This is a perfect practise for me. I have osteoporosis, scoliosis etc. but I am very flexible, have been doing yoga but wanted a safe workout for with weights and variety. Thank you thank you Caroline! 😃🙏

Just finished this session and it was just what I needed. After being way too sedentary the last two months from low back and sciatica pain down to my foot. I need to get going agin and work through it besides my other treatments. Thank you.
I love this workout! It has all the characteristics I look for -- at least 20 minutes, cardio, weights, all standing. Thanks for all the instruction you give, such as using heavier or lighter weights for a particular move. Just great! And thanks for all you do.
TY for being here for me each and everyday, love this exercise for most i love them all, do have Scroll the Oasis back plus my legs and feet have issues not sure what it is did test nothing showed up,but I keep going each and every day,see u tomorrow❤
