The gentleman is so sorted. May all success come his way ✨️
Sunday means it has to be watching your video the tenant
He is so calm and composed
The guy not just speaks but also looks like Anurag Kashyap. I think he is a student of Neem Karoli Baba. I’m sure he will do great in life.
600 square feet area nahie hai .I think 350-400 square feet hoga
They mentioned it as built up area ,, usually there is 30% loading , so carpet would be around 400 sq feet
At first glance, the tenant looked like Prabhas
Someday Vishal you should cover your house
Sir please respect the city which gives ur earning , its "MUMBAI" not "Bombay" accept the city as she expect u. Aai Mumba Devi gives everyone every thing.
Otherwise the video was so beautifuly shot ur knowledge about city and filmcity is phinominal ,neither i am offended nor i am sad as a Mumbaikar I m little bit hurt
Bro outsider's cant understand this emotion they are here just to make money....
I still call it Bombay n it's ok
Why is it so difficult to call Mumbai. May be just an ego that Mumbai sounds a marathi word and saying anything in Marathi hurts u guys ego.
It's ok for you but it just shows ur emotion towards the city.
Main problem is Mumbai is a marathi word and it hurts many people."Mumbai" is an emotion but Bombay is a thing to use and then throw , that's why people refer it to "Bombay" when they just want to use the city.
@@kunalnakashe5906 there is no marathi or hindi or anything ..we r Indians and India is not defined by marathi or hindi...we all live in unity...that is why it is said...unity in diversity!!!
Let humanity come first over any language or religion

Nice video bro .good going
So inspiring
Do you guys cover tenants in other cities as well? Only mumbai/maharashtra is becoming kinda monotonous
Bombay नाही मुंबई म्हणायचं.
I used to watch this series regularly, but the past couple of episodes are not in English, except the final summary. Very disappointing.
Goood🙏🙏🙏
How can I get that CNBC ka special umbrella .. 😅
Owner after seeing this - agle saal 30k rent karana padega
Dharmic is a Hindi word religious. 😂😂😂
600 gm had me in splits😂
?
5:00 Man needs a touchscreen laptop with a stylus, it'll solve his problem.
450? I'm sure it was less than 400, just my opinion on how small it looks.
Please tell all tenants that this is Mumbai and Not Bombay. People come to Mumbai to fulfill their dreams, but they are not respecting the city by taking its correct name.
Are you mentally disturbed, you guys get so offended as if Mumbai was never Bombay before.
@@lostworld5263Please watch your words😊Calling it Mumbai is emotion for some mumbaikar it seems and OP expressed it politely... Don't throw words around hurting people.. Doesn't make you cool
What are you guys exactly trying to show here? Ugly houses? Senseless presentation? This used to be such a good show in the initial days... Wonder where it's going now
Pritesh Dalle....
his TV is too high.
Mai dharmik nahi but religious hun. Pakka bollywood ka sickular hai
