    I started this program about 6 months ago (3 years postpartum) and wish I would have taken a before picture, because this ab routine has literally changed my stomach. I've combined this with running and it has become my go-to for keeping my abs toned. Such an effective workout!

    Remember guys she is a professional. She probably has been working out for a while. It’s ok to take breaks! it’s better to take breaks and get the whole workout in, than be exhausted and not do the full workout. Good luck besties

    After doing these exercises since February, I have lost 30 pounds! The results will come through in time. You just have to keep pushing yourself positivity!

      @@catdressler3627 I do all of them in this video. I also add other videos she did like the 10 minute shoulder and arm workout and her 5 minute belly fat workout. I sometimes do her leg pilates but I’ll admit I’m kind of lazy on those 😬

      ⁠@@br00ke85 I started my journey in January 2023. I saw my results were coming in slow but I saw the change in March. I saw even more changes during the summer. I am now were I want to be with my weight thanks to her videos. My weight from the start was 198 pounds. I am now at 153 pounds. I even started to turn vegetarian for a moment to lose the weight. You don’t have to I just felt like I needed a lot of greens turning that time. It’s took me a long time to get here but I am glad to be healthy.

    EVERYONE THIS WORKOUT HELPS SO MUCH!!, i had done this for a bout 5 days then stopped and it has been really hard to get into the routine again today is my first day! (again) but just from that 5 days it has really helped, i was wearing my swimmers and someone made a comment on how they could see the results and i'm doing really good, if no one has told you that i will keep going and i really encourage this woork out, you are doing amazing and i really home you don't give up!! the results are worth it

    I lost my brother last week. When he was alive he wanted to help me to lose weight because that’s what i always wanted as well (just never had the motivation) He started doing workouts with me but sadly he isn’t here with me anymore and my motivation is gone again. But i’ve come to conclusion that i have to do this because it’s healthier for me and he’d want the same for me. IM DOING THIS I JUST NEED TO REMEMBER BECAUSE I ALWAYS FORGET.
    EDIT: Hey guys it’s april 7th , i just wanted to say thank you so much for all the supporting and comforting comments. As a person i’ve always been scared to share my stories with the world because i fear that people might think of me as an attention seeker. Anyways, So back when i posted this comment i will admit… i didn’t start exercising right away. in fact i had lost all my motivation and i had gotten a job so i didn’t really have much time. (or at least that was my excuse.) Before, i weighed 206… Right now i weigh 236. I’m not sure how i gained the pounds but my body still looks the same. BUT HEY , last month (march) i started being consistent with my workouts. I started to understand that it’s not that i don’t love my body, i just want to take better care of it. !!!! I’m an introvert so it’s very hard for me to step into a room full of people… only because i feel like the entire room is staring at me hehe… But, i managed to go to the gym and i’m still going till this day. I’m only doing 30 mins a day because i honestly don’t know wtf to do when i get in there… and the trainers aren’t trainers. 💔 but One more time , I truly appreciate each and everyone of you for the kind comments about my brother. I’m at peace with his passing now. We have his Urn in our living room and every time i pass him i always remember that he’s there with me at all times. I will admit, i read each of your comments and each time someone new commented, It gave me so much motivation . So each time Im about to give up on a workout, i remind myself that you guys are there for me too. You guys are amazing i hope you guys achieve your goals as well. Much luck to everyone. Don’t push yourself. Baby steps. It’s a journey not a race. 🤍

    Hey guys i’m going to keep my progress here!!
    Day 1: Pretty hard my neck and abs are burning! Trying to get rid of my little pouch! ✅
    Day 2: Idk why but it’s a little harder my core definitely feels stronger! I’m pretty tired now! ✅
    Day 3: So glad I got this workout in I almost gave up today im pretty Tired! It hurt pretty bad again today but not as bad as day 1! I’m seeing improvement and I can’t the exercises longer without having to take a break! ✅
    ( i don’t know who needs to hear this but KEEP GOING!)
    Day 4: Didn’t get to do it today I had to study and I was very tired. ❌
    Day 5: I had a long day and a bunch of errands to run didn’t get to do it today either I’m going to make it up tomorrow do one in the morning and one in the afternoon!❌
    Day 6 AM: It was pretty hard today! But I got it in don’t really like doing it in the morning 😂✅
    PM: It’s definitly getting easier and I have a line down my stomach now! I feel defined and have a harder chore! ✅
    Day 7: It surprisingly got easier today!! Still pretty hard but my stomach now has a good definition to it! ✅

    I just wanted to say that I did your workout over quarantine when I was 16 years old and along with walking on the treadmill, I went from 150lbs to 130lbs! Thank you for being a part of my journey. I'm now 19 and still going, now 120lbs! Thank you Lilly for being my motivation.

    People! Do this and it works A LOT! I'm Brazilian and I'm 13 years old. I had pants that didn't fit me anymore, and after 3 days of making an exercise playlist, THEY FIT PERFECTLY, and I didn't go on any diet.

    Top tip:after doing any abs lay flat on your back and squeeze all your belly muscles for 30 seconds than relax for 10 .Repeat as much as you want and you can increase how long you hold it if you want
    Trust me this really helps loose fat xx

      I heard it’s really dangerous and when I try it get lightheaded. Except the one I saw told u to stand so maybe lying down helps?

      That’s exactly why I started working out. I gained a few pounds because of quarantine. I used not gain to much weight because I walked a lot when I went out. Now I want to go back to school looking better than I look now.

    I finally started today. That was HARDDD and I’m a former athlete. I haven’t gotten too much out of shape but I am rusty! I took so many breaks in these 8 mins, but consistency is key. By next Saturday I’ll be completing them non stop

    I'm going to do this everyday for a month. I will keep coming back each week to give an update. (Like so i remember about this comment)
    Update: I forgot to update ya'll each week but I'm going to start now.
    Week 3: I feel like my stomach has gotten just a little bit smaller. When I wake up, I notice it the most. I also notice a line forming in my stomach meaning the abs are slowly appearing.

      I will give an update after 14 Days (soon..) but I would really recommend this 'cause although there is still fat on my belly but I can definitely see a little abs line (I was quite fat) plus now I am able to do it without any breaks which is a good sign.

    i am 85 kg, im going to do this workout along with another 20 easy min workout, and will update you all when im at my 8th day!! btw it was so hard the 1st day, im currently and my 2nd.
    UPDATE: i did it for 5 months, and i Can say that my stomach is more toned, But i have not lost any weight yet.

      Abs are made in the kitchen then toned with exercise. Change your diet to keto carnivore and your abs will be revealed.

It is going pretty good I do it like 5 times a week now because I have sports and sometimes afterschool activities so I haven’t been able to do it as much since I started school but I do mini workouts in the morning and at night and I can start to see my stomach getting flatter. I think I already look thinner since last school year. Thanks for asking!

      @@1D.likes.carrots prolly because your eating wayyyyyy to little and you could ruin your body honest you need to eat more like 1,400-1,500 calories 1,000 calories are wayy to little your body wont loose any weight since your basically starving your body especially if you workout you need to eat more then 1,000 like i said 1,400-1,500 is perfect

      heyy, I just wanted to tell you, this workout is hands down the most effective for lower belly fat and the waist, you will see results within fbe first few days (just make sure you do each movement properly) it was the only workout that helped me lose the lower belly pooch and it gave me a TINY waist. it also makes ur thighs burn crazy. you can 100% do this, 2 weeks and you will be thanking yourself for doing this workout!     Day 1 done, feel a sharp burn in stomach and stomach fat already feels tighter
    Day 2 done, doesn't feel as much of a burn but still tight around stomach
    Day 3 done, ngl I already see a bit of a difference!
    Day 4 done, nearly half way!
    Day 5 done, put a bit more effort in today :)
    Day 6 done, nearly forgot, broke a sweat and very tight in stomach area

    Day 8 done, I can see a huge difference

    I’m gonna do this workout while on my calorie deficit and i’ll come back with results. This workout burns so bad but i’m gonna trust the process.
    Just coming back to say that it does get easier, since last week i’ve been able to do this without the modified versions, a huge difference is seen when cutting out certain foods, in the end it’s all worth it. So please hold out, you will see great amounts of progress.

      @@trangha5496 if you’re planning to diet make sure to maintain a caloric deficit. i think eating 300-500 calories less than ur maintenance is a good start and in terms of food prioritise protein, then fibre and ofc have your carbs and healthy fats ! everything is healthier mentally in balance. i recommend complex carbs eg whole foods as the body takes longer to break them down meaning they’re more satiating. also adding more vegetables & fruits to meals; they’re usually fewer calories for larger amounts

    Doing this for 10 days! I’m also trying to eat healthier and drink more water! Like to remind me to keep doing it!
    Day 1 it was hard but I did it!
    Day 2 done! Obv no difference yet since this is only my second day!
    Day 3 done! It was a tiny bit easier
    Day 4 done! Tomorrow I’m going to try to not take as much breaks!
    Day 5 done! It was still pretty hard!
    Day 6: didn’t do cause I was really busy I will do it tomorrow twice, one in the morning and one at night
    Day 7 morning: done! It actually felt a little easier! Night: didn’t do cause I had a last min cheer practice at night (will try to do tmr night)
    Day 8: morning: done! Felt a lil easier again! Night: done! Didn’t take as much breaks
    Day 9: done! One more day!
    DAY 10!!! I really didn’t feel like doing it but I did! There a tiny difference so ima do it for another 10 days! Trying to get a hot girl summer body!

    I have started today!
    My waist is now 70cm
    -Day 1: I feel tired and my stomach burns a bit but I can bear it.
    -Day 2: guys! Today it has been better, a little bit easier and I am really encouraged because I’m doing it!! Yall can do it
    -Day 3: done! Today it was a bit harder because my mind wasn’t really focusing, but at the end I can say that I am so proud and these day have been better bc I felt more motivated!!
    -Day 4: I did it! I never thought that I’d be able to do this, but guys trust me you all can do this!! Plus I’m already seeing resluts!! I promise you, it works and yall will feel better!
    -Day 5: done! It was definitely easier and I’m seeing some resluts on my stomach
    -Day 6: done. It was easier and I am definitely motivated now! Mind is important in this lil game ahaha
    -Day 7: I forgot to do it! So.. let's call it a rest day ahaha
    -Day 8: Done! I'm really proud of my results
    -Day 9: Done!
    -Day 10: Done!!!
    My waist is now: 69,2 cm
    Okay so I lost a lit less than 1 cm, but I can see the difference, so.. guys don’t focus on the number but focus on what you see.. if this doesn’t work for you, try another but do not give up!

      Good job! I’m on my day 3, core killing me, but I’m gonna try and do this every day for as long as I can. Hopefully for a couple years. Do you do yours once a day or once in the morning, once at night?

    updating every day! pairing with a 5 min flat stomach exercise! i’m doing this one once a day and the other one twice! i started doing the other one 4 days ago but it’s okay!
    day 1- ✅ rlly hard, didn’t finish the exercises fully cuz they were really hard, feeling that my core is tighter

    Hiii I have been doing this workout and the 5 min one for about a week and a couple days and I see a slight difference in my lower stomach, im not necessarily dieting but I am eating less snacks, I also lost 2 pounds. I definitely recommend this and I will keep editing for more results, if your doubting yourself keep going it gets better I promise

    day 1 : it was pretty hard damn ... I’m also doing her booty workout and small waist workout, I also do holly’s flat stomach workout , it was pretty hard today I’m so tired
    day 2 : it was still hard, I’m still doing 4 workouts and I went on a run for 25 minutes
    day 3; I start seeing a big difference on my waist , the waist workout do be working really well
    day 4 : I’m so lazy ... but I’m still on the workouts , it wasn’t that hard anymore but the booty burns a lot if u do the butt workout the right way

    you didn't gain your fat in one night, so you won't lose it all in one night.
    Remember every body is different, so you may expect results sooner or later to others
    to keep you and myself motivated im gonna do this for 10 days +
    Day 1✅: it was quite tiring i did some of the modifications but felt good (its ok to take breaks :) )
    Day 2✅: same as day 1 tiring, felt the burn but managed to finish til the end! (barely😬)
    Day 3✅: i feel stronger and more confident! remember to drink lots of water!
    Day 4✅: Keep pushing through it, its getting easier by the day and i am seeing some results!
    Day 5✅: im feeling more happy with myself i got through it and theres diffidently some results!
    Day 6:✅: same as Day 5
    Day 7✅: done
    Day 8✅: done
    Day 9✅: i can see so much results!! you should give it a try!!
    Day 10✅: im proud of my results im gonna continue for longer!

    Day 17✅: OK so i have been doing this for almost 3 weeks and i started this challenge weighing 150lbs now i weigh 144lbs!! my waist has gotten a little smaller while my belly is definitely a lot flatter and toned
    Day 18✅: skipped but went on a walk
    Day 19✅: skipped but went on a run in afternoon walk in morning
    Day 20✅: down to 143lbs! this definitely works and i hope this motivates you to start or continue the workout!
    Day 30✅ : so its been 1 month since i started the workout! I have achieved my dream body and i am so happy with myself!! (i was skinny fat and i just wanted to get rid of my belly and lose some weight)
    Before: 150lbs
    After: 142lbs
    Waist: Lost almost 3inch

    I’m starting this workout. I love everything else about my body except for my lower belly i have a big pouch of fat there because I got mono a couple months ago and it was hard for me to recover. I’m determined to do this so I’m completely confident in my body.
    Day 1:✅ brutal. I had to stop a couple times and pause because I physically couldn’t. I ate healthy today I’m proud of myself.
    Breakfast: protein cinnamon roll. Orange juice
    Lunch: French dip side of basil (I love basil) and a couple pickles with water
    Dinner: salad, homemade ranch, little bit of parm. With a tea.

    Day 2✅ no noticeable difference. I do feel that my abdomen is a lot harder. I came out this morning and my mom asked why I was toned 🤣 while I don’t think this workout takes an immediate visual effect it definitely shows a difference. My “abs” are harder I feel a lot better. Definitely start this workout
    I ate clean ish today
    Breakfast: eggs on wheat toast. Orange. Coffee, and water.
    Lunch: pasta, I added basil to it because I love basil 🥴 with a ice tea
    Dinner: chicken with rice and an ice tea

    Day3✅ it’s so much easier to hold my head up to do the workout! I use to struggle holding my head up but now I don’t! My muscles definitely feel stronger and they are a bit harder. I don’t feel like I’m bloating much anymore my little pouch is shrinking. I’m very happy with how things are going
    Day4✅ it’s so much easier to do the full workout instead of doing the easier ones. I use to only be able to do the easier option she gave. It’s so much easier to lift myself up. I’m not seeing much of a visual difference yet but I do feel like it’s doing something. The muscle is building and I feel less bloated. I did eat like crap today and I’m disappointed In myself but that happens sometimes and I’m not letting it discourage me. I still can’t do the planks yet. I have to do the knee planks. It’s my arms. I have no upper body strength. But my core is great lol. I’m still so surprised that I’m able to hold my neck up so easily now. I’m definitely feeling different

    I feel amazing I look amazing I’m so toned . Still can’t sit up all the way for one of the workouts but that’s okay. I’ll work on it. I’m so much healthier than I was before. I’m eating better and my skin is clearer I’m hydrated the hole 9 yards. To think that 12 days ago I was sitting on my bed crying because I hated my body. I’m so proud of how far iv come. I’m going bathing suit shopping tomorrow and iv never been happier.

    Results: iv been doing this for 18 days and I have never looked or felt better. Ofc I am going to continue doing this. I have abs now. I’m down 6 pounds (I didn’t really care about loosing weight but this is just a side effect). I’m able to eat what ever I want and stay fit. This is an amazing work out. 10/10 recommend. I’ll update again In like a month or so to let everyone know how I’m doing but this works. Please do this workout if your desperate. I was and now I look and feel amazing.       Don’t give up- make sure you keep going even if you lose motivation. It works really well and remember it’s totally fine to take breaks. :)

      ​@@Taylee715workouts are not as effective unless you do change the way you eat. This worked so well for me but I was also in a high protein caloric deficit.
