    Love your workouts.. I am missing your timers.. I love your diabetic workouts. Eventhough i am not a diabetic. I am following what you say and I am going to get a glucose montor. I am going to follow an intermittent fasting routine of 16/8.. Thanks for this workout.. I have been a follower for quite some time now - I love your positive energy and what you say (5:26) so true. I think i speak for all of us in the community when i say this. We are all blessed to have you in our lives. Thanks for better health and a better life you are creating for all of us.

    I had a heartattack scare and had quit working out for a while. My 6 year old daughter just put this workout on for me. 😊❤ Movement is truly medicine! I feel so blessed to have her motivate me!

    I'm type 2 diabetic and because of over indulgence over Christmas I am now suffering with my blood sugar being high, I found your ten minute exercise and this and it's brilliant, It's helping bring my sugars under control. Thank you all the way from the West Midlands in the UK. ❤

    Walking at home in West Michigan before the rest of the family wakes up, but after coffee. I also gave up coffee for a year. My parents let me start drinking coffee when I was 7 years old (!) and when I was in college, I wanted to see what life was like without caffeine. After. a year, I decided I really like coffee and want it as a part of my life. It's been a heart-warming love story ever since, worthy of turning into a Hallmark movie.

    I love to walk. 2 days a week I try to walk 2-5 miles at a time. These indoor works are more convenient to do during the week when my schedule is tight. Thank you Ms Jordan!!!!!

    The second time I've completed this workout! I can feel my progress. The first time I did a ten-minute walk, I was exhausted. Now, I did this for 20 minutes with ease. Thank you, Caroline! From my living-room in Barcelona...

    Caroline, thank you for responding to me. I must tell you this, I am 64 years old and I have been doing your exercises since I saw your videos since January. I went to do my physical on Wednesday and the doctor couldn’t believe for the first time my blood pressure was normal she had to do it a second time. I am now working on my cholesterol as the lab test shows it high so I am working on it doing your daily low impact exercises as I don’t want to take any medication.Thank you so much

    I hurt my knee a few weeks ago in the ice. Painful to say the least. This workout was easy enough to do while knee was wrapped. My knee is almost pain free now. I also do your knee strengthening exercises. I appreciate you more and more every day!! ❤❤

    Thankfully I don't have to check blood sugar but I thoroughly enjoyed this indoor walk... in the morning... wearing my tennis shoes and pajamas... while it's raining outside, here in the beautiful Pacific Noorthwest. 😊

    Hi Caroline, I used to workout with this video, walked a mile at home and the 15 minutes seated workout with weight all together. That’s my normal routine every other day. I also walked outside every other day for an hour. Thanks Caroline for your encouragement and positive attitude. ❤

    Hello, Caroline. I discovered your videos 7 years ago when I broke my meniscus. You where one of the few YT instructors that had chair exercise. I am 65 and I have exercised for over 40 years. I smiled when you mentioned physicals and getting your teeth cleaned. I have been a dental hygienist for 44 years and I know that good dental health goes hand in hand with whole body health. Keep making your videos. They are a blessing!😊

    1750 steps. 64 year old, no diabetes. A good easy workout but I was breathing hard midway through. Have joint/mobility issues so this was great!

    Great way to start the morning. Sometimes I will use the treadmill or the elliptical for the marching sections, and step off for the in-between sections. Gets me on the equipment in an approachable way.

    Love this workout. You can amp it up, or take it easy for those days you just don’t feel like working out ! Today I did it twice with a total of 2.4 miles.

    Completed this workout. Recovering from being sick. I was scheduled for strength training but get so tired doing nothing that I figured my body would do better with this workout. I hope you aren't flooded and are safe in San Diego.

    Hello Caroline!! Thank you so much for this I am Prediabetic and my blood sugars were up when I did my blood work test. Was not feeling good at all . Now I have started my work outs with you for lowering blood sugar and I am feeling much better. and has let sugar go. .getting back to my healthy diet I am so grateful to my Nurse Practioner and Dr. for helping me. sometimes in life you can think you are doing good until you get your bloodwork checked very very important.     Your work out videos are perfect for me - no Brainer for me - I get up let the dogs out - no need for anything else - just walk to work out - thank you again! I can see you doing an easy - for your audience - simple dance video. I know you have a dance back ground and could easily pass us by. Your videos have been working for me with hand eye coordination and balance. I cannot thank you enough - I am so glad I found your videos!

    1800 steps, I don’t have to test blood sugar (Hope to stay that way) and don’t have a fitness tracker..in the upstairs Al hallway at home. Perfect start to my day. Working through post chemo fatigue and starting to try to get back into shape. Thanks for your positive spirit. I’ve done a few of your videos. I normally do the shorter ones! 💕🙏💜🦋💚🎶🌺
