Probably the best episode on the Tenant.
The detailed research about schools by Pin code and School Amenities for overall personality development of the kid is extremely important. And no doubt Sulochanadevi Singhania is prime schools in that regard. That's why people like to be around like minded people.

I am staying in Mulund since 2001. It is one of the best place to stay in Mumbai.
Singhania School is one of the best.
Many times All India ICSc and ISC board toppers have come from Singhania
One of the best episode of series, knowledgeable and beautiful couple
Beautiful and cultured family
Duo is very happening and Positive!! Nice episode
Found something much better than those food review videos on social media. Keep it up Vishal and Team Moneycontrol. I would also suggest you guys to make videos of redevelopment projects in mumbai that are stuck for many years and interview those tenants. There's lots of experiences and knowledge they can share for the people who want to buy/rent/sell their homes. This will help them, and make some content for u as well.
Humble, genuine, HAPPY couple... very inspiring
nicely cute done up flat and couple.. liked that small yet functional trader desk where mostly the work is done by the mouse!
Very nice couple!!
Fantastic episode
Great family 👏
As always a very good episode.
My family from Mulund since 1969
Great video 👍
At one point it was said that pincodes determine school admissions/rejections..but towards the end it was said there is a level playing field..i didn't get that
Pl do interview of some one in Raheja heights malad, i have got a job that side at IT park and i am planning to shift after 7 to 8 months
They had just two schools in option... One in Thane and one in Santacruz? 🥴
Nice episode
Good 👍
My uncle lives in same society!
Nice Home. Dude got Gamer setup
Nice
Mulund is se o clean
Its a house with good vibes, plenty of sunlight and full of ventilation. Amenities is a nonsense concept as people hardly use them after sometime.
Jain jain.. religion game...how they support, work and stay together. Hindus on other hand cannot communalize to this exrent
Lots of my jail friends go out for alcoholic drinks and eat meat. At home it’s a different story altogether.
Very much compact rooms. Thane would have given better option. Like Hiranandani
Esp the older Hiranandani Estate Apartments in Thane . Spacious, no seepage in walls very well constructed houses . Infact Hiranandani is the best in terms of planning large residential complex & design of buildings. There are gaps between each high rise building ensuring air flows between each tower + there is plenty green spaces & trees . And all Hiranandani Complexes have school, hospital, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, shops & other amenities within the complex
@@altmosetz_01 yes. Correctly pointed out. Being from Jain communtiy may have led them to stay in mulund.
No. Mulund has a lot better connectivity than ghodbunder road. He travels to Powai and it is useless living in a big house while spending all the time commuting. Plus they wanted a Jain community which is not present near Hiranandani Estate
@@mackisbrocklesnar its actually a 1.5 bhk house.
How did his child got admission in Singhania school, when he stays in Mulund ? I heard they only give admission to nearby kids only
Sunlight 😂
Basically inko sab chaiye
Is Chidiya Ghar ka 35,000? No space. Mumbai is just not liveable for upper middle class. What's the whole point
Still has a lot of upper middle class and upper class. Mumbai has a place for everyone.
Just a few cities in India have better employment opportunities & even among these counted few can be considered safe & have the best amenities. Mumbai tops this list. And with the huge influx of people, obviously real Estate is high cost esp considering the carpet area one gets.
In the last decade or so only the very wealthy can afford a spacious house in Mumbai.
Mumbai suburbs are not liveable coz of the filth n garbage , stinky open drains that become a bigger mess in rains, lack of easy access to Metros, trains & Airport , good roads with rare few pot holes + are wide , delayed Metro work on various key roads, lack of urban planning resulting in congested high rise buildiings that look like tightly packed cubes/ pigeon holes .
anyone forcing you to stay?
@@mackisbrocklesnar best answer!
Nice episode. Nothing against this couple, they seem sweet. But something about the jains, in general.
Quite a few people from "peaceful" Jain community turn violent when it's about accommodating the people from other communities into their own. Not allowing non-jains, non-marwadis to own or rent flats their societies. Not allowing to sell meat in the area and what not. Recently a Marathi woman, who was looking for a shop to rent in Mulund, was attacked by a gujju family both verbally and physically. So when they form a community with their population, they turn it into a different state altogether. But it's about moving to different parts of the country where they are minority, they are extra sweet to their neighbours. Always very sweet talking and helpful.. sometimes more than required. So they how to jell with other people and how to blend in. As long as they are in the minority, it's all fine. Just wait till they form a community.
I agree and very well said. Lekin paisa bolta hai. And local politicians from any party toe line with these jains
@@nishantdsouza Exactly. Politicians, for the most part, are in their pockets. Also, in the suburbs like Mulund and Mira road, MLA ares Jain only.
You seem to be full of hatred towards Ethnic Gujarati and Gujarati speaking people.
Go to the BMC office and there is a statue of the first mayor of BMC and his name written in Gujarati language.
Go anywhere in the original old Mumbai of the seven islands area of Mumbai, where you can find all old structures written in Gujarati language.
Gujarati are not of some bihari or UP or Punjabi or Sindhi who settled in the later phase of Mumbai.... They are the earliest setters in the original Mumbai island city.
@@vishalmalavya I stated few facts from experience and knowledge. You may not like those but the things you stated don't make any difference. I don't have hatred towards any communities, I have a few gujju friends of my own, but the reality doesn't change. Why don't you speak against discrimination about other communities. Why don't you guys let others stay in your communities. Why more and more Jain/marwadi only conditions are popped up everywhere?
Do you know C. R . patil ? MP from Navsari constituency from Gujarati where 90% of the population is Gujarati speaking people... And he is the one of the most powerful figure in the politics of Gujarat and currently State president of BJP Gujarat.
They are not Muslims who grow their population and create ghetto in any city area... Or attack any other people once they are in majority.
They are like Jews believe in cooperation and support.
That's why you will find most successful Indian overseas community Is Gujarati.
Vishal when u compare size of homes in Mumbai to other cities why dont u compare opportunituies tht Mumbai provide , safety , employmnet etc good things abt Mumbai !?!?! if u have so much issues of size of rooms and u always and only focus on this , question is who has forced u to stay in Mumbai?!?! if no one then u need to stop ranting abt this !!
That goes without saying. The reason for asking is people do get issues once they shift from larger space
