Used to drink RH sarap partner sa pizza pero medyo matapang na ngayon. Kaya I shifted to smirnoff mule kasi para lang softdrink ang dating. But I only consume 3 bottles max. Now I'm into calorie deficit I'm thinking of shifting again to SanMig Zero kasi 60 calories lang per bottle while smirnoff mule is 176 calories per bottle. Downside to sanmig zero, hirap hanapin. Lol
ito yung hinahanap kong question kaya malaking tulong ito para saking once a month or every 2 months lang ako umiinom ng isang boteng alak mas mabuti ng iwasan ko nalang at hindi maapektuhan yung pag build ng muscles ko

I’m not really an alcohol drinker and I rarely drink and only when asked by friends to out to bars which rarely happens. But it’s good you made this infovlog. I was under the impression before that a little alcohol before sleeping relaxes and stimulates blood vessels making easier for nutrients to be built as muscle mass. Is this correct?
