Im 76 and have just started doing the 10 minute arms workout and I really like it. Im using 3kg weights but hope to work on to 4kgs. I like just music and no yeeha talk.

Just found you, going to try all your exercises, flabby arms are so bad that i have to do something. Have tried them without the weights first and it was tiring, will try for a few days without then will try with weights 🤫

I hope you are one who looks at your comments and answers. I’m 63 and have flabby triceps and not because I’ve lost weight because I’ve been the same size my whole life, 123 pounds. Does faithfully working out really tighten up flabby under arms? I just don’t want to waste my time if it’s not going to work. I do have a toned bicep but my under arm looks frightful.

When I do the tricep presses I only feel it in my shoulders. I try to isolate my shoulders and just bend at the elbow. Any tricks to feel the triceps?
When you do the side lifts, are you lifting somewhat toward the front?
