Blueberry Lemon Bundt Cake | Lemon Glaze

In this video, we will make a blueberry lemon bundt cake.
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour/ maida: 3 cups (375 g)
Baking powder: 2 tsp
Salt: 1 tsp
Unsalted butter: 1 cup (220 g)
Sugar: 2 cups
Eggs: 3
Lemon zest: 2 tbsp + 1 tsp
Lemon juice: 6 tbsp
Buttermilk: 1 cup (240 ml)
Fresh/ frozen blueberries: 2 cups (200 g)
Powdered sugar: 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract: 2 tsp

I've been wanting to bake a homeade rather then store bought Lemon Blueberry Bunt Cake. Some recipes call for condenced sweet milk, buttermilk, yogurt, 2 cups sugar, 2 sticks of unhealthy butter. Your recipe seems has the right mix of ingredients.. And it looks beautiful!

@@FoodNFlavors I wish I just stuck to your recipe! I substituted 1 stick of butter for whole milk yogurt it did not bake up well w/ butter and buttermilk. Perhaps if I used canola oil as a substitute for 1 stick of butter that might have worked better.

Note your recipe is the same as Home Cooking Adventures except she uses less sugar which appeals to me. I usually add less sugar than the recipe calls for.
