Security is another concern in today's times too. Also, no one wants their staff to eavesdrop on their pvt conversations all day.

Well, it actually is! Atleast for india. The roads, the open spaces, the greens- you don't find anywhere in most parts of bombay. Also, the bmc does a shitty job with most things in every other neighbourhood except sobo coz thats where most mantris and bureaucrats and their own boss lives. The absence of rickshaws and nighty clad women also helps haha😅

My grandfather can buy an apartment in Lodha Park, But still he is a very humble and down to earth person, But after seeing these couple, They are pretending like they have 5 apartments in this building but in reality they can't even buy an apartment, they are just tenants.

The areas that were developed as posh areas before independence are generally more clean, slum free and well organised with good gentry as opposed to areas developed by indian governments. Because they really cannot put anything in place with village brought up and corrupt babus and politicians running the show.

Comments section has been too harsh on the lady even though she has been a better narrator throughout the episode and obvious observations on her being snobbish can rather be passed on many residents of South Bombay. Besides the episode was well explained from a person's POV of living in Lower Parel.
I second you on that. I found her to be sensible and practical. The couple balances their likes and dislikes perfectly. Maybe she is a bit outspoken that comes across as arrogance or not letting her partner speak. But not so much that she gets such hate in the comment section.
My observation of comments. Yes she definitely is a better narrator but her cutting her husband's talk abruptly sometimes wasn't pleasant... Ofcourse we all do these at home but I think people aren't able to digest it on 📸

Beautiful tennis court and loved the swimming pool. As a person who uses a pool ans tennis court every day i would love this tower. But spending 7 crores for an apartment without a balcony is downright pathetic. If this building had a balcony even with suxh small bedrooms and tiny kitchen it would be worth buying but close to a million dollars for a tiny apartment with no balcony or open windows is a criminal waste of money. I wish mumbai geta such newer buildings with pool, tennis and gym and spacious bedrooms and moat importantly good balconies

If you do a proper longer term contract then its not a big issue. Financially it doesn't make sense to be in debt.

Indian economy GDP will double in next 10 years, so it is the time to invest in quality stocks. Your capital will be become 5X or more if you plan properly. Earlier you start investing, more will be the compounding effect. You can always purchase property later on in life. This is from my personal experience.
