Hey all! So, just take a minute to read my review, I'm sure you all would benefit from it. So, I was never really 'lean', but I was *okay*, not skinny neither overweight. But during the pandemic lockdown I gained over 6 kgs weight (yes, I made THAT much Dalgona) and I was super stressed out. Also, I had a LOT of personal issues cropping up that time as well further bolstering up my stress levels. I was unhealthy and overweight, and I never could keep up the momentum of working out daily. I felt super tired and super sore. That was until I discovered Lilly's workout videos. I fell in love with the 10-min challenges, because even if I was super busy with work or test prep, everyone can take out time for 10-15 mins of workout, right. So I started with 1 workout video per day( I know that's LOWW), but I had really poor stamina. I didn't really give up much on carbs, I started keeping tabs though. Once you are monitoring your progress, you couldn't bring yourself to have that "one more cookie". RESULTS Just by doing the Muffin Top workout for 14 days, I started seeing results. I had a lot of fat accumulated towards the love handles, and even though they werent fully gone, I had lost nearly 1.5 inches off my waist in just 14 days. After nearly 3 months of muffin top, love handles and ab workouts , I have lost 3.5 inches off my waist and nearly 4 kg! But besides those factors, I feel soo empowered and confident. I am far from Gigi Hadid, but if someone actually helped me get motivated for working out , it was definitely Lilly! Love to you, Lilly! You changed my life. So if you feel down, and you feel that you aren't seeing results, it MIGHT take time. But results are not measured just by a measuring tape or a weighing scale; they are measured by overall satisfaction. I have gained lot of muscle owing to Lilly and I am super grateful. Seriously, If I can do it; all of you definitely can!

Guys ima try this Day 1: ✅ stomach was on FIRE- I had to take a few breaks Day 2: ✅ same as day 1, hard but I pushed through Day 3: ✅ slightly easier than day 1 and 2 as I didn't have to take any breaks ( still found it hard ) Day 4: ✅ found it getting easier. I have a slightly flatter stomach Day 5: ✅ omg I felt sorreee 😩 I don't think I see any difference from day 4, but it's only been a day and I'm hoping to see something by day 10! Edit: sorry I haven't updated in a while! I continued the workout until day 10 and I'm happy with the results! This workout is probably my favourite as many other ones I've tried haven't worked for me, but this did. I'm gonna carry on for another 10 days for amazing results. Good luck guys!! 😁

After 5 days I feel amazing and I have seen great changes! It’s gotten easier by the day and because of that I’ve been doing more like extra time and more workouts✨totally suggest everyone doing this but make sure to go your own pace❤️
I've been doing this workout along with many other lily sabri workouts and trust me it works. I've been doing her workouts for 1 week and i can already start to see results (btw i've done other workouts along with this one that why i'm getting rlly fast results). keep going cause you will see results, i have a fractured ankle and are still getting results.
I did your workouts to get my summer body and honestly it worked SO well: i lost 5kg. But since back to school i didn't really workout seriously but you motivated me again so i'm going to do this workout with some others of your channel and i'll update every week !!
@@nouraa8992 my routine was her 5min snatched waist workout and tiny waist workout and I also used to do Angela kajo 11line abs workout and shirlyn's Kim hiit workouts.. I didn't went through a diet at all, I just added more veggies and vegetable to my meals (don't forget that alimentation is important in order to loose weight) I also drank more water and slept more. And I only worked out 2 days a week (3 if I had time)... Rember that it will take time but you also need to be consistent!

Im gonna try to stay motivated by keeping updates Day 1: Dang. Normally I don't have too terrible of a time in ab workouts but I could barley do anything and am still sweating like crazy. My goal is to in the next week get better at the exercises. Day 2: I felt the burn a lot more this time so I think I'm doing it better. It hurts but I feel great! Day 3: I think I'm starting to get better at the exercises, another new goal of mine is to improve my diet.

Keeping myself accountable for 20 days... eek. Disclaimer: I am NOT doing this to lose weight, i just want to have a stronger core. I know we cant spot reduce fat, our bodies simply don't work like that. Im working out to be fit not to lose weight because fitness doesn't mean weight loss. i don't count calories, however i am Vegan so I eat healthily. I will be including measurements of before and after, this may sound hypocritical but it's just for anyone wondering. Day 1: Got through it with minimal breaks, my neck was a bit sore and my core was on FIYAH!!!! cant wait for tomorrow! Day 2: Definitely didn't hurt as much but still burns so much!!! I did this for 20 days! My waist went from 29 inches to 28! I did this ab workout after my usual day to day workouts! My abs feel stronger than ever!

After 5 days I feel amazing and I have seen great changes! It’s gotten easier by the day and because of that I’ve been doing more like extra time and more workouts✨totally suggest everyone doing this but make sure to go your own pace❤️

I've been doing this workout along with many other lily sabri workouts and trust me it works. I've been doing her workouts for 1 week and i can already start to see results (btw i've done other workouts along with this one that why i'm getting rlly fast results). keep going cause you will see results, i have a fractured ankle and are still getting results.

@@nouraa8992 my routine was her 5min snatched waist workout and tiny waist workout and I also used to do Angela kajo 11line abs workout and shirlyn's Kim hiit workouts.. I didn't went through a diet at all, I just added more veggies and vegetable to my meals (don't forget that alimentation is important in order to loose weight) I also drank more water and slept more.
And I only worked out 2 days a week (3 if I had time)... Rember that it will take time but you also need to be consistent!
i love your workouts lily and I doubt you'll see this but ever since I fractured my ankle your wokouts have helped me stay in shape and stay fit and even get abs, slim my legs and made me get stronger so ily lilly

I started this workout 2 days ago
Right now my waist is 28.5
Day 1: it burned like hell
Day 2: Still burning (didn't got over from previous day's burn)
Day 3: yup still burning (but m started feeling strong )
Day 4: complete ....feeling stronger day by day
Day 5: too a small break ( but it hurts even in smiling)
Day 6: All the way in baby .... Completed ( today m gonna measure my waist . Right now I have 28inches )
Day 7 : complete ( update: my wait is 27 😁 )
Day 8: still burning
Day 9: took a small cheat day rest . Ate delicious food and pizza 🍕🤩
Day 10: all that pizza is gone
Day 11: my core is burning but I am able to do all the excercises without any break
Day 12: complete guys ..this exercise is making me strong day by day

Starting weight : 54 kg
Day 1 : done | burns hella and I mostly don’t sweat when exercising but dang this made it false

Day 1: Dang. Normally I don't have too terrible of a time in ab workouts but I could barley do anything and am still sweating like crazy. My goal is to in the next week get better at the exercises.
Day 2: I felt the burn a lot more this time so I think I'm doing it better. It hurts but I feel great!
Day 3: I think I'm starting to get better at the exercises, another new goal of mine is to improve my diet.

Disclaimer: I am NOT doing this to lose weight, i just want to have a stronger core. I know we cant spot reduce fat, our bodies simply don't work like that. Im working out to be fit not to lose weight because fitness doesn't mean weight loss. i don't count calories, however i am Vegan so I eat healthily. I will be including measurements of before and after, this may sound hypocritical but it's just for anyone wondering.
Day 1: Got through it with minimal breaks, my neck was a bit sore and my core was on FIYAH!!!! cant wait for tomorrow!
Day 2: Definitely didn't hurt as much but still burns so much!!!
