Its been a while since I made this this recipe right here is by far one of my Favorite pound cakes to make and what I love about it is that its so easy to make and the the flavor is delicious

INGREDIENTS
3 STICKS ROOM TEMP BUTTER
2 CUPS BLUBERRIES FLOURED
3 CUPS WHITE SUGAR
VANILLA EXTRACT
6 LARGE EGGS ROOM TEMP
3 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR SIFTED
PINCH SALT
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
GLAZE
POWDERED SUGAR
LEMON JUICE
A LITTLE MILK

I have never heard of a blueberry pound cake before and I will guarantee you that it is delicious when you make it. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. It looks good enough to eat without the glaze.
Another tip: put 1/3 of your plain batter in the pan then mix the berries in the rest and layer it over the plain batter to prevent a soggy bottom.

Gina Young you are blessed and a blessing to us that watch you. I got to do this b4 it gets hot.
Gina just a hint. You need the paddle attachment to cream butter and sugar together...not the whisk. Everything in the center of your whisk is not getting incorporated.
I lost mines when we moved im not going to order one because I just need to buy a whole new mixer thanks for watching God bless
Using the whisk will incorporate air into the eggs and makes a fluffier cake and she used a spatula to scrap the batter off the sides so all of it can be incorporated

I love this. I make a Keto lemon berry loaf. Basically the ingredients are the same except almond flour is used and I use monkfruit sweetener. Looks delicious is delicious. I like warm pound cake. Yummy!

I love blueberry pound cakes. For a really tender moist cake I use swans cake flour and 1 cup of buttermilk alternating flour and buttermilk. I find it better to add eggs after creaming butter it keeps from over mixing.

Hi Gina. Long time follower. First time posting. Love your enthusiasm! Your recipe is similar to mine. I use two sticks of butter instead of three. I use sour cream, 6 eggs. And I cook for 90 minutes at 325. Gonna incorporate less time and more butter in mine. I’ll send you a picture on how it comes out.

I bake and I use swans for all my cakes. It's lighter than all purpose and you don't have to sift as much. My grandmother would make me sift ap flour 3times. Lol
