I drink 15 apples juices , everyday, and I'm diabetec!
I'm not diabetic, but I definitely need to start making green smoothies :) As for the breakfast replacement option, I would switch avocado for high protein cottage cheese, or if you really want it just add a scoop of casein protein powder. It's really important to start the day with protein, and it will further reduce the glycemic load of the smoothie which is important for diabetic person

No powders: just "green juice" is enough!
TheresaRE Aberilla well I was talking about making it breakfast smoothie. It is very important to start the day with at least 20g of protein, and casein powder isn't really some weird indigrient, it's just filtered milk protein. It's slow digesting, and doesn't cause glycemic response, so perfect for a diabetic smoothie. But you can of course add cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
I'm "against" fats at the moment! That's why I juice only celery and apples!@@peejayfromhell
Where is lemon juice.... You forgot you to add them ... Lemon juice is a must also you are missing some herbs
