My town in Jharkhand was very greener and cleaner during my childhood 2000-2010 but now there is trash plastics everywhere…no dustbin or waste management system..its frustrating to see people don’t care basically who lived all there life in same place…neither teaching their children to have cleanliness mindset

But, trees are a real nuisance for the owners. Cutting down a rotten tree and disposing the wood and leaves will cost 10,000.. My house in the city in village is located in 48 cent land.. All my plots have lots of fruit trees around the borders on all sides.. It is very difficult to clean all the leaves falling down from the trees. People living in nearby multi storied apartments are stealing the fruits from my trees. Not only beggars, even government officers, college professors and people owning cars are stealing my fruit. People are thinking that anything that grows on neighbour's tree is free to eat. Most of my neighbours living in flats are stealing fruits from my trees. Some of my neighbours living in multi storied apartments and who don't have a single tree in his apartment compound have even bought their own fruit plucking poles just to steal my mango, guava, avocado, moringa, jackfruit, breadfruit, rose apple, gooseberry, rambutan etc. Children are always climbing the compound walls to steal fruits. Some people are even stealing jackfruit leaves from my jackfruit trees to feed their goats.

No, wrong. Bollywood people are a small part of the city. The land supply is very low as it's an island unable to expand like other metro cities which can extending it's boundaries, Mumbai due to high economic activity, lack of land supply and high demand has resulted in these price surges. Mumbai is the bluechip of real estate investing.

@@adj33 have you read the data that almost 1.2 lakh flats in Mumbai are vacant, especially South Mumbai/lower Parel? Is it not known to you that bmc is is the most corrupt civics body which ofcourse doesn't gives approval to talk buildings (nor provides support like essential for tall buildings like adequate fire brigade etc) leading to lack of talk buildings and thus create artificial scarcity? Are you not aware that Mumbai operates in a pure capitalistic manner where a lot of black money is diverted in real estate (not necessarily by film stars but by government servants earning black money) leading to willingness of high payment by black money holders for purchase. All of this creates artificial purchase scarcity for flats. Since it's unaffordable to buy house here due to artificial scarcity, people are forced to rent property at high rates. If you don't know any of this despite owning property here, then I feel sorry that you are so dumb. I don't own any property in Mumbai, since I feel it's a saturated loss making real estate market. I rather prefer owning property in cities like Nagpur, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur etc where there is good property appreciation, compared to low property appreciation in Mumbai. Only someone dumb or with black money would buy property in this city.

I've lived here. It's a very peaceful and clean locality, lots of trees and some stately bungalows that are in danger of being pulled down because of the astronomical real estate prices. One issue of living here is the width of the road. Nargis Dutt Road which stretches across the entire hilltop is too narrow with no footpath for pedestrians who are always in danger of being run over by bratty kids driving their BMWs and Ferraris. The tenant is correct, a lot of very well-kept but older constructions, such as Blooming Heights will be going for redevelopment.

Not really US is getting very expensive, taxes are high and salaries have stagnated a lot in last decade! People only look at 1cr or 2 cr package in US but don't consider the 35% tax plus monthly living expenses in USD and you left with not much!
