For beginners stuff chloe is a great option but soon your body starts getting stronger and her workouts repetitive I'm still to try her workouts but I have a good feeling about it :)
Hi everyone! I'm doing this challenge all the way through, so follow my journey if you're interested in what kind of results you can get! Day 1: Done. Reallyyyy hard! The deadbug and double leg crunch made me want to quit. Day 2: Done. Easier, but as expected still very challenging. I woke up with a line down my upper ab area which I didn't have before! Day 3: Done. No joke, this is getting so much more bearable! My abs have never felt so tight and strong before. Day 4. Done. This is crazy how much stronger my abs have gotten. This workout is still hard but it's just eased up immensely! Day 5. Done. Was a bit harder after a small break but felt amazing! Day 6. Done. This workout has to be my all time favorite. Still challenging and gives a burn but doesn't kill u

Don’t over due abs! If you do loads of ab workouts a day you won’t get the results you want! Do 1 or 2 ab videos a day and maybe some thigh or slimmer waist videos but don’t over due!
Second round....was rough....but I pushed through it. My core feels a little tighter.... I'll try to do this twice a day...two sets for 7 days. Update: 2nd day...OMG... feeling the burn Day 3: Made it almost through the whole video without stopping during the exercise except for the last one...the seesaw.
I used to exercise with Clhoe's routine but a lot of workouts without so much difference... And now that I'm working out with her! THE RESULTS ARE JUST AMAZING IN 1 WEEK!!! 😍😍😍

Today is my 6th day of doing this workout! It’s worth it! I recommend you adding other stomach workouts after your 5th day cause doing the exercises will get easier. But don’t stop working out after the 7 days.
Plus, I do stomach vacuuming, it really helps a lot. I also do her thigh workouts, they’re really hard at first bit you gotta keep going! Honestly the best workout channel I’ve seen in the past two years.

I have been doing this workout for 5 days and I already see a difference! I have definition on my upper stomach and my waist got slimmer. Of course you have to do other things, like drink more water and eat healthier - this gives you faster results. You got this
@@narisnote328 When you feel like snacking, try drinking a glass of water first, you usually feel thirsty more often than hunger. But if you still feel hungry, eat fruits. They are lower in calories and really sweet. Avoid deep fried food and there are so many recipes on yt w/ healthy desserts! You will definitely find sth for you

Well it depended on how hard I worked 😂 and it took about a month in general and because I did it everyday I could see more of a difference since I’ve been doing these workout for about 4 months.
I'm going to start on February 10 and hopefully work until my birthday, April 3rd hopefully I have time to do this each day because of Church, dance and school work ofc.

i just did my first day along with other vids(65 mins in total) and its the most intense lily sabri abs workout ive ever done. im sure its gonna be so effective
This woman is a beast !!! She motivates me to do her exercises everyday during the week and I’ve seen results immediately.
Over past months I had developed ab strength doing your workouts, but when you post a new one boy it hurts like HELL! THE BURN IS REAL! ☀

Day two: i skipped, guys i wanna say that my stomach is sore af i can't even sleep last night whenever i move my stomach it pain af... So yahh please try this workout it's so effective
Day three: still my stomach is sore so I'm skipping the workout today too
Day four : i did it and don't found it that much intense i think just because i did this workout in evening
Day five : i complete it but i dont know i were not able to engage me core

Day seven : complete it and today i really feel the burn 🥵

Day 6: ✅ I do like this abs workout, but again, not my favourite. Still feel the burnnnn though 🔥🔥
Day 7: ✅ Done and done. It was good, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one, didn’t challenge me enough 💪🏽

Don’t over due abs! If you do loads of ab workouts a day you won’t get the results you want! Do 1 or 2 ab videos a day and maybe some thigh or slimmer waist videos but don’t over due!

Second round....was rough....but I pushed through it. My core feels a little tighter.... I'll try to do this twice a day...two sets for 7 days.

Day 3: Made it almost through the whole video without stopping during the exercise except for the last one...the seesaw.

Today is my 6th day of doing this workout! It’s worth it! I recommend you adding other stomach workouts after your 5th day cause doing the exercises will get easier. But don’t stop working out after the 7 days.
Plus, I do stomach vacuuming, it really helps a lot. I also do her thigh workouts, they’re really hard at first bit you gotta keep going! Honestly the best workout channel I’ve seen in the past two years.

I have been doing this workout for 5 days and I already see a difference! I have definition on my upper stomach and my waist got slimmer. Of course you have to do other things, like drink more water and eat healthier - this gives you faster results. You got this

@@narisnote328 When you feel like snacking, try drinking a glass of water first, you usually feel thirsty more often than hunger. But if you still feel hungry, eat fruits. They are lower in calories and really sweet. Avoid deep fried food and there are so many recipes on yt w/ healthy desserts! You will definitely find sth for you

How quickly did you see results?
Well it depended on how hard I worked 😂 and it took about a month in general and because I did it everyday I could see more of a difference since I’ve been doing these workout for about 4 months.
I'm going to start on February 10 and hopefully work until my birthday, April 3rd hopefully I have time to do this each day because of Church, dance and school work ofc.
I’ve always struggled with finishing any workout but I finish your workouts so quickly, that by the end of it I’m always like “Wait what, I’m done?!” thank you for these workouts, Lilly!! Love them. 💕

Oh btw, i'm not only doing her 7-day program but i also do other workouts and cardio (i learn kpop dances). I didn't follow any specific diet, i just ate in moderation and drank lots of water. No pain, no gain. We got this!!!!💜
