Let us not forget that this kid is from Delhi and pampered, and possibly from a business family. That is why he talks about lakhs and crores. His personal expenses is about 35K?

Even after becoming a CA, the standard of living is quite low tbh in Mumbai.

Relax guys.. he is just a kid.. that too a CA.. he will be shifting to his own 10cr house in hardly 10 years down the lane if he plays his cards right.. Mumbai is a city of dreams and the best part, those dreams do get realized if you put in cent percent of yourself..

Yes the apartment, specially the bathrooms look pretty sad but Its about that location...its centered between Andheri East Railway Station, 3 metro stations and western expressway highway, all within 1km radius...plus its nearly fully furnished with Wifi, sofa, bed, furniture etc and open for bachelors.

@@funbegins2371 The rental market has significantly gone up in Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR since the last 2 years with return to office policy adopted by several companies..on top of this Mumbai's undergoing a redevelopment phase..adding more tenants into the market with less inventory..tenants have limited choices in the market currently.

Its high time we stop hyping cities like Mumbai! Paying so much for such a small space. People will live their entire life in cramped spaces, spend most of their money on rent but say oh i live in Bombay. Absolute shit city i must say!

The guy kept on saying "Terrorist"....i'm sorry but using that word so loosely in Mumbai is unforgivable...to me at least

Moneycontrol disappointed with this video. People are becoming smart with creating content, but this was just plain awkward. Terrorists? I have guys living in PG next to my flat and many other flats in the building. They mind their own business, don't create chaos, walk in the park, talking to their families.

Definitely true. Mumbai is crowded, dusty, commercial, expensive. But that's just cons. Pros are lifestyle, outings, companies, etc. but all this coming in tier 2 cities in the next decade for sure

Mumbai real estate is no joke. But this story like any other is biased. If you search smartly, you can find some good places. Mumbai suburbs are getting renovated like crazy but other areas at the outskirts have big spaces with more amenities.

What on earth he was smoking, when deciding to shift to substandard property, without lift, for 67k? 40k gives you 2bhk in new gated society near Andheri. And if you go to near Mira Road, 20k will be enough for 2bhk. He has been misled, for sure.
