This is exactly what I needed to know. I would love to get an Indian and the scout bobber was what I fell in love with. Then the rogue came out and fell in love all over again. Now they have the sport chief. So I wanted to see how they compared. Thank you!
Test rode it today. Went to the dealer for an oil kit and loved the look of the sports chief. He talked me into a test ride and I felt exactly as you did. Low gears it feels like a diesel freight train with alot of vibration that doesn't diaspear until you are above 60 in 3rd. Normal mode is lacking and delayed response as you said in the throttle. Sports mode is fucking jerky and as soon as you pull that throttle back it jerks at take off being so much torque. The scout bobber I ride and it's been chipped and tuned and is just smooth as. Pull back on the throttle and it is a smooth pick-up not jerky plus no low end vibration. I'm sticking with the scout for now because it's just perfect, smooth and quick.
Great video man!! I’m really into Indian now. Coming from Harley bikes I’m not sure what would be my reaction since I haven’t ride one yet but definitely love the look of the sport chief and now the new 2025 sport scout. Liquid cooled engine seems like a way to go
Very good videos and informative. I have the scout Bobber Twenty and enjoy your videos. The information on the wind screen was helpful, I’m looking to get a windscreen on the bobber since I’m doing more highway riding.
Thank you so much for this. I'm on the fence between these 2 and have a demo day coming up next weekend. I was leaning towards the Scout Rogue before and this might've solidified it for me. #AmericasFirst
Glad it helped! Even though I LOVE the Rogue, the size of the bike and the torque from the Sport Chief still makes it very desirable. Test riding both on demo day is definitely the way to go.
I changed out my seat to a Saddleman solo and put on the taller screen..big difference. Also did the stage 1 exhaust with the flash and pulled out the DB killer. Now just need to get the Stage 1 intake.
I did the same. The next day I test drive the low rider s. No comparison! The Sport Chief feels like it needs more work. After riding both those bikes I’m happy with my Rogue I was so disappointed after riding it. The Scout is still number 1 in my book.
Yeah it’s a lot better than the stock seat on the scout for sure! But after getting off of the rogue and onto the sport Chief you can tell the difference immediately
The Chief Sport looks like a good bike. That dealer is pretty close to me. I've been there quite a few times. A quality dealership. With that being said. I'm waiting for a demo day for me !! Maybe at the Redlands dealership.
Yeah kind of interesting how both bikes are just the performance version of the Scout and Chief but some things are left out. Maybe they know bikers will always do mods no matter what 😂. Thanks for watching!
You’d probably like the Chief Bobber Darkhorse better, it has mini apes and forward controls. All the seats on the Chief models are trash. Definitely something to swap ASAP if you buy one. However the Chieftain Darkhorse and the Springfield DarkHorse are the two best bikes they make, in my opinion.
Found an Indian Scout Rouge 2023 brand new in Copper metalic dealer wants 12k then in total 14 out the door? Is that a good price or should I try and haggle more ? apparently it was a demo bike has a total of 2 miles on it, thanks

No problem, glad that helped!

Excellent feedback bro, I couldn’t agree more.

@@jonathansanchez2054 thanks bro, they bring out the demo truck every few months, you should check out a demo day and see what bike you like the most

Good conclusion! I've had the same feeling after testdriving the Chief Dark Horse. To overpowerd in sport and a delay in normal. Keep up the videos!
Thanks brother I appreciate that, glad I’m not the only one that felt that
Thank you. This is exactly what I was looking for.
Looking at a Rogue for sure but have been wondering what the super chief was like.
Peace!
Glad it helped!
I have both bikes currently. The Rogue is my favorite. The CDH is almost overkill.

I was so disappointed after riding it. The Scout is still number 1 in my book.
Same here. The CDH is more fun on the highway. But the Rogue just feels like home to me.
Great info. Thanks for the video.
I have that exact bike. The seat feels great to me. I had a scout prior to this one and the seat was horrendous.

They’re having it again tomorrow, swing by if you can! And yeah the staff at this dealership are the best…really good dudes and very helpful
I'm not sure why some options aren't offered on both bikes. Some options available on the Rogue aren't available on the sport chief. New subscriber

You can add forward controls for $375 to the chief DH
You hit the nail on the head....i only really rode it in standard and wasn't impressed...theres a lag in the throttle response
Yeah it would definitely take some getting use to. Love the look of the bike tho
If the Rouge had the same brakes, tires, shocks, and display as the sport. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
The TFT display is nice but you don't end up using it as much as you think
@@curtismager9281A lot of people don’t realize that it’s a cheap display running a laggy os.
I am currently trying to decide between these 2 bikes. I am having a very hard time deciding
I’d recommend a good test ride on both bikes…can’t really go wrong either way though
I have a 23 rogue bike is amazing.
#RogueLife my guy. Good video.
Thanks bro!

Only 2 miles on a demo bike? That’s basically brand new. If it’s not the sixty then yeah not a bad deal at all
Never buy from a dealer who charges mark-up above MSRP✅✅✅
The Chief & Scout should not be compared, two totally different platforms!
