My dad said when his voices would get real bad he’s turn on Spanish radio to block it out said it helped especially when he was going to sleep. Worth a shot
Well I've heard it all. Rappin' with voices lol. I agree with you. I hate the fact that I don't have any privacy. Plus they love belittling me & that isn't fun. Some people have it worse though. Some people claim that their voices can give them headaches. Have you heard of that & did you hear about that in your group?
Hi Mannie, Yes, I did hear about that from other people in the group, fortunately it doesn't happen to me but yes I am aware of that. So sorry you have issues with the privacy thing too. But I hope you are doing well this week.
Hey friend it's no problem, honestly I know it sucks but I think there are worse problems out there. I first heard them at 21. It started off as a team trying to give me advice on what to do. Like a team that would follow me around and help me with stuff in life.
@@corymodzeleski7191 I actually heard about a girl who heard voices and that they gave her the correct answers in college and she did really well. Very interesting. Also strange they say it's genetic when no other family members have it, they might say that when they don't how it occurred. I wish you well.
@@RyanJohnson-sm1cl That is really cool, yes there are cases where they are actually really good. I met people like that in the group. As far as how it might have been caused, I think bizarre situations from childhood, being severely bullied, trauma as a young adult, and to be honest I think may homosexuality may have been a possible cause too. I'm not 100% sure about any of this, but they are possibilities.

Yes I have had different diagnoses at different times through my life, which includes ADHD, Social Anxiety Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Adjustment Disorder w/ Disturbance of conduct, PTSD and Acute Stress Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, I think that's pretty much everything. Yes I worked from the time I was 10 (July 2001) up to 24 (May 2015). My Dad had me working at a very young age which I am very thankful for because it instilled a good work ethic in me. I worked with my Dad under the table throughout Middle and High school, and in June 2007 is when I get my first actual taxed-job, and did that up until May 2015 when I had my psychotic break.

You should ask your dr about Seroquel it helped my dad with his voices. It’s a bitch to get the dosage right but once you do my dad quit hearing them
I was already on it for years. It's a good medication, but it caused my liver enzymes to skyrocket, and we can't have that happening.
