Delhi guy being well spoken, humble and without the cockiness. Welcome change!!
Even 1 lakh salary per month is not enough to live a decent life in Mumbai good localities. By 1 lakh i mean gross salary of 1.3-1.5 lakh per month bcoz 30% is govt. share😢
Just like 30 Lpa enough to stay in mumbai city.
The way he speaks....nice nd...genuine guy...
Great young energetic guy... he made a wise decision to stay in chembur...its vibrant, very well connected and also home to good sindhi-punjabi street food!
Brother Don't keep saying Bandra Bandra , Bandra owners will increase the rental... then you will say chembur chembur 😂
love this guy .. so much fun listening to him .. realistic and funny
I live on 11 th Road and I haven't seen water logging in the past 20 years neither on 26/7 ..
I am really surprised how will a family survives with 50 K per month. I want to go and stay in Mumbai for few days only. Very Very expensive rent.
Don't worry I had stayed in Mumbai when my salary was 15k per month. Ofcourse you cannot stay in main Mumbai but in the subirbs like Kalyan, Virar, Panvel, etc
Thane/Navi Mumbai are also good options. But travel time will be more.
People will skip Bandra East over Chambur 😅
In Subhash Nagar, he is paying ₹ 60,000 for 700 Sq. Ft 2 BHK. 😔
Then how much to be 70k ?
Mumbai is with 100% vibes , no doubt.
Guys which is the best site or app for searching homes in new cities ?
13:50 - Strange he didn’t find Bangalore welcoming. I being a proper nomad(lived in 7 states & 3 countries,so no hometown per say) found Bangalore awesome. So much so that I purchased a flat and settled here. Ofcourse I am into IT
Bangalore has stupid locals
Banglore local people are rascist against other states
There is a historic Sindhi society in Chembur,so you can find authentic Sindhi food there, just like you would in Ulhasnagar.
Very nice
Recently heard that newer constructions on Pali Hill are going for 60K PSF, which is insane.
It's 1 lakh or little under psf
Delhi boy 👍🥂❤️
Bangalore and Kannadiga people are very welcoming. I am a Marathi guy. I met my North Indian wife here. There are Marwaris and Baniyas staying in old Bangalore who speak fluent Kannada and happily staying here for decades. Please try to learn culture and spoken Kannada, Kannadigas will welcome you with open arms. The approach should be I do not know Kannada but I will learn. Generally the approach is I will not learn Kannada neither speak in it and you can not impose same on me.
Meanwhile people need to understand Madras, Calcutta and Bombay were in British era. Now it is Chennai, Kolkata and Mumbai.
Sorry have to disagree here. The cosmopolitaness of a city is truly reflected when migrants don't need to learn local language and culture to stay there.
Ofc it's good to learn, but there should be no compulsion for it.
That's where Bangalore comes nowhere close to Mumbai.
@@bittughosh6749 I think it should be this way otherwise Hindi will be the national language of this country. Also if south and other non Hindi states are mot welcoming it will incentivize the Hindi heartland to develop in its own
No need to learn any language. Hindi and English are the official languages of India. Every new state and new language can't be learnt.
@@bittughosh6749so you will move to New York cosmopolitan without learning english..... By your logic all those cosmopolitan will lose its language and cultural identity. Learn some communicational language if you want to reside there for long term. Don't ask me how marathi has lost its hold in Mumbai and slowly in other districts as well.
@@sameerbhalerao431 English is a global language and everyone should know it irrespective to be able to live in this global era.
And please, Marathi is still very much prevalent and spoken in Mumbai and across Maharashtra. But the best part is it's not forced down ppl's throat. They don't need to compulsorily speak it to live here.
That's where Mumbai shines.
👌🔥
TENANT KA BADA WALA CUT GAYA 750 SQFT IN SION U GET FOR 50K
My salary is not taht much..hiw much rent he is paying
kamata kitna hai ye bhai 25 me 30 k rent bhar raha hai and all expense will be easily 40 to 50k
he earns 2 lakh a month
He is obsessed with Bandra
Well...Bandra west is infact a very nice area.
Need 2 lakhs atleast
🤔🤔👌
U should cover the corridor area.. main door around
Wait for the time he comes across a girl, Ladka to shaadi karke hi maanegaa 😂
Jokes apart, nice guy with a chirpy personality. Thankfully not like other cocky delhiites.
Come to Dubai bro, you’ll forget Bandra as well.
Doobuy is a terrroristt shyt hole
People inflated the mumbai by dreams.
All those ‘funny stories’ he told, weren’t remotely funny at all😂😂
For God sake... Speak Mumbai not Bombay. Don't try to look cool by writing Bombay... Grow up
Only Marathis call it Mumbai. Real Indians call it Bombay.
@@-doctor_ji real Indians develop North India and not just give birth to lots of babies and move to Mumbai..Real Indians call Gudgaon and not just rename it to some shit name. real indians dont make rule of only haryana locals will get jobs in haryana 75% quota ...real indians call it Mumbai, u nameless Unreal Indian!
Bombay is not just cool it is the heart and soul of this city and reflects what this city was intended to be but sadly populism and politics ruined tried ruining it but still this city somehow continues to grow and makes major contribution in the growth of India.
@@-doctor_jiActually all people who have self-respect call it Mumbai. The slaves who want to immitate their masters still call it bombay.
@@DoneDealNikhil Correct as a northeast Indian I always prefer the term Mumbai and I'm grateful getting to work and stayed there for years
A typical wanna be northie, trying hard to look cool. Is he living in colonial times? There is no city that exists by the name Bombay or Madras.
why so serious?
@@Mahalakshmi-Khan he's serious about Mumbai vs Bombay debate
@@Carl_13031 there are better and far more important issues to debate over
@@Mahalakshmi-KhanTrue, but how did you even expect that his peanut size brain can even think about real issues.
