every time I laugh.
DAY 5: MERRY CHRISTMAS! No workout before today, but I did eat a lot haha! Finished no problem and kept up with Lilly. Not nearly as sore, and feeling stronger! Last exercise was the hardest the last 20 seconds, had to drop a couple seconds before finishing. Feeling confident, and almost skipped tonight because the holiday. BUT it's only 10 minutes, so I stayed with it!
DAY 6: Made it through keeping up and even a little head of the pace of Lilly today. It's seriously the last exercise that gets me most, with my legs. Felt the soreness a little more in the abs today, but nothing I couldn't push through! Excited to record tomorrow and compare the videos! I'll be doing a tramp workout tomorrow before too. (Later in the evening, about 2 hours later I noticed my lower back actually feeling sore, like it was worked out and tight.)
DAY 7: Did it, and had to take about 5 few second breaks, kept up with Lilly otherwise. The scissors exercise (3rd move) is the one that kills me every time. It's such a good workout. I did a 20 min rebound workout today right before so I was struggling a bit today compared to the last two days, but did better than day 4 after my workout for sure! Not seeing a huge difference in my photos. Video, obvious half the speed for 80% of the moves vs keeping up rather well is a difference! Weight today after the workout was disappointing: 180.6lbs and 32.6% BF (I haven't ate or drank anything this morning yet, either). It went up, almost made me cry because I've never been in the 180s! Sure, I ate a happy amount for holidays though, including cookies. Overall though my core does feel stronger than when I started out so I am going to keep going with my journey.
DAY ONE DETAILS:
About me and my fitness journey if your really want the details... I weighed myself today (day 1) on a scale before this ab workout I bought from target years ago, WW brand. It read that I am 177.5 lbs and 32.0% BF. I am 31 and never had a child. I am 5'8" and an average body type (more like pear shape, my bra size is 34C/B). I gather fat mostly in my lower tummy, upper legs and love handles. This is the most I have ever been, ever. I am not huge on weighing myself on a scale. Day 1 it is December 21, 2021 and this past 2021 year I have probably worked out less than 10 times total. Including today and yesterdays mini workout I did. I have been eating awful due to high demand businesses and constant on the go. I am worse than out of shape, its unhealthy. I grew up as a very active athlete. (basketball, soccer, volleyball and waterpolo) I've torn both ACLs (Basketball in 2008 and 2009).
I am going to be integrating rebounding (trampoline) workouts, which I also did before the workout today. These are 20-30 minute cardio workouts. If I hit the gym I will jog/walk intervals instead of rebound for cardio, or even around the neighbor. My goal for cardio is 3 times a week. Food: It is going to be better than it has been, obviously portion management; cause lets face it this girl loves food, and Christmas is 4 days out. I am going to make the goal of making 3 meals a week. I have eat out at least 7 days a week, sometime twice a day because of my time so I am going to be better about food prep. I am a massage therapist and wedding planner/florist so I do naturally stay toner - but definitely not in "shape"!

Update Jan 27th 2022:
I have been integrating these moves 2-3 times a week. I don't do thr 45 seconds, I do 1 set of a rep count I am comfortable with in each move. Ie: the bicycle I go 5 on each side and immediate 5 into the other side and it sucks! The burn goes away after a while, but it keeps me strong! So I feel great! I am down to 171 lbs btw and pretty darn proud!!!
This is honestly amazing I stared seeing results after 5 days and now my core hurts less when I do it everyday! I have stared seeing abs and I have been doing this for the summer.
Did you do a calorie Deficit?

day first: i was barely able to push myself but completed, and checked once during the workout how long until the end of the video
day second: hurts pretty bad but the excercises already seem easier and this time i was shocked how fast the session ended
day third: i was out of house and couldnt do it, kinda unhappy about that
day fourth: due to yesterday the excercisses were harder than the second day again, but i pushed myself to do it

Lilly Sabri your workouts do wonders for me. They are effective and not very difficult but it BURNS. Also, the lower belly workouts that you have, is it weird that my upper abs feel it more or is it normal? Love from India ❤️

So... i started this challenge yesterday night along with Lilly’s lower abdominal workouts.
So basically it is a 15 minute challenge for me.

It was not tough for me, i did the 15 minutes workout

today it is 10 am and i am a little sore.

Starting weight like 59kg or smth
Day 1✅- easy enough! Instead of the bicycle exercises I done sit ups as bicycle make my pelvic have a weird sensation due to me playing sports
Day 2✅- I woke up and my abs hurt a bit but that may b because I done another excise on top of this but it was a bit more challenging but I managed to get it done!
Day 3✅-I woke up and my stomach was flatter than normal and I can see some formations in my abs, my core was a bit sore but it was ok cos I got through it!
Day 4❌-it was Easter and I ate sm chocolate and had no effort which I regret
Day 5✅-felt a bit unmotivated but honestly felt so good after it and I see a huge difference towards my abs

Im gonna try to do this for an entire week no day off at least once a day:

I'm gonna update every day! (I'm doing this workout along with a few other hip workout, and waist workout workout from other youtubers)
Day 1: Definitely a burn but wasn't to bad! I didn't skip or paused, but It wasn't to difficult.
Day 2: I could feel the burn! But it felt easier, i can feel my abs getting stronger if that makes sense!
Day 3: At friends house so didnt do it :/
Day 4: I did it twice today because I missed yesterday! Today was by far the hardest, my core is on fire!
Day 5: Definitely hard again today but it feels great! I can definitely feel my core getting stronger! I don't see a super difference so I think I'm going to do it twice for the next days. But I do see some toning. :) I might do it for next week too but I'm not sticking to a diet so that's probably why! But It was hard but not harder than yesterday.
Day 6: I did it twice today! It was still hard but I was really tired today. It wasn't that hard today but I haven't been seeing much of a difference but today I actually see a little ab, i can kinda see it!! but because I'm still eating junk ill do it for another week too for even better and try to eat healthier!
Day 7: I Forgot to write it but in conclusion there was pretty good results I saw some toning in the abs! Definitely not shredded but still great!

I think this is about maybe the 8th time i do this workout and finally i didn't have to take ANY pauses and the exercises don't seem that difficult as before! I really enjoyed it! I'm very proud of myself. My abs are feeling way stronger and I'm sure soon they will become more visible;)

I’m 76 kg and 156 cm (5 ft 1) so I’m pretty chonky, first time I tried this workout I didn’t think it was for me. But I pushed through and took 5 sec breaks when needed and followed through the workout.
Update:
Day 1 - my core burned and I got to 7min but didn’t finish the entire thing, feeling bad.
Day 2 - I still took breaks when tired but this time I made it through the end of the workout! Feeling determined I will improve
Day 3 - had a very tiring day out but still made it! Core feels burntt
Day 4 - tried to focus on my core and visualize the end goal during the workout! I feel the improvement, I still take breaks but I can do more reps!
Day 5 - had an awfully tiring day but still worked out! Exceptionally harder but I got it
Day 6 - almost missed it bc of a busy day, was really challenging. I didn’t do that well for some exercises but I made improvement for the last exercise!
Day 7 - I was able to do more than I started!!! And learned some hacks to kill the last exercise haha I CAN’T BELIEVE I DID IT! Still gonna continue for the next few days :)

DAY 1(today)-DONE~ I suffered during the workout, having a bit pain
DAY 2 - DONE~ my stomach Hurts more now.. 😢
DAY 3- DONE~😭 That hurt soo much tbh, idk, I tried all stretches to get rid of pain
DAY 4- DONE~today didn't have much pain
DAY 5- DONE ~ I realised that if u do ab stretches after workout u won't have much pain, so I'm a bit comfortable with this workout now..
DAY 6- DONE~💪 there willl be pain while exercising but after the exercise it won't occur
DAY 7- DONE~much more comfortable with this workout
Result: this workout helped a lot, I can see ab lines, my upper abs are a bit clear my belly area kinda reduced ig, I'll continue this workout for another week and let u know results
