Gem of a guy with his hospitality and courtesy.. I like the last statement make distinction between life, lifestyle and livelihood..
Amazing guy. This is what we like to see, not the "Google" nerds from Bangalore who wouldn't stop making the video about showcasing their resume
🤣
He is yet another guy who used the show to promote his cold drink and TV and at the same time show off his family wealth. Funny how he made it a point not to open his own door😂
This is a re-upload, and they still showed him not opening his own door 😂
What ? Missed ..
And what's more of a difference in both uploads other than that ?
They kept that cringy line of future wife, girl-kitchen too 2:58 to 3:08 ...🤣🤣🤣
When was the first upload of this episode
what a guy and what a tastefully done apartment. Pure class. Cheers mate !
"Every girl needs to have her own kitchen." Dear would-be-wife, RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!
He has eye for design and interiors. Spending 30 lakhs on interiors in rented house is overboard but he doesnt seems to have money issue as businessman
loved his attitude towards life!
Totally same philosophy on buying a house!! He is quite sorted :)
What’s net net gaining? I want a renter like him to refurbish my place and then leave..
❤😊
By net net he meant that even if the building went for re-development, he would still gain as he also owns an apartment in the same building.
@@sallianz11the 30 lakhs spent on refurbishing this one is down the drain.
Good guy .. he will be sucessfull in business . With the good down to earth attitude he has.
Has Rahul made his landlord richer?
Amazing home, Rahul seems to be such a nice down to earth person
Just loved the house and the episode.
Keep it up.
He seems very positive and a great personality
Absolutely gorgeous appartment!
Inspired by this man .. his style.. his thinking..
Achieving such success with hardly 11-12 years of post graduation work experience is inspirational
Seems like a very chill dude
Rahul is cute handsome, humble and so welcoming, whoever marries him, is going to be lucky, at least here's hoping! but Rahul, amazing home, beautiful, calming and such soothing colors used. This was better than most of the hotel rooms. I really hope you're able to buy one likewise for yourself and live a happy married life.
He probably wears lifts in shoes 😂😂
very nice... we are having a similar situation in our gurgaon apartment building... my husband's family stays in one apartment and we stay in another apartment in the same building. Makes things so easy and comfortable, we get both togetherness and privacy. and very nicely done up.
Never understood this guy, maybe just me, but looks a friendly person
beautiful interiors...watched the video twice :)
i just have one question , when you spend 30 lakhs on other apertment while renting do you got any discount on rent ...
11:25, that's just a basin room
beautiful house❤
Its a steal deal for 1.20, exceptional apartment!
This is the real life Sarabhai vs Sarabhai home.
Bhai ne free mai ad karwa li ..
If the building goes redevelopment tomorrow, I'm fine.. net net I'm gaining.
How is he gaining, where he has been paying 1.2L rent monthly, invested 30L on interior and atleast 5L advance. How is he gaining? Am I missing something? So does the company pay for the ceo's house Rent?
20-30 lakhs mai he made the house really beautiful. .
The owner is lucky
Nice! I'd love to know where he got those gigantic ice cubes from 😝
Rahul you did a great job! Beautiful house
Nobody asked your appreciation, get lost
Yeah
Good one
Why do most tenants on the show always leave their toilet seat up lol
Nice video bro 🙂
Nice lifestyle ..
Lovely place
Wow. Is this normal in mumbai for tenants to spend so much on interiors?
Nope not at all...this guy is an exception...probably got family wealth much more than he needs.
Typically, you spend 2 or 3 times the monthly rent on interiors....5/6 times max if you have a lockin for 2-3 years....this guy spent about 20-25 times his monthly rent😂😅🙏
@@herambpatkar I see. That makes more sense
Don’t know why the kitchen comment is triggering me ;) Please interview more independent women who live as swanky lifestyles and much away from the same building as their parents. Nothing taken away from this guy though - beautiful house and nice lifestyle.
Lucky landlord😅
He should have been an interior designer, has eye for style.
Spent 30 lakhs on a rented apartment that is about to go for redevelopment.. wtf ..
30 lakh to refurbish a rental property 🤦
1.2 lakh for a 2bhk in an old scruz building ??????? He is either ripped off or he's just lying
मुझे तो Best 2 BHK apartment लगा but it seems lile a 4 BHK like apartment लेकिन बंदे ने interior मे पैसे भी बहुत लगा दिए हैं 😂
If I have money this time I want to buy it definitely for this interior specially.
Simple interior design looks much better than heavy interior design.
Only a bachelor would leave tbe refrigerator door open for so long 😂
That's Tina's brother. Nice to see his beautiful house.
Who is Tina???
@@kapilkatdare7351 she's a popular fashion influencer.
@@kapilkatdare7351Indian adult entertainer.
Santacruz mai 25 tak 2 bhk hai or vile parle mai
Whats his beverage brand name? Or website to visit
POSHN Juiceworks I guess
How is this helping or solving any problem. He is probably 0.1% of the Indian population. Show something that an aspirational indian urban middle class are looking gor. 1/2/3 BHK with a rent of
fancy guy
1,20,000 per month 😢
He appears drunk... typical Punjab da Puttar.... 😂
How can he afford this like my middle class mind is blown . Good for him tho
@@pakapapita3104 again he is a punjabi so do factor in the Punjabi craze to SHOW-OFF the ill gotten wealth... PapaDaPaisa aur showoff karen PapaKePuttar
@@pakapapita3104he has atleast 3 ventures .. he is definitely from higher class HNI .. not middle class..
@@maxigladi bhai mene bola my middle class brain . Ye banda toh itna ameer hai ki meko hi jhadu pocha krne ke liye rakh le
@@pakapapita3104😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
The guy wanted to promote his juice business😂
Bhai Hindi mein bhe bol sakte, if English isn't good.
❤
beautiful house ... bt the guy is such a poser my god..!!! lol
Damn spent 30 lacs on someone else's home! Pardon me but big fool
Guy stays in Santacruz and calls it Bombay 😂
99 acreswale cheating bhi karate hai ,ye hamane experience kiya
Cheating "hi" karte hai
Large living room makes up for a short height 😂😂😅?
PASA HO TO KYA NHI HO SAKTA😂😂
Wonderful place for hosting people, but looks like an impersonal hotel.
1st i though they (the doorman and this guy) were Gay couples.
Well, he might be opening the back door as well 😂😂
Quite a show off guy - juice, TV, tyre etc etc
bruh how can be an punjabi lactose intolerant???
Even lactose intolerant he still mentioned Star bucks! And he can have lactose free milk available anywhere.
Man-child, can't even open door. He needs to learn some humility from hollywood actors - they throw out trash themselves, cook and clean themselves even though they can afford 100 houses like these and can buy his company in 2minutes lol
One of the most arrogant guest on your channel
This guy really knows how to live in style & has the architectural taste. I doubt anyone would’ve this kind of courage to invest so heavily in a rented space. Respect 🫡
