I've told you before but it's worth repeating for this new video: SInce starting working out with you about a year ago it only took six months to no longer be prediabetic. I only eat healthy carbs within reason (a little ice cream and pizza now and again). I still do your videos on a regular basis and love them. I'm a "senior citizen" (God, I hate that term...) and have never felt so good. Thank you thank you!!
Very effective! I measured my sugar level this morning with a result of 104. After this exercise, I measured my sugar level again and it went down to 92! Thank you so much Caroline! God bless
Great routine! Love the fact it is all done in a standing position. I’ve tried other longer routines and they were too repetitive….boring. This workout is not🙂. Caroline is soooo inspiring. My new daily routine has begun. Thank you, girls🙂

Thanks to both of you I love to work out with you. I checked My sugar level before and after exercise. Before it was 95 after 100. I have checked multiple times before and after exercise. Same thing happens. But it comes down drastically after half an hour. Anyone please let me know if you guys have more knowledge about this. Thank you
