Coach I am in desperate need of some help your coaching is out of stock. I fear I’ve dragged it out too long and that it’s too late. I’ve changed the way she feels about me during the relationship and more so after the break up. I’ve begged, pleaded, and sent long texts explaining my feelings for her causing more unattractive feelings in her. Please help me I’m losing the will to go on. I’ve lost everything, I have nothing left, she’s not just a girl, I’ve lost my family, my lover, my home is now just an empty house and I’m so alone
She’s not hurting, she will easily talk to me as a friend and like we were never in a relationship. 2 months ago broken up, can’t do no contact because we have a child, I’ve sent the text explaining my feelings, she’s not positively responded, always along the lines of “I wish it was the other way around, I hate you hurting” she says the way I’ve been in the relationship has changed the way she feels about me and I fear what she really means is she feels nothing at all for me in a romantic relationship kind of way. I don’t think I can do anything. I keep getting so angry and upset and scream at the top of my lungs in to my pillows so next door can’t hear me (I think) I’m so hurt and upset that I’ve let this happen

I'm facing the same situation. My ex broke up with me one month ago. He's going to the club, dancing, drinking, exploring with new friends everyday. He's also uploading stuff with new girls their. He's looking so happy without me and here I'm depressed, hurting and devastated. We were in a 3.5 years of relationship and it seems he's moved on already. So, I know what you're going through. Just stay in no contact and focus on yourself. It's not easy at the beginning but trust the process. Stay strong!

@@Jyotiagrawal03 yes I’m 8 months in this process. It’s gets easier over time. But there will be moments when you start to miss them. I unfollowed my ex and couldn’t see anything for months. Then in Sept I drank a little too much one night and check her ig page because it was her birthday. And saw a picture of her kissing a guy that she posted in May a couple of days from my birthday. Thank goodness I was not following her then because I would have lost it. But anyway stay strong and stay away. And they will contact you just be ready. I regret how I handled it when she called me. @@Jyotiagrawal03 I’m nearly 6 months in and trust me that stage he’s in will fade. My ex did all of that the first month or two but it slows down and their life becomes routine again and then you’re the big missing piece. They do very very often reach out. My ex did. Just feel the pain, watch these videos, grow closer to God and learn. Everything will come with time

66 days after my breakup and I always dream about me and my ex girlfriend every night, sexual too. I haven’t dreamt about us even when we were together, but my ex would dream about us, sexual and non sexual. I wonder if she’s having the same dreams as well. I also cry at 4:30 or after because that’s the time my ex would text me and let me know she’s finished with work.

😅 I have no social media so I can't view anything and she can't see into my life/see my posts or stories. Disappear and work on yourself, change your wardrobe, hit the gym (not just cardio), become a more peaceful person without them and stay silent because it causes your ex to be curious about you. If he/she is in a rebound then let them go.....no contact or whatever but do not get strung along just because you miss them dearly because they will take emotional advantage of you in every way. Don't fall for the "...I miss what we had....", "....this is hard for me too...", "...I don't want to stop talking to you.....", ".....I still love you....", ".....I still think about you/I can't stop thinking about you...."🙄 all just phrases to keep you on the string.
Your heart is a antique item....... 🤔 how many times can you allow it to be broken, especially by someone who already dropped it?
Ex's do come back, it may be half a year or 5+ but just know your value before they try to reinvest in your heart. Do everything for yourself, not to get them back but to get back the person you were before the relationship....the person that attracted them to you, go fall in love with that person again.
I know it sounds easy but 🤷♂️ I'm currently doing it and it feels great

I do believe that my ex is hurting as well, because I sometimes start crying uncontrollably or just tear up (either after I fall asleep or when I’m awake) I feel that we’re connected and share the same pain.

There’s just no way a heartbreak can hurt this bad and be totally one sided.

I dated someone for a short period of time last summer. After 7 weeks of NC, he reached out to me. We met up and he told me that he’s been thinking of me and the fun moments we had. Wasn’t expecting to hear from him since he made it clear before that HE NEVER REACHED OUT TO HIS EXES. I guess I was special to him.

After a year I tried to reach out to my ex gf again, I suddenly had a realization that I regretted breaking up with her and wanted to try to reconcile. By that time, so long had passed that she had already healed and moved on. Unfortunately I couldn't take no for an answer, until it got to the point where she changed her phone number, blocked any method I have of reaching her, and even threatening to call the police for harassment. I wish I would found your channel and watched these videos sooner...

I dont want my ex or ex husband to hurt. I'm still gutted over both my 13 year marriage and 11 month post divorce whirlwind of whatever it was. It doesn't get easier. Heartbreak sucks.

Craig, it's funny how you come up with topics right when I'm experiencing them. I believe my ex gf is doing a mistake right now, dating a suspicious man. Not just out of grief, but genuinely out of what kind of guy he is. But I'm at the point where I say "I can't help her. If she's doing this mistake I have to let her."
The best thing you can learn is "you can't save everyone". Besides, most women hate when you want to save them. "I don't need saving, bla bla." Especially true for people who can't even save themselves in the first place.

Its been 6mos. Officially together for 2yrs and on/off the last 3yrs. I think the threshold of him missing me is far gone by now. Plus, he has new supply. He isn't thinking of me..he's distracted trying to impress her :(

I know I shouldn't save them or be their therapist as mentioned in the video, but what if my ex' mum is going through a hard time (heart surgery in a few days)? I am in NC but I broke it after five days to check on how her mum is doing.
I was the one emotionally stable.. He took me for granted and he always blamed on the fact that he was single for a long time and he forgot how to behave with a woman (I was required the bare minimum from him) and still nothing after 2 years of long distance relationship... After he was like he was dumped me telling me he doesn't like to see me suffering because of his behavior and he needs time to fix himself "if he wants to fix doing it in his own timeline" lol. So he decided to dump me and left behind just hope.

I think I am going to let my wife go. I love her so much but I really can't help but let her go because she is hurting, she has issues and don't want to seek help but rather choosing to let our marriage end as a fix. I am hurt beyond my imagination but I have left with just little bit of self respect essential for my survival after months of humiliation and neglect like she doesn't care about me at all. @@mmt2310 I signed all the papers, set her free without any drama or trouble to her or her family. She is now married to another man. He came out of nowhere. It took her two months to announce the world she is engaged and next two she got married. I am left with very bad trust issues. I can't believe I was so expendable to someone who worshipped me as a god at times, when all I did was to try to be loving, caring and supportive partner. Now I understand all those mental health issues, and trauma she mentioned was a gimmick to get rid of me. I am just surprised how stupid and blind I was in love to not know what that person really is. Anyway, I am still healing, trying my best to forgive and forget but one thing for sure I won't be able to trust another person again in my future romantic endeavors (if there will be any!) ☺

Yeah she doesnt care, shes happy now with a mutual friend of ours and completely down played our relationship to just being friends with benefits. I havent looked at her social media in almost a month but within a week of dating our mutual friend (two weeks after we ended things) shes posting pictures looking incredibly happy with the guy and posting publicly on snapchat (didnt look) but yeah I know im her mirror and she and I made each other better while having so much fun but she lets her fear and family drive her life. She couldnt be with me bc i wouldnt be approved by her indian family for financial reasons. The mutual friend though is very similar to me in some ways but different in others. However I dont think the differences will matter. She was supposedly my best friend and lover. I miss her so much. We did everything together and were friends before getting into a friends with benefits and then secret relationship for almost 3 years.
Hate to hurt your feelings man but the “mutual friend” is NOT your friend. They didn’t just get together after your relationship with you GF ended they were likely talking behind your back for several weeks before she left you. Sorry to say that but it’s the truth
When ever he tried to leave me I always said I will kill myself if you leave me. It’s a part of grief and there’s no time limit on it. Best thing to do is focus on what you can control, and strive everyday to be that best version of you possible. Repairing your relationship with yourself does make the past fade away in time. Feel all the feels but don’t give up on yourself. Maybe look into some counseling if you can. You got this! 🤍

Im going through something similar, even still im sorry your going through this. When youve spent so much time and did alot of things together, even if its your own interests, its hard to enjoy those things. Im trying to stay social and focus on my physical, mental and spiritual health.
He wants you to see him "happy" but I'm so sure he dies when he's alone at his bedroom at 5 am, those behaviors just show how bad he's doing, and he tries to hide the pain and get distracted from reality

I think, They are confused as hell. They want your attention or something. If they want to talk to you, then they will communicate properly like an adult. Just stay in no contact and focus yourself. Give it some time and stay strong!
Are you assuming it’s them? Or do you know for sure? If it is them - it just means they’re curious. My ex did this to me too, but until they reach out, don’t think too much of it. If you feel comfortable, keep your accounts public and post fun new things. I personally went private cause I couldn’t handle the pressure 😂
The depression part is hard for me. We have been broken up for 3.5months. She's avoident and prone to depression and anxiety. We work together and she's not like she used to be. She has had a lot more sick days since we broke up and I do worry for her l.
Been 3 months since the breakup. She blocked me on IG after I responded when I shouldn’t have. Fast forward almost two months. I’m scrolling through my pictures. Noticed she unblocked me because of the tags. Neither her nor I have reached out. Been 3 weeks now.

its been 6 weeks since we broke up and im blocked. this is the third time. i was doing fine with nc, didn’t even think about her for some days. yesterday i went out with a guy that is our mutual friend and i had fun. then out of nowhere another mutual friend calls me and tells me that my ex found out about it and that she was angry, that maybe she was going to call me and tell me awful things. i just ended up crying the entire night because now im waiting for that call and now i have hope of she coming back again. even if im still blocked. i asked my friend again what should i do and now she tells me to dont expect anything because my ex doesn’t want to come back????? then why is she so furious abt me dating?? i dont know what to do

What if your ex girlfriend is staying home not going out and when she does it's on her own to drink and gamble. She did like gambling but it's become more frequent. I know this because her neighbour is a close friend of mine and he's told me I'm in no contact and my reward is within my healing but I still love her and care about her it's 3 weeks no contact and it's not easy but I made early mistakes where I message her emailed her for 2 weeks but the last 3 weeks it's all no contact

Craig I don't know... My ex has been contacting me lately after several months... She has contacted 4 times over a period of one and half month... She wished me birthday... I was pretty disturbed so I didn't pick up the call... Replied her thanks... But blocked me hours later... I got scared and asked why... She said she did it in the moment... I think you should stay in No contact and focus on yourself. She's keep reaching out and doing blocking/ unblocking because she's confused. Let her feel your absence and if she's reach out again then let her do the work. Don't panick or overthink. Just give it some time!

I've made so many mistakes People-pleasing, said I'd be his emotional support, bought gifts, catch up calls for three months he was engaging in all of that - even did indirect directs. I finally cut the cord after he said we could move on with other people and keep talking just never talk about it. He told me I really upset him when I asked for a clean break ...pretty selfish considering he dumped me. Told him to not reach out unless he wanted more than friendship, had to reinforce that for 2 months before he finally got the picture and respected the boundary. Almost 3 months NC, 7 months broken up and I'm still waiting for him to reach out, I miss him dearly.
For anyone wondering he reached out 12 months after the breakup 6 NC asking how I was. I told him I was good but didn't have room in my life for someone who doesn't want to be there.

We were together for another 3 years before we broke up again because I stopped working on myself. I had become anxious, needy and codependent in my relationship. The relationship had become quite difficult for the last year because of this and she dumped me last month. Since then, I’ve taken accountability for my wrongs and I told her that I needed to make a change in myself because I wasn’t who I wanted to be. I also let her know that I was going to respect the breakup by giving her space.
I’m one month in no contact and working extremely hard to process my emotions, learn what went wrong in the relationship, understand my attachment and hers, and establish my own independence.
I know I’ll hear from her again and I’m already starting to see the benefits of all my hard work. Stay motivated and I promise that you’ll be okay.

Yes and no. It depends on so many things. I’ve had ex’s come back to me after some time and space. But it fell apart again because we both didn’t work on ourselves. That’s always the biggest lesson.
